Kim and Mandy are awesome. I trust them 100% with my furbabies. One is a difficult customer but their grooming skills are the best. I also board them there and they seem too enjoy their stay. I highly recommend!

I have never left my dogs with anyone before. They are good dogs, but a handful. My vet recommended Savannah to me, and I’m so thankful! She is great with the dogs! The place is clean, the dogs seemed happy going and when I picked them up. Plus, they didn’t smell stinky like you would expect from being boarded. Finally, someone that I trust!

Mrs. Doolittle's Pet Hotel is one of the finest kennels around. Located in a rural area of southern Surry County, Savannah has plenty of room outside for the animals to exercise. The dogs have outdoor playtime at least twice daily and are separated into groups or play individually, if necessary. Each dog has a "run" of their own unless they are "siblings" who wish to board together. Bedding (changed at least every other day) and food is provided with the daily rate which is extremely reasonable. Stand-by Veterinary care is always available.As soon as we begin to pack "Bailey"'s toys, he goes to the door and will wait for hours unless we are ready to take him to the Pet Hotel right away. He responds the same way when asked if he wants to go to Savannah's. This young woman loves animals more than anyone else that I know. She also loves her human clients.We had a tragedy in our family while on vacation several years ago. When we returned, Savannah offered to keep Bailey for a few days for us to sort out our situation. She refused payment for the extra days, except for the reimbursement of his vaccines which expired during the extra time he was there (She took him to our vet and handled this for us.)Your dog or cat or bird (or whatever) will be given the best accommodations possible at Mrs' Doolittle's and you can enjoy your vacation or recuperation time with ease, knowing that your furry or feathery friend will be well cared for.

Kritter Kamp took my two pugs when I lost my house sitter kind of last minute. I am crazy picky about who takes care of my dogs. The staff updated me, sent me pics, and took incredible care of my two babies. I am grateful I have a place to rely on for good care if I have to be away!

Our dog had never been boarded last year when we first used Mrs Doolittle's. Even though he was scared and apprehensive, she won him over. We have left him in her care twice this year and are extremely happy with the love and care he was given. Because of her love and expert care, he enjoyed his time there and is comfortable there. We highly recommend her.
