This place is special thanks to amazing staff. I've got a rescue with significant anxiety/trust issues and they have been amazing with him! Shortly after I adopted Friday and before I knew about Social Pet in Pineville I took him to a different place and he had a really bad experience so I was really nervous about bringing him anywhere after that. Social Pet was recommended to me and I figured "Well, Friday is going to need somewhere to stay when I have to travel so I might as well give it a shot." I think I was just as nervous as he was when we initially went there but the staff was SO good with him and so good at explaining their philosophy to me and just reassuring me that Friday would be taken care of. This guy means the world to me and I cannot express how thankful and appreciative I am of the staff here. You guys are awesome and knowing there is a place that I can take Friday where he'll be happy and safe and treated well means more to me than you guys can possibly know.

My pup Smokey had the best time ever there! We boarded him for 3 nights and he was well taken care of. Slept like a baby when he got home, no doubt dreaming of his wonderful adventures.

We LOVE Social Pet Pineville! Our dog Freckles goes to daycare and gets boarded here. It’s really the only facility in Charlotte that we trust. Other daycares shove tens of dogs into an area which can be overwhelming. Social Pet keeps the groups small and they always have a team member out with them actually playing and interacting with them. Make sure to sign your dog up for the events that they do during daycare - the pictures alone are worth every penny! My parents also bring their dogs, Boone and Ella, and they do the private play time because Boone is very afraid of other dogs and they have a great time and get treated as well as every other dog as well.

I cannot be more pleased with the level of service that Social Pet provides. The daily photos are fun. Each staff member you encounter is so friendly and truly enjoys what they do. We recently moved to Charlotte with our 5 month puppy Jack Russell Kilo. From the beginning the staff at the Social Pet (Pineville and Charlotte) have been outstanding. Kilo was placed in a group that matched his play style and energy on day one. During his stay we also enrolled him in some puppy training and he has been working with trainer Casey in the Pineville location. Kilo has learned so much from Casey and is working hard on loose leash walks, controlling impulses and listening to us. Having a positive training stylewas very important to us and are thrilled to know Casey and Social Pet training programs use positive reinforcement methods. Kilo has made many furry friends and he loves his hooman friends.⭐️ Thank you Casey!!! & the Social Pet!! ⭐️

This was my first time leaving my pup at a boarding place. After speaking with someone over the phone I felt really comfortable leaving him there. Everyone I dealt with was so friendly and you can tell they are dog lovers. The communication was great throughout the whole process, I love getting the report cards for my dog showing pictures of him playing with his new friends!

My experience with Social Pet - Pineville was wonderful! When I booked Rigby's first stay, a kind staff member called to ask about my dog and anything they needed to know about her! When I brought her in, she was extremely nervous and the staff members literally sat on the floor with her to help her feel comfortable. When I got a call from them halfway through the day saying Rigby had completely come out of her shell and made a bunch of friends, I was so happy and relieved. I appreciated their attention to detail, friendly staff and all the options for day care. I even added a nail trim to the visit and it was done perfectly. I will definitely be back when I have to work in person or be away from home for long days! I also loved the pictures and progress report at the end of the day!

I switched to Social Pet Pineville a couple months ago and I am so pleased with the facility, staff and care they provide! I always know my dog is in good hands. The staff greets you, engages with you about your pup and never fails to express the love they have for the dogs. I utilize their daycare option frequently and with them being so flexible with times, I don't feel any pressure if I am running behind/a little early.Absolutely love Social Pet and plan to utilize them as long as I can!

I love how this facility has webcams across all play yards! I felt so comfortable leaving my dog here for a daycare assessment. They did not force her into any uneasy situations and gave her the attention she deserved. We can’t wait to board her here!

I cannot rave enough about the Social Pet facilities. Both Pineville and Northlake locations are top notch! I recently took my two dogs to Social Pet in Pineville, and I was genuinely impressed. Their thorough assessment caught my attention; they took the time to understand each dog's individual needs. Especially for my younger dog who often takes a bit to adjust to new surroundings, they ensured he was in the right environment.What I particularly appreciated was the report card I received after our visit, accompanied by photos of my dogs in action. After several years of being a happy Social Pet parent, I have left the facility, do not plan to return and here is why. Without notifying owners, the indoor gym was repurposed to increase their capacity for more dogs. When I discovered that the inside play area was gone, I started asking questions about where the dogs played during the rain and extreme weather and how much of the 9 hours my dog was there was spent in her crate. I was met with evasive answers, a defensive attitude and when I pressed the point it was suggested to me by the owner and his assistant Kate that I might be happier somewhere else. The closest I ever got to an actual answer was that my dog had been out 4 times during the 9 hours she was there but whether that was for 10 minutes, 30 minutes or an hour at a time I will never know because Kate could not or would not share that information. I expected excellence and transparency, did not find it here and have moved on to another facility where both are supplied in abundance.

