This store has gone downhill. Use to love shopping at this location. Now I go to Tobaccoville location. No one will wait on you and the self checkout is always down. It takes to long to check out if you can get waited on. I miss the manager John.

At 12:00pm on a Wednesday, they were closed. Employees in there but wouldn't open the door and a big orange sign that said "CLOSED" for no reason

Today, me and my boyfriend were asked to leave because we were accused of putting stuff in his bag. My boyfriend was going into his bag to pull out money to pay for some make up wipes that I asked him to buy for me. The worker said he would search us if he could and my boyfriend politely said that he can show him what’s in his bag and the worker rudely replied, either put back what you took or get out. I believe that the worker treated us this way because my boyfriend is African-American. I tried to call four times to speak to a manager but no one answered. I will not be coming back to the Dollar General.

I love going to this chain of dollar stores because you can get a lot of what you need on a daily basis for a great price, saving a lot of money. They have a great selection of products to choose from, and they also have a decent amount of food items to choose from as well if someone needs something quick to pick up to fix and eat. They are always running great ads for items on special. The employees are so friendly and courteous that you feel really welcome when you walk in the doors. If you ever notice a store near you, please stop in for an enjoyable experience as well. Thank you

several times now you go to the Dollar General thinking they’re going to close at 10 because It’s always closed at 10 but they are closed and it’s only 945 or 950 if they’re going to close early they need to put a sign up it were people know that it’s closing at the earlier time. Because the sign that they have up only says 8 o’clock – it doesn’t say closed time It’s just kind of annoying when you think somethings going to be open at 10 o’clock and you have 15 minutes to get there and you get there and it’s closed

This store is a plus to the Pinnacle community. It has good selection and the employees are always friendly. If you need something quick they usually have it.But be careful it's a bit difficult to get in and out of. Overall its deserving of 4stars....Visited the Dollar General today.I found what I was looking for and they had ice cream on sale...A win...win..I've been there 2xs recently...not open..🤔Downgrade to 3 stars.....

As a dollar General employee, I only have one complaint. The coustomers are rude and disgusting. I dont know how many times i have to go and unclog the public bathroom because coustomers clogg it with toilet paper or products! Or go and clean up messes that coustomers make. Sometimes I literally have to be a emotional and physical punching bag for coustomers to use when our card systems don't work properly or when we don't have the correct thing they need. Oh and don't think we don't look at cameras when coustomers steal our products because we do. Oh and when we catch them and confront them they get mad at us for doing our job. What makes me angry the most is when we have to close eirly and some coustomers dont have enough common sense to read the sign on the door that says clearly on the door we are closed. Oh and the reason we close so eirly sometimes is because NO BODY WANTS TO FREAKING WORK! Coustomers really don't understand the absolute struggle we go through when we close. We cant stay open at nights if no one wants to come in and close. The thing is it isn't in our control if workers don't wanna work. Don't think corporate has no idea when we close. They do they are the first people we contact when we have to close. Other than that good service I love working there love some of the people. Its just I cant stand the complaints and constant questioning I get. Plus the constant abuse I get from the coustomers. Like really if you dont like it its simple dont come in.

New store that still has the nice clean sanitary look and feel. Has most items that you could need around the house. Location is strange but convenient for me since I live close. Parking is very good with a big lot.

In comparison to other Dollar Generals, this one is a cut above. The staff is always friendly. The bathroom was clean, aisles kept in order with clearly marked signage.

I just love this store they have great cheap moviesI can run in and get my different kinds of things that I need and I know everybody that works in there and they know me Mike is a good man he works so hard every time I go in there he is working his self to death he's finally got a couple of good cashiers so I think the place is finally looking up everytime I see someone stocking up there doing a great fabulous job I give them a big thumbs up

Always a good shopping experience at the Pinnacle Dollar General. Manager is always nice and welcoming. All the cashiers have been nice and helpful as well. Great Store!

Have had two instances where store was locked closed 10 to 15 mins before sign, I work retail I understand you wanna get out and go home. But you close when your supposed, and it says on the door not early

I loved Dollar general stores this one was the first time I've ever been in this one there was no one at the cash register so we had to wait until for a while until my husband had to go find him to tell him we were ready to check out

Great Dollar general- nice selection and in a central location to Pinnacle, NC. This store has a good variety of food for a DG as well as plenty of housewares and cleaning supplies.

Pinnacle, is my favorite store! It is a newer store. It is like a gem. Not as many customers in there so it makes it more shopable. They are more in stock. Plus, they usually will open a second register when more than 2 people in line. They are more friendlier when they do open another line unlike other stores that act like it is a inconvenience to them.
