Nice new clean store but one of the workers followed me and my wife around the store at night like we were criminals. He acted like a paranoid crack head muttering to himself. We didn’t realize at first he was a worker. Made us super uncomfortable. I get it now a days, but don’t make it obvious and follow us around when we were not doing anything but grabbing a quick snack. The other worker in yellow crocs was super nice and seemed embarrassed about his coworkers manners.

I can get what I am looking for mostly and there are so many Dollar Generals in this town. I have noticed they have gone up and some are actually quite messy as it seems the employees are expected to do everything. But over all exception of Hanes Underwear and some other clothes they have decent size selection. I miss the phone number for How was your service.

Store is filthy. Buggies had not been cleaned in who knows when. Four people in front of me five behind. Male manager out front smoking which is a normal. I prefer to drive to Pinnacle or Holly Springs store than go to this one in Pilot Mountain. Just a dirty, cluttered store. What does it say when you pull in and 2 workers, usually always the male manager, smoking. Kick myself for not going to other store earlier in the week.

Typical for most Dollar Generals, cleanliness, order and organization are not ar the top of the priority list.Staff is friendly enough but most evenings, the cashier on duty is quite slow and a little too chatty.I have been in this store multiple times. I can think of at least 3 recent visits that required us to stand at the register and listed to the elderly cashier talk about her boyfriend/fiance, his age (93), and his desire to marry her.While I am happy that this couple found each other, I am truly not shopping at Dollar General to hear the latest in the, "elderly engagement saga".I also dont enjoy having to lift and tug at my cart to get around all the extra stuff in the aisles.Dollar Generals all over are like this. Very disorderly.

Aisles were so cluttered you could barely walk. The only area marked for social distancing was the one checkout. It was slow and the store associated chatted on and on with the customer in front of me ignoring the backed up customer line. Many shelves were empty and I could find no one to help me with a question I had. Overall the store was dirty.

It's okay, didn't have much I was hoping to find. Candles are decent. If you're a cat owner, they have lil soups for cats that my cats love!

Really enjoy going here to get a few items. Quicker than going to the grocery store. Most employees are very friendly.Isles need to be cleaner and less cluttered.

Love going here always finds more to buy than what a came for. Most of the store's have friendly employees but east bend nc the older one and pinnacle nc the have rude Management and assumes everyone is a thief. But everyone other one I have been in the are very nice., Friendly and very helpful especially the pilot mountain nc store. Thank you dollor General!!!!

The Managers at Dollar General are what makes the difference. Some run down fast others thrive for years, Jeff works hard to keep it organized and that's why it is my goto.

I have always had good service shopping there .I shop 3 to4 times a week,staff are very nice,prices i can afford on many items and sales are great.

Great customer service from a sweet older lady that works there. She was ringing up as fast as she could but it would be helpful to have two registers open so close to Christmas

Good place,cheap prices, only if you watch prices, alot of times prices don't match what they say on shelves, understand if it happen in one store, but found this happens in alot of their stores,shame on them for using these deceptive selling practices !!!

One of the cashiers yelled at me, and was talking to me horribly. I was speaking to another emoyee when she screamed at me out of no where. I've worked in retail for close to 20 years and would NEVER treat a customer that way. I was extremely disappointed in her behavior and with the way it was handled. If I could give a 0 star review I would.

I have one bad thing to say about Dollar General why can't they have more than one register open?? I have actually got so tired of waiting in line that I left my cart with all of my items and left.. I no thats sounds mean but it's true..

I went to dollar General in pilot mountain and the stuff I got was sappost to be on sale and I didn't have enough money and the older lady said that she had to take something off and she was blowing and having a attitude. I will never go there again.

Lot of stock in aisles and not put up on shelves. This seam to be the case at most dollar general you go into these day.