Scooby has been coming to Social Pet since October 2020. He was so shy and unsure his first time but quickly gained confidence each time he went back, and now he is obsessed with daycare!Many of the staff greet him by name when I drop him off in the morning. He loves to play with all his friends and get human cuddles. When he gets home he takes a nap right away so I can tell he is getting lots of playtime which I love!Thank you to all the amazing staff at Social Pet for loving on my fur baby when I am away! ❤️

Our family and pups were sad when Puptown sold so we decided to give Social Pet in Pineville a try in hopes that it would be a similar experience. From the phone call inquiries to the first day evaluations to training and play dates they have been nothing but exceptional! We are beyond happy that we have a place for our pups to play, stay and experience so much more at Social Pet Pineville!

Expensive - about 20% more than we usually pay to kennel. Our dog was there over Christmas. The staff was friendly enough. They were going to call us an hour after we dropped him off and we never received a call. We left 2 messages on Friday and Saturday before the holiday and never received a call back. No email. No text. We actually thought something happened to him and they wanted to talk to us when we returned. Anyway, we picked him up - $572 for 7 nights - and he was ok. How was he treated? Did he enjoy the stay? We'll never know.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. We absolutely love SPH's Pineville location! Our dog goes to daycare every day, so it's important for us to send him to a place that we can trust. The enrichment trainers, as well as the whole staff, are so welcoming and attentive, and they love our dog as if he were their own! They have several play areas and the dogs are divided up based on size, socializing levels and needs. They even have cameras set up so you can take a peek in, as well as "report cards" that get texted/emailed to you with photos and notes during their stay. It's honestly so amazing! Daycare, grooming and even overnight boarding - you name it, I've done it. Easy as can be! Our dog gets super excited when we mention daycare so I'm confident your pup will too!

Due to travel I had to leave my dog for 8 days and today is day # 4. I miss her a lot but every day they send me her photos and I see that she is well cared for. They have cameras in the social areas and you can access to watch. In short, it is a great place to leave your dog. I recommend it.

My dog had an amazing time at social pet pineville. I chose the enrichment daycare party pup package which was the perfect choice for my dog. My dog does better in one on one settings and she loved playing in the sprinklers and swimming in the pool.They were super nice and let me do my assessment the day we were scheduled to leave since it was a last minute reservation. I loved getting the report card update with photos her first night and also loved how personable the trainer was who was doing the assessment on my dog.I will definitely be back since my dog had such a great time.

This is the first time I have visited Social Pet at Pineville location. I really liked it. They are welcoming and very helpful and very professional from start to end. My puppy is only 4 months old and little afraid with the new environment and scared of other doggies. But they made it easy for him. They kept him with the same size and same temperament puppies. What I really liked. And when I went to pick him up he seemed so happy and joyful . That is amazing. Two young ladies in the front are really sweet and very helpful. My puppy was missed a vaccine they thought (due to the miscommunication from my vet). But they immediately called and confirmed all the info and assured me . And this is fully video monitored so you can see what is your pet doing there. They didn’t charge me anything . The first visit is complementary. I really recommend this place.

Not sure where to start as I have been wowed from day 1! From the moment we walked in, Rachel was super helpful, knowledgeable, caring and it goes on and on. They left nothing to chance, asked questions I didn't even think of, and made our dogs living space like home. Social Pet has differentiated themselves from anywhere I have ever seen. Received a personal phone call from the person working with our dog day one ensuring he was a good fit for certain playgroups. I received daily texts or emails from the staff including pics of Benny playing all day, inside, outside rain or shine. He was able to get his daily energy out without being caged up during our vacation. We were able to watch him play via webcams all day, in addition to checking in on him while he was taking a break and sleeping. Adding a bath before pickup, no problem. And I never asked about the price, as the level of service is what we needed. Turns out your first stay qualifies for a nice savings for the first couple days or so. We are booked for a week in June. What a breath of fresh air and a service that needs to be offered nationwide. Thank you!

This was Jack's 2 time at daycare and 3rd time visiting the facility. He is always so shy when we first bring him in, but by the time I get his report card he is smiling and getting all the belly rubs. I love that the staff seems to be so attentive to him and he eats it up. He is always pooped when he comes home, which indicates to us that he played his little heart out. Thank you Social Pet for providing a home away from home for Jack. :-)

My dog Padfoot absolutely loves his time at Social Pet. It's always incredibly easy to book an appointment, the staff keep us well informed about his day, and we get the BEST report cards at the end of his play day. i have been absolutely blown away by our experience so far at social pet! after having a less than favorable experience at another local spot, a friend recommended social pet and gosh, i am so glad she did! they are incredibly responsible, professional, friendly, and kind. the service level is unlike any other doggy daycare i’ve been to. they send pictures and updates for your pup and our baby is having a ball! do not hesitate to check our social pet!!

Our dog Reese loves Social Pet! The staff members are so friendly and welcoming- you can tell they care about the dogs that come there! The lobby always smells good and is clean which is a huge plus. I also love that they send a report card during boarding stays.Would highly recommend to others!!
