Our experience with Purrfect Paradise Cat Hotel was, well, perfect! Our cats stayed there for 8 days while we were on vacation, and had a great time! I was thankful for the camera to check in when needed, and the daily email updates were great as well. The staff was knowledgeable enough to reach out and suggest putting a Feliway in their room, too, which drastically improved our pets’ stay. Our cats came home happy and healthy, and there were no stress-related arguments once we got home (unlike with another boarding facility previously).Overall, I was very pleased with Purrfect Paradise. Even though it’s a bit of a drive for us, it’s a small price to pay for our cats’ happiness while we’re out of town. I’ll definitely be recommending them, and will be back in the future!

We have boarded our cats at Purrfect Paradise Cat Hotel for several years. We have had a great experience 100% of the time. Our cat particularly enjoys the suites with a window so she can look outside. We appreciate that this is a cat-only facility, extremely clean, and very accommodating!

Such a great experience with having my cat stay here! The staff were all very friendly and super responsive to all of my questions. The facility is clean and my cat looked like he had a blast staying there. He was basking in the sun by the window when I came and wasn't stressed at all like with other cat boarding places he's stayed at. I also loved the daily updates and photos! Will definitely book here again!

We love Purrfect Paradise! We have boarded our kitten in two different rooms with windows and added on the camera rental and daily social visits with great results. We feel confident he is as happy as he can be while we are away, and enjoy the peace of mind of being able to check in on him visually. These rooms are so far superior to any other boarding options, complete with cat towers and wall shelves near the windows. We receive daily email updates with pictures; the staff are kind, compassionate cat lovers!

The staff at Purrfect Paradise are AMAZING! Bree was so kind as my partner and I asked her lots of questions before making the decision to board our 2-year-old/male/DSH here. The daily update emails they send are so thorough and made my cat mom heart so full as I was missing my boy while on vacay. They are thorough with administration of medication. The rooms have lots of space and amenities to keep your cat entertained! Highly recommend boarding here!

Purrfect Paradise was absolutely awesome for my kitty. She had a private room with lots of space with full windows on the door so that she could see the hosts as they moved about the hotel. PP sent daily emails to me with updates regarding my cat and included photos. I felt entirely secure that my cat was receiving the best treatment at all times.

I cannot recommend The Purrfect Paradise Cat Hotel enough! Michelle, in particular, has gone out of her way to look after our Kitty. Our cat was being looked after at home by the sister company Fluffs of Luv, but we were delayed by over a week and so Michelle transferred her (and all her food and belongings) to the Hotel for us. Her and the team have kept us fully informed all the time, and we have received lots of photos of our cat looking content. Thank you!

The best boarding experience we’ve ever had with a cat!! Our cat has high anxiety and they did an amazing job handling him but also the space is perfect to keeping a calm environment. The rooms are much better than the standard boarding spaces and they have added extras in case you prefer additional amenities. Love this place and we will absolutely be back!

Our three cats had another great stay! This was their third vacation at Purrfect Paradise Cat Hotel and we could not be happier. The facility is clean and spacious. I've boarded my two cats here several times and have nothing but good things to say. The staff is so friendly and kind, not only to me, but also my cats. They remembered my cats from previous stays and used that information to detect when there was an issue when they were acting strange. They problem solved and updated me promptly, making a better experience for my kitties and me. I love the updates with pictures. Everyone here goes above and beyond, I'll come here as long as it is operating.

Wonderful place. The suites are private with lots of things cats like. I chose the Jungle Suite for my 3 cats. They had a large window to look out of, a cat condo, and several shelves for them to lounge on. They were totally content. This was their first stay and I was a little worried about one of my cats in particular. However, the staff made sure she was comfortable and took extra time to do so. I was sent pictures and updates every morning as well. We will be utilizing their services again! Thank you

Thank you all so much for taking such good care of our cat while we were away. We had an amazing experience with having our cat stay at Purrfect Paradise Cat Hotel. The entire staff was incredible and they were like a family! Our cat made herself at home. The place is very clean, bright, spacious, calm and friendly. I loved the size of the room and the cute atmosphere. This is the place you can trust where the caretaker really knows cats and cares about your pet. They were so professional, loving, kind and sent us daily updates with great pictures!We had a peace of mind while we were away. Thank you all for doing an excellent job taking care of our cat. I will always bring her to you from now on when we are on vacation. I would highly recommend this to anyone that needs a place for their kitties to stay.I can’t wait to see you all next time 😊

