DO NOT FILL your medication here. The staff in the pharmacy are clueless. I’ve had almost hours of my time wasted coming to this location. If I were you I would genuinely fill your medications at a different location. I’ve tried and tried to give this location a chance but each time they have failed me. Take your time and money somewhere else. I wouldn’t take the time to write this review if I was t trying to help others in the future.

This review is specifically for the pharmacy portion. I find it very inconsiderate that they don’t open til 10am and have the nerve to take an hour lunch break and close at 6pm. Must be nice to come into work that late and work less then 8hrs.

Waited 7 min. At front register to pay for items....no cashier. Went to pharmacy with ONE person waiting on cashier who was at drive through counter writing (no one in drive through). I asked if he could get cashier up front...he laughed. I went back up front. Cashier emerged and immediately waited on person who walked up to a different register. I left my items on counter and walked out. Very easy to steL...geez...wonder when this location will close. 2 emoyees and a pharmacist.

The pharmacist on duty today lack empathy and communication skills. Don’t expect any phone calls about your prescription if there’s an issue about it. My insurance wouldn’t cover my medication and I would not have known about this if I didn’t call the pharmacy. Gave the pharmacist a coupon so she could fill it and told her I took the last dose this morning. This conversation happened at 6pm. I asked her what time pharmacy closes which she said 8pm. Great, I told her I’ll be by in an hour to pick up. Come by at 7:10pm only for her to tell me the pharmacy closed at 7pm WITH NO APOLOGY. I would have appreciated a phone call when she knew I’d be in at 7 but I guess she rather me just miss my dose tomorrow when I have work at 8am and they don’t open until 9. Do better.

The pharmacist's face today when I told her I didn't have insurance pretty much sums up this extremely unpleasant visit to Walgreens. I've been coming to this location for over 5 years and have never encountered someone so rude. I am always polite and courteous when I come pickup prescriptions but the indifference and lack of any semblance of customer service displayed by this woman irked me.

My elderly parents have used this pharmacy for years. Whenever Clive is there we don’t have a problem. The other pharmacist is the rudist, laziest pharmacist I’ve ever dealt with. We are moving to a different pharmacy. I can’t deal with the ineptitude any longer.

Great store to shop at, employees are always friendly and helpful. Pharmacy crew always very helpful, very knowledgeable of the store and where items are located. Always willing to take a moment and talk about whatever is going on. Entire store is clean and well stocked and easy to get in and out. You just need to do something about your shoplifting problem. Crooks are just.loading up on items and walking out.at least you could hire a security officer to maybe stop this. How much of a loss do you have every month. With security,, you may put a stop to most theft and in savings be able to hire security. Think about it, wouldn’t you feather sell these items that are being stolen?

You know i was trying to get my prescription refilled at this location and i have been waiting for a week and then i just looked on the pharmacy website of my medication where the doctor up my dose and now they don't have it: I can clearly say i am done with this pharmacy. I will use Walmart for future meds and Cvs Caremark

The pharmacists Clive and Nandu are wonderful at what they do. They both really go the extra mile to help their customers. I have been with them for many years, and although my insurance gives me benefits with CVS, I am not changing pharmacies. ✌🏼

Horrible pharmacy, right hand doesn’t know what the left is doing. Never have I ever had the experience at this pharmacy that I had at any other. Got asked for a pharmacy card, never been asked for one. My insurance card should be enough. Definitely won’t be back, we have changed pharmacies

Ordered photos that should’ve been ready in 1 hour but gave them 2 hours. But still they couldn’t even get that done. Very poorly managed store. Not surprised as they worse ratings.

Absolutely love Nandu, Clive & Tim who have been taking care of me since I moved here in 2009... They've never made a mistake with my medications and they call if there are any changes with my prescriptions. I refuse to go anywhere else. They get to know their clients and look out for them. You won't be dissatisfied with their work or customer service.

First time there. Went to walk in while a woman was staring me down from my car to the door and before I step foot inside says "you know we close in 5min right?" Kinda made it seem like I cant come in so I apologized and went back in my car seeing it was actually 10min till close. I only needed one thing to run in run out. Not very good customer services seeing as they lost my money and a customer. Will not be back.

Seriously, just tried to get a covid vaccine shot that I signed up for in advance..I seriously suggest ppl go elsewhere. Pharmacy dept or what there is of it makes you laugh..its so bad. Guess getting my vaccine here is not the ideal place🙄..one pharmacy technician had her left hand/fingernails painted a red color....the right hand was bare..no nail polish..3 long nails 2 short jagged nails that looked ripped...REALLY UNSANITARY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Unbelievable rudeness at this store from ASSistant Manager, Pricion (?). I was shopping and whistling while I shopped. Suddenly a loud voice from two isles over rudely yells, "I wish someone would stop whistling!"When I peek around the corner, a store employee is sitting on the floor stocking shelves. When I asked the cashier who the girl was on the floor, the lady said the girl was the store's Assistant Manager! I told the cashier what happened and she mumbled a weak apology. I will not return to this store and will be contacting this manorless ASSistant Manager's superior.

I'm new to the area so I'm finding my way around iv changed my meds to Walgreens so I shop there I have to do a lot of online shopping because of my disability but twice I have lost a order and the thing is they can't tell me who picked it up so I can find out where it went I'm 64 and needed that order for my teeth had go without dinner

God forbid you might want something from this pharmacy. Why the hell would you NOT fill prescription when the Dr calls it in? And why the HELL would you NOT then tell me the pharmacy is closed on Sunday when you told me on Saturday that it wasn't filled??? Unbelievable because we are at your mercy. Well I can always change to CVS!!!!!!

Staff seem more worried about their phones than they are doing their jobs. Jonathon didn't speak a word when numerous customers came in just kept looking down at his phone. Another girl was just sitting to his right on a step stool neck deep in her phone. Once I went to check out Jonathon didn't speak just put his phone down and looked like I was raining on his Facebook parade. He just walked over picked up my items scanned them out them in a bag and handed me a receipt nothing else. Seems very lazy and the complete opposite of the normal greeting and service I would normally receive. But as they say people can come into a store and have 20 good experiences and not say a word but one bad experience will ruin everything. I probably won't return I'll just drive 5 extra mins and go to CVS.

As an employee, at walgreens its a fun, and safe environment. You feel part of the walgreens family as soon as you walk into the store!! Going for employee's, and costumers. Its an amazing experience the STAFF is very welcoming to costumers and anyone that walks into our store!! . We have a pharmaceutical department, and then the main store. Where anyone can find anything they are looking for with that going from-house cleaning supplies,medical supplies,school supplies,food,drinks,hair products,beauty supplies,and travel size items. This store really has anything anyone is looking for and needs or wants. So come on down to wallgreens @ pinville mathews rd. Yall stay safe during COVID-19 SOCIAL DISTANCING!!! hope to see yall at our store😀

I wish I could leave them 0 stars. I set an appointment online and they don’t have the vaccine the I set an appointment for when I get there and the. Send me to another location. Who then state they are doing appointments only. I got off for work for nothing. I will be changing pharmacies. 🤬

A great place to grab all sorts of stuff. Variety is in abundance, quality is what we've come to expect from Walgreens. This is where my teenage Son currently works.. I remember my first job. I give this particular Walgreens location ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5️⃣ because no matter who's behind the counter, the customer service is always impeccable. Keep my son on his toes, he'll continiously prove himself to be a 🔝 asset. ✌️👍👍💯
