I love this store. There is a worker there by the name of Trevor or something with the T. I tried to catch his name as I was walking by. He's outside now supposed to be working and grabbing baskets but he's too busy on his phone. His customer service skills are terrible he needs a little extra assistance with that. Everyone else seems to be friendly for the most part but he needs a little extra training.

My favorite grocery store. The quality is exceptional. I find I get better quality meat, deli and produce for less money than others. The employees provide 5 star customer service. Lowes food has become my regular grocery store.

Lowe's is very good. We like their Beer Den - friendly, attentive, fun, great beer selection, and good deals on wine and beer during the week. Also, they'll have tap takeovers on certain Thursdays each month - could probably use More seating!! Their produce, deli, bakery sections have been fresh and tasty. Some prices high, but overall, very good!!!

I waited over 40 minutes for the coffee/beer attendant and they called for someone 4 times.I ended up getting a regular coffee and fixing it myself and they didn't even offer to comp the regular cup of coffee that I had to fix myself.This was my first time going into a Lowes for a quick bite from the salad bar which had the freshest greenery options I've seen on any salad bar in a long time!But overall, due to all of the marketing for their specialty seasonal peppermint coffee - that I really wanted to try - no one was available to fix a proper one.As I was leaving a manager and another associate attempted to fumble around and "try" to make one. I for one like my specialty coffee made fresh by an actual barista...I left and didn't want to wait any longer.The salad was great!And, I took a quick look around and it seemed that the prices were lower at this location which was a bit strange. I'm going to research this more!Remember to register to vote! Don't Complain! Vote!

I love this store. Laid out spacious and with nice displays. Sometimes it is pricey, but there are also good sales for the savvy shopper. You can always buy fresh potted herbs, fresh cut fruit, and a good selection of known and exotic vegetables. Stunning fresh flowers for entertaining, self love or doghouse. The deli department has quality brands, sliced to order, and try their chicken department and coleslaw. Extensive beer and wine department. , and an interesting variety in frozen foods. Haven't tried their meats yet, another review for another day.

Fried Chicken was sooooo good. Prices are a little high but you can also find some good sales. The store was extremely clean, and the employees were all very professional,looking clean cut and very pleasant. All available instantly if you needed any assistance with anything.

Excellent bakery folks. I needed a last minute cake at 8:30 PM so I was looking through the cases but didn't really find what I wanted. They took time to make what I needed. Sara and Ramona is awesome!!

I was looking for pita bread today and couldn’t find it, I was in the bakery section and the lady behind the counter asked if I needed help, she took her time to go out behind the counter to lead me to where some were. (And not just point to where it was) Best customer service I’ve had in a long time! Especially these days.

Frank has helped me several times with my deli plates of chicken tenders and vegetable plates. He is super friendly and helpful! Meals are delicious and reasonable. Great example of a great assistant deli manager!

Just returned from Lowes and did not have a great experience. I questioned the check out person about a price. The label said 75% off, but there was no original price. So when I asked the original price she got out her phone and couldn’t get it to work. She finally said it was 14.99 each. Again I asked if that was the original price or the 75%off price. That is when she became very irritated with me. Took my groceries and left…..

What an amazing shopping experience. Lots of variety, the store was well laid out and had an amazing selection of products. I just couldn't get over the price of groceries. Compared to Canadian prices this store was overpriced before the exchange rate. Make sure you get your Lowe's card so that you get the sales items processed at the cash.Overall loved the store!

Not a bad store but rather small everything is packed in to this store only one register open at any given time and the other ones have stuff piled up all over them rather unkept to be quiet honest witnessed employees throwing inventory to each other over vast distances much improvement needed

Always love this store! The original and best. Always clean, neat and organized. Don't have to walk a football in order to pick up items on my list. Helpful, friendly staff and open late at night. I work late hours and feel safe and unhurried shopping here. Thank you for keeping those hours during these pandemic times. I'm sure it is expensive to keep things running, but know that the availability is appreciated!

This was my first visit at this location I needed a simple Great place to go for a quick hot hot hot fresh meal after Church! Went to the deli and encountered a fantastic, bubbly personality behind the counter. She was very inviting, friendly and suggestive. I really wish I had gotten her name to give a shout-out! The atmosphere at the store is refreshing and very friendly and professional from start to finish!! Thanks Team

Very clean and lots of choices. The only thing is that we bought some rotisserie chicken and it wasn't cooked all the way. We have a terminally ill son and his food needs to be fresh and completely cooked. We ended up getting him something else. I hope this helps

I went to get some cold cuts on Wednesday. The kid , Tabitha rolled her eyes and showed attitude when i pointed out that she was putting in a price on the scale per lb other than was attached on the product in the deli fridge. When i told her that she put a wrong price in, she said " I don't know how to change it". I told her to go get someone who can show her and not roll her eyes at me, i added that that's a poor customer service and being disrespectful.

I love to shop at Lowes because it seems so local. I actually passed the Harris Teeter to get here today. My only request is that corporate Lowes understand that most shoppers don't have the time to go online prior to grocery shopping to clip digital coupons. If you are offering special discounts on products, just offer them to all your card holders. It is time consuming to go online and clip those special coupons when I need to go grocery shopping. Makes me more likely to stop at Harris Teeter, where they just give their card holders the discounts. Please consider the busy daily lives of the family shopper and just give your card holders the discounts. We will be loyal if you will be understanding of family time. Thanks.
