I stopped at the pharmacy the day after my wife's discharge from the hospital to pick up prescriptions as well as an over the counter item. The pharmacist not only recommended something, but she came from behind the counter and took and showed me several different items, with explanations. Super service as always. I don't understand the 3.3 review ratings for the pharmacy. I'm just saying I have got nothing, but outstanding service from all of the staff Everytime I go there, also if the store staff are not tied up with other customers, I always get a greeting. No I don't own CVS stock lol, I just call my reviews as I experience them. Thank you CVS for caring!

Prices are high on most everything,unless they are running deals or it's on clearance.But pharmacy staff are helpful and knowledgeable very friendly also .

This pharmacy is efficient about getting medications filled but my god is the staff rude. I get it, you’re understaffed and tired of answering people’s stupid questions. I work in healthcare too and spend at least 50% of the day on the phone answering redundant questions.. it’s the reality of working in an industry based on customer service and helping people. Every time I have the audacity to call and ask a question about my prescription, staff is beyond rude to me and acts as if I have just asked them the most offensive, stupid thing on the planet. Again I am sorry you are all understaffed and exhausted but so are the rest of us.. there is no reason to be hateful to your customers.

Had prescriptions sent here to be filled. very simple, one Item was in a box, just needed to be pulled. After 5 hours I show up to get it and it's not ready. The girl at the drive thru window got an attitude and couldn't figure out why for some reason I would be upset about my prescriptions not being filled after 5 hours. She told me they were behind a day and half and would call me when ready. Ended up having to move these to Another pharmacy, They were ready by the time I arrived from this CVS, about 10 minutes. If you are short staffed or behind, I get it, but don't except work, you cannot fulfill. They should have informed the doctor when it was called in they couldn't get to it, or notified me, instead of making me wait 5 hours for nothing.

Stopped in at 130 pm on a Saturday. Had my mom in the car who had just been released from the hospital after having a major surgery. All I wanted to do was pick up her prescriptions. I didn't realize the pharmacy was closed between specific hours and times and did not open until 2 pm. They would not make an exception. And the woman in the back who I could not see, just kept spouting off, "We're closed!"Ridiculous and rude!

Two things can be true at one time. The employees are very friendly and helpful and hard working. The problem is if you have the misfortune to roll in there at the wrong time when they are busy. In my opinion, they do tend to be understaffed for customer service at peak hours. The pharmacists must be Superwomen/men! They NEVER stop working at a job where mistakes just aren't allowed. I don't know how they or the pharmacy techs do it all day long. From what I have seen, this staffing problem tends to be a universal issue with all drug store and even hospital pharmacies, so I am still happy to deal with these nice folks.

Worst experience ever this morning. They posted drive thru closed for pharmacy. Everyone has to go inside due to short staffing. Seems to me instead of packing the store full to have 1 person at drive thru and 1 person inside. Plus two old ladies are yelling at people about cutting in line and where the line starts. I left before a fight broke out over the line and where it starts and that you are line breakers like it's elementary school. Just close the entire store. Be a good place for a drug store.

I received a call this morning at 9:00 a.m. stating that my mother's heart medicine was ready that we've have been waiting on for days. So I make a special trip to the drugstore to pick up the two medicines they told me were ready this morning. Only to be told that they don't have any medicine for her and to add insult to injury Sam that was working in the drive-thru was completely rude and hateful. Can we please get another drugstore in Pilot Mountain?

Most of the staff at this location are incompetent and need to find a different profession. I have wasted countless hours dealing with their errors. Ironically if you complain on them, it seems like the more errors they make just to inconvenience you. I have literally went out of my way to switch pharmacies just to avoid their unprofessionalism and incompetence. This place needs to be shut down. I DO NOT tust them being associated with my healthcare. My 1 star rating is being generous.

Wow. Friday October 29th at 9am. Went in drive thru to pick up some meds. Gave the name. Then she asked for birthday and she was rolling her eyes. No thank you have a good day or nothing. She had tattoos on her arm. Nothing wrong with that as I have them. I was just describing her so maybe someone like the manager could discuss her attitude

I've never known them to get my prescription right. They have handed me the wrong prescription, told me I didn't have insurance when I did and tried to charge me for my medicines and the staff always seem in a bad mood.

Very rude pharmacist. If this wasn't the only pharmacy in Pilot Mountain I would go elsewhere. They are way to busy and understaffed to be helpful at this location. Bad experience all around. The store is not so bad, just the pharmacy has alot of issues. Get it together for real already.

Employees are usually very friendly... However I do find it rude when I'm standing to pick up my prescription and the woman walks right by me and says someone will be with you in a moment because after I was standing there in line a car pulled up into the drive-thru!!

Had to wait over a hour for my wife’s ear drops.It was called in and supposed to be ready for pickup.Pharmacy really didn’t care how long I waited not concerned. I will not go back there. I talked to manager as I was leaving and at least she apologized.

The Pilot Mountain CVS is one of the better stores in Pilot Mountain.Actually it's the only Pharmacy.The store is near and the young man who assisted me was helpful. I hadn't been in one of these in awhile and just needed to pick up an item.Located in MT Pilot I would recommend it .Located on Main Street its centrally located.

I always love CVS the one place where you can pick up your RXs get a gallon of milk and some toilet paper and cross the store pick up your hair dye and shampoo and go 😂

I love this cvs everyone is so nice they take there time to help u find what u need and if your medicine is not ready just look around and find so good deals these workers go out of there way to help people they have a lot on them with the cd19 people just need to stop and take there time and dont be in a rush i love love this store and all the great deals they have thanks to all u cvs workers and keep up the great work god bless u from the knight family

Thanks to the rude pharmacist that would not take the time to give me a quick flu shot. You weren’t that busy and a shot only takes you maybe 2 minutes to administer. I’m now battling the flu. Way to go! 👏🏻

Worst place I have ever been for anything they never have a prescription ready when go to pick it up whether it’s 30 minutes after it has been called in or 2 days when go through drive thru to pick up have to sit in line for what seems forever and prices are much higher than anywhere else inside the store!!!
