Lucy (my puppy) and Lola (my daughter’s pup) loves Countryside for daycare and boarding. Beth does a wonderful job! When I pull up the girls know where they are! Daycare allows the girls to get lots of exercise.

My babies are 6. They have been at Carolina Pet Place at least twice a year for their whole existence. No problems. They visited Countryside just once with all vaccinations, and one came away with kennel cough. They charged us $40 for the antibiotic to remedy it. We cringe every time we hear our girl gag. She is pitiful. They told my husband they had several cases. We will never return. Our girl is suffering.

Horrible Place!! Last minute trip, we’re referred by acquaintances. Talked about importance of harnesses with small dogs! Couldn’t see kennels. Place stunk of feces and spoke with groomer by phone before about concerns and were reassured the dogs would be bathed and one would be “Shaved”, or trimmed close, nails etc. Also spoke with front office staff M and owner. Just Thanksgiving weekend! We’re told not to pick up until noon Monday ( today). Both Chaweenies were not on their harnesses and smelled of feces. One could no walk well and “ yiped” in pain constantly. “Grooming and baths had not been done” as charged. Owner and groomer disregarded our dog’s injury. Complaining about he can no longer take my Amex because of “problems” he had charging or charge backs from Amex CC’s. Dog’s were overcharged for two kennels but placed in one. Carefully took our pet to a reputable vet. Obviously, they never called or thought to have their vet here address the injured dog. Bordering on “animal abuse”. We took her to our regular vet where she was treated with injections for pain from two areas of disk extrusion in cervical right and pelvic area. Horrible, paid $461 plus $350 - Do not patronize either kennel or vet without an impromptu walk through. Worst kennel I have ever been to. Never to return.

IM SHOCKED! MADE A RESERVATION MONTHS AGO FOR MY VACATION. CALLED ANSWER MACHINE. "Closed until further notice' flight in 2 days thank you God for a good referral...I would have been okay with a call!

Probably the only place in Winston that my dog feels comfortable staying in. I have a particularly anxious border collie/Cattle dog mix who has a penchant for conniption fits. She's always comfortable at this place and whenever I have to leave town and can't take her with me I never have to worry. Importantly, they are incredibly affordable and convenient, and you can request to keep your info in their system so you don't have to go through a hassle everytime you board your doggo. Great place.

The prices are good but we hope the overall smell will improve! We love the bows our sweet puppy is wearing when she comes home.

This is Kansas City's Lucky Lady's (Kansas) second visit for a bath and a groom. Beth is so patient and an excellent groomer. Kansas is 11 1\2 years old with hip dysplasia and needs to lay down or sit for a few minutes, but Beth is so patient. Friends of mine recommended Beth and am so thankful. I highly recommend Countryside for anyone needing an excellent groom for their four legged family member and the vet as well.

You would think after spending $500 to board my two dogs I wouldn’t have an issue with them smelling like urine and now my car and house smell of urine. Also having to buy a new harness for one because somehow one of my dogs was able to get to his? NEVER get my money again!Update-while giving my dogs a bath found a sore about the size of a half dollar on the side of one of my dogs face, around the ear. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemies...I care about animals too much for that. But on the bright-side one of my dogs now has a sweet harness!

It is a basic facility. My pets were treated well. They were fed properly. They have a confusing website for explaining prices so I asked and had them write it down for me so there were no surprises. They do charge extra for giving medicine as most places do. I also had my dogs bathed. We are talking lab and pug mixes so no real grooming here so I can't say anything about fancy grooming but the dogs were clean and smelled good.

The vet spent almost an hour and talked to me about my cat's skin condition. She was patient and informative and her fees were reasonable. I recommend her highly and will be going back!

They do a great job for a fair price. We take our dog here regularly. He's a bulldog with skin problems and his skin always looks better after.

My boxer Tyler always stays at Countryside. The staff is top notch. I feel very confortable leaving Tyler there. I know he will be well cared for. Highly recommend.

Had to take a trip and needing boarding for my 6month old German Shepherd and all I can say is I am so thankful to have found this spot, they were Amazing from just the call to inquire all the way to the pick up of my baby after 5days!!!! Only took my puppy here out of last minute necessity. They didn't feed him anywhere near enough, charged me a different price than I was initially told when I dropped him off, and charged me extra to give him a pill once a day. Never will I waste time or money on this place again.

I do not recommend this place, my dogs blanket and bed were sent back soaked in his urine. Clearly not a clean place. I will not be back.
