I was very satisfied with my experience from start to finish ! I gave them a call when they were out of office and they gave me a call the following morning to assist with my inquiry. I am new to the area and state and have been looking for a groomer for my three mini dachshunds. They are priced VERY well especially compared to others and I inquired to about six different groomers. The great price did not take away from the quality of service my girls received. They were so soft , smelled great, paws and nails trimmed exactly how I like it. It’s a small little hole in the wall that doesn’t look like much on the outside, but the service is 5 star. I definitely recommend bringing your pets here!FYI you do need to have your dogs vaccinations in order to have them groomed and it is cash or checks only.

Overall quick experience quality to match just personally upset with the pricing as I just moved to the area and now had to pay 3 times as much as my last groomer and no matter the quality I can't say I'll be happy about it but again personally speaking.

These girls are great, friendly, expertly trained and my dogs love going their. Their shop front is no frills but prices are great. They are slowly teaching my new pup about grooming. Their main concern is to make sure to acclimate him to grooming so he will enjoy. Also, for example, if you have an appt for 10am you drop your dog off. An hour or so later, once they are finished with your pet you get a call to pick them up. No waiting for hours in a crate. Love them. Check them out on Facebook!

My cat has been coming to this groomer for awhile now and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff makes me and my cat feel welcome and comfortable. The grooming itself is always fantastic. They clearly have a lot of experience with cats and know exactly how to handle my sometimes temperamental fur baby.Overall, I would highly recommend this cat grooming business to anyone looking for a caring and skilled team to take care of their feline friend. They truly go above and beyond to make sure both cats and their owners have a positive experience.

They bathed my two pretty big dogs (85 lbs and 55 lbs) and did an amazing job. Very easy, dropped them off and picked them back up when they called. Prices were incredible! Definitely recommend this place for all your pet bathing and grooming needs!

They're real nice and their prices are great! The facility has a really tiny entrance/foyer it's maybe 7ft x 15ft and you can't see into where they groom them at all. We have a Bichon/Poodle mix her haircuts weren't incredible, but good and she was really well shampooed and cleaned. They got all of her matted hair out.

My only complaint is sometimes they are too busy and we have to wait a bit. Always been kind and willing to correct/tweak/change anything I ask. My dogs are VERY sensitive and NEVER come back traumatized. NEVER had any kind of injury and all employees handle my animals with care. Prices are fair and include lots of extras. I have two teacup dogs and will update with some pictures next time they are groomed.

They did a great job with my rough collie. I normally go to Oldtown Veterinary but they would never get my dogs paws and legs cleaned good. However here she smelled good for days, paws and legs white, and hair was and is still soft. I will be going back. Great job!

They take really good care of my grandkittens ( Tink Tink and Ibea )Never had any issues with the owners. They're always kind and professional to me and my grandfurrykids. My Tink Tink and Ibea always come home clean, fresh, happy and ready for a nap😻 😻

Brought my long haired cat here to get groomed because he developed quite a few mats on the back of his fur. I was fully expecting them to have to shave them off but luckily they were able to give him a bath and brush them out! They were very friendly and affordable! Highly recommend for cat owners!

Krystle is the best groomer around! Because of that, and with the Covid precautions, and with the birth of her baby girl, she is unable to take on any more new clients at this time.The abrupt lady that left her with a one star rating simply because of Krystle not taken on new clients for the above reasons, leaves me to recommend to that lady that I would delete my rating, as everyone reading it will know she is a selfish, immature unappreciative brat!
