This Wendy's is consistently screwing up orders, skimping on quality, and running out of simple items. We live less than 5 minutes away and eat here often, but not as often as if this wendys was as good as all the others in the area.And don't forget the 35-40 minute wait in the drive thru if you aren't the only car.I love Wendy's, but dang, this one really sucks.

I ordered a chicken wrap and when it came, it was so nasty tasting that I couldn’t eat it and I am not generally a picky eater. Chicken was in chunks and not seasoned well, very little lettuce, dressing and cheese. When I returned it to the counter the woman that took care of me gave me my money back. I then ordered a kids meal for my supper and she didn’t charge me, gave me a medium sized frosty. So, all in all, food was poor quality (Dave would be disappointed) but the service and friendliness of the workers was great (Dave would be proud).

I gave this a two star review because the Dave's double was good. Disappointed totally with the drive thru. The young man working the drive thru had on a very dirty hoodie. We ordered an asiogo chicken sandwich and chili. We parked and had a car picnic. The chili was cold and there was no cheese on the chicken sandwich. We went back through the drive thru to take sandwiches home. We ordered another asiogo chicken sandwich. This time we checked it, no cheese again. We handed it back and brought it to their attention. He took the sandwich then came back and said they were out of asiogo cheese. Didn't offer any other cheese or anything else. So, I guess we're not going to tell the Customers and hope they wont notice. Wow.

This review isn’t just because of one experience but many. I have been coming there for years and in the past year things have been going down hill the attitude and amount of service. At least nine out of ten times I have went there I was missing something whether it be food or condiments and then would get snappy attitude from the employees when going back around.

Food is typical if you can ever get it.Menu screens are broken so you can't see what's available until you get to the counter and see the paper menu that does not have prices.Bathroom is a mess, faucet has exposed wires and batteries. The faucet blows water everywhere, including on you.The paper towel dispenser is a nasty mess back in a hole.3 people in line and it took 30 min to get a single combo.1/2 the drinks in the drink matchine were non functional.No ice in the drink matchine.Staff was unconcerned.

Came thru for lunch, today Feb 5, 2024. My apple pecan salad had no apples. My fiancés spicy chicken sandwich had a tiny piece of lettuce and a tiny slice of tomato. Tried calling to see if we could get this sorted and they just let the phone ring and ring. I get being busy. But be efficient.Tried to give the night crew a chance. lol. 02/29/24. Ordered an apple pecan salad again. They got the apples this time- no pecans. What the hell is wrong with you guys? 😂 apples and pecans go on the apple pecan salad.

To be honest I'm sure this isn't the worst fast food establishment but for a 1st world country it's not good. The workers are nice and friendly but it's obvious that the owner doesn't care about the place at all. It's the running joke as to what's broken when we go there. They haven't fixed the display screens or the bathroom in years. I'm sure Dave would be proud of this place! 🤷‍♂️

The counter employee greater us well and took the order. She was friendly. She had blue hair.The food cane and the bun was old. Kind of crusty. The tomato and lettuce were in good condition, but the burger was just warm. My friend sat down and described his the same. This is the second time we were disappointed with this place. Done.

This has to be the worst Wendys. Last I was at this Wendys they had no cheese. Which I was told after I had ordered & received my food & had returned to the counter the ask where my cheese was. This time they have no change. Exact cash or card only. No tea in the dining area. No napkins in dinning area. No toilet paper in the bathroom. I wonder who if anyone is managing this place. Nobody that works there really cares. Im done with this place.