We were VERY pleased with not only the excellent service given to our fur baby, but very appreciative of the care and professionalism. Receiving daily updates with pictures was above and beyond what was expected and put us at ease. Would highly recommend Purrfect Paradise Cat hotel. Our cats visit this summer could not have been better. We received pictures each day. Our cat loves windows, so they made sure to place her near the window. They didn't have any rooms available, but their large crates were a great alternative. Since there were cats only in the hotel, she wasn't stressed at all. She also got a treat each day 🙂. Loved our experience and we will be booking a stay here again next time we go on vacation.

I was so relieved to find Purrfect Paradise! I was in between moves and needed to board my cat (for the first time ever). Not realizing it was holiday and summer travel timing, I was struggling to find a suitable place. Thankfully Purrfect Paradise was able to fit him in - juggling rooms when they came open or putting him in the overflow condo, so he had a nice variety of spaces. I received daily updates and pictures, and it's clear he enjoyed the time there. Absolutely, I would recommend Purrfect Paradise Cat Hotel and will certainly return if I need to board my kitty in the future. Many thanks to the staff for providing such an exceptional experience!

The staff was dedicated to making sure that my cat was loved on, and brushed daily. Each day I got an email with specifics about how my cat was doing. I also got at least 6 pictures a day. The daily updates gave me peace of mind. It was obvious to me that the folks that work here do their best to make sure each cat is treated like family. I highly recommend the Purrfect Paradise Cat Hotel to anyone needing a place to board their cat.

Caring and friendly staff and you can tell how much they love cats. The rooms have different themes and are kept clean and cozy for their guests while giving them space to play and climb, and I felt comfortable that my cat was in good hands while I was out of town a few days. Love getting the daily updates on how she is doing and wouldn't mind two a day but there are different add-on options you can request for small xtra fees. I wish workers were there overnight in shifts incase of any issues but maybe that in unreasonable to expect and I'm not sure our cat vet offers that either. Overall I would highly recommend and grateful there is a hotel just for cats!

Highly recommend.... If the price has you on the fence, It is worth the little extra for the professional service and piece of mind.

had our 2 cats stay here. Rooms are spacious and lovely. The staff was super friendly and responsive. Was able to pay for an add on and have access to the rooms live camera, and get to see them. I wish there were more places like this around the country. Definitely recommend this beautiful cat hotel.

Wow! Purrfect Paradise Cat Hotel is amazing. From my initial contact to pickup of my kitties. Our room was cleaned several times a day. Water level check. Loved on my kitties each time the staff entered. We added the camera option which confirmed how well my kitties were being taken care of. Each morning I received pictures and a detailed update. Highly recommend. We will be back!

We have used Purrfect Paradise several times and have always been extremely happy every time. This is the perfect place for your cat while you are away. It is easy to book, the rooms are clean and fun with plenty of options for the cats to keep busy (or not if they do not want to be). The staff is very responsive, friendly and they really do care about your pet and want them to be safe as well as have fun! You can add playtime, pictures, live camera, etc. If you need a place for your cat to stay, I would highly recommended Purrfect Paradise. They always take great care of our fury family members!

First time taking my two year old cat to Purrfect paradise and we had an excellent experience. I received updates everyday about how he was doing along with photos of him. I could tell the staff was loving on him, giving him his eye meds, and taking great care of him while I was gone. I forgot to bring him a box to play in and one of the wonderful staff members went out of her way to find him a box. They went above and beyond to care for my kitty while I was on vacay for a week. I highly recommend this place. They truly love and take great care of cats! Very friendly staff. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We will be using them again in the future! Purrfect Paradise Cat Hotel was AMAZING! I had a damage to my home and had to find a place to board my cats with little to no time to prepare and these guys were super quick to respond and were very helpful in getting me set up quickly. The rooms they offer for the cats are SO cute and have so much space!! It was quiet, clean, smelled good inside and they have a lot of really great add ons for the kitties which I loved. I will 1000% be using this place from now on to board my two cats.