This Wendy's location at exit 134 is deeply problematic. I came through the drive through once and couldn't get anyone to come to take my order, so I parked and tried to come inside, but it was locked up.... At 10 am. I saw someone inside, so I tried the drive through one more time and the girl told me they weren't open because nobody came to work that day. That was a while ago.I came back today and after waiting a few minutes for someone to take my order, I decided to just place my order inside. AGAIN the building was locked up and the dining room dark. I saw a car come through the drive through and get an order, so I drove through again and was able to place my order. I told the girl at the window that someone had forgotten to unlock the doors and she said the dining room wasn't ready to be opened yet. It was 10:30 am. How is this business even managing to stay open?Aaannnddd.... Is still not great. Got one of their bacon, egg, and Swiss cheese croissants and when I opened it to make sure my order was correct, I noticed it had American cheese on it. I told the girl at the window and she said, "Yeah, we're out of Swiss." Um okay, but the time to tell people that it's BEFORE they place their order and pay for it. But then again, I guess they figure you'll be five miles down the road before you figure these things out. I took it anyway, because I didn't have time for it. The sandwich was cold. That's three strikes, I'm done trying here, which is a shame, because it's the perfect location when I have to travel south on 52.Update: Okay, I'm REALLY done. LoL Had to lower my rating because this place just can't seem to get it together. Got their bacon egg and Swiss cheese croissant and was really looking forward to it. But then I bit into it and got a mouth full of rubbery gristle balls. Disgusted, I spit it out and realized they'd put sausage instead of bacon on the sandwich. I threw the whole thing away, because I wasn't able to separate the sausage from the cheese and at this point, I was too far away to return it and to grossed out to eat anyway. I won't be stopping here anymore.

This Wendy’s I hate to say is so dirty and has the worst service of Wendy’s I’ve been to. “I’ll call ya when it’s ready”…no thank you. As the business owner I’d be embarrassed. Showroom has very dirty. Tables hadn’t been cleaned since lunch. The best worker that finally got my order, nice guy, polite, but his underwear was where everyone could see. “Come on man!” Be professional. Appreciate people for doing business with you.

The only thing I can say nice is that the good was good. Other than that, all the employees are so ridiculously rude. I went through the drive thru and the woman shouts my total at me and says under her breath “any day now” as I’m counting out my money to give her exact change. Then she slams the door and starts shouting obscenities about me for no reason. All of this was totally unprovoked. Then a guy proceeds to hand me my food. But instead of handing it to me like most normal people would, he practically throws it at me and gives me a side eye. I pull off and say to myself “this is the most ghetto restaurant I’ve ever been to.” Then he sticks his head out the window and threats to fight me. I continued to drive off. This wouldn’t happen if you had actually decent people working there instead of a bunch of meth addicts. This is the rudest interaction I’ve ever had with a fast food employee and I’ve had some bad ones before.

I ordered a big bacon classic meal no tomatoes large combo with a coke. We had one car behind us and they asked us to pull forward at first I was ok cause I thought I would get fresh fries. We got my food and fries were cold. Got home and I got wrong sandwich. It had a cheddar bun chicken, shredded cheese burnt bacon on it and I think what was supposed to be onion rings. Not a bacon classic. And now I can't get a new one cause I live far and it is a waste of gas.

Great food and prices. If you are on a budget they have a great selection on their 4 for 4 menu. Also love the Dave's Tripple. Service could be faster. They also have handicapped parking and restrooms. Most of the time a very friendly and helpful staff. Great selection of drinks and food. The restaurant and bathroom are very clean.I will be going back

Now, this place here,, it's a different experience every time. Some days you may order at JBC. You might get it with different cheese and no bacon but not being told that they're out of regular cheese and bacon until you go to eat your sandwich lol. My experience is always pretty good because i'm a good spirited individual to everyone. Sometimes the drive to wait is an extended wait. And not having too many options in Pilot late night it's worth the wait. That's just my personal experience with this location.Parking: The drive thru line usually has the parking spots difficult to get in and out of.

It's ok, not the best food or service of a Wendy's. These places keep wanting more money just to throw a sandwich half together while prices just keep going up and quality keeps going down. It's not just here, it's all of them. For a industry that changed the world for the good sure has went downhill fast. I could care less if most all of them closed and never came back
