The Pembroke Walgreens location has heavily soiled carpeting throughout the store and its associates are not well- groomed individuals, and lack professional mannerisms. It's hard to believe that this store is permitted to operate with insanitary conditions while offering pharmaceutical services and vaccinations to the general public. This is not even an isolated incident. Where is the managements sense of pride and accountability to the community and its shareholders? Why is it acceptable for the Pembroke Walgreens to be managed with such deficiencies and why has this become an acceptable practice? As a result of my hometown pharmacies shortcomings, my personal accounts have been reassigned to another pharmacy.

If I could give a ZERO rating i definitely would. NEVER answer the phone. Had my childs per script sent in. 24hrs and still not filled. My baby is sick 9months old and needs this medicine. WORSE PHARMACY EVER. Not to mention when you go inside you’ll stand there for 20minutes or more before they acknowledge you. Also laughing and talking but can acknowledge your customers? Can’t fill a prescription after having it sent over 24hrs. WOW. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. Staff walk like they’re 90yrs old.

Won’t be using this pharmacy again. I gave them my scripts at 7 pm on Friday night. They said they’d have them ready by tomorrow. Was tracking it on the app and said it should be ready by 11 am. When it wasn’t, I called and asked how long it might be. They said about 12:30-1 pm, which was fine with me, but they also said I only had 3 scripts due when I actually had 4. They said they never got it (when I very clearly remember giving it to them the night before). After another call back they said they found it and apologized. I waited until 1 pm, but the app said they still weren’t ready. I probably should’ve called at this point but I just went off the app. According to the app, they weren’t ready until about 4:30 pm. They didn’t even call me when they were ready like they said they would, I had to see it for myself on the app. I had just gotten discharged from the hospital the day before and some of these were new meds that I had just started, including antibiotics for strep throat. I went an entire day without my new meds because they couldn’t communicate with me on when they were ready. I’m not even sure when they were actually ready. Yes, I know I should’ve called but I didn’t want to bother them. It shouldn’t be on me to have to call multiple times about my medications. I never use Walgreens, I use a mail order pharmacy through my insurance but I needed my new meds right away. I usually get them from cvs if I have to go to a physical location. If I had known there was a cvs in red springs 15 minutes away beforehand, I would’ve gone there. Pharmacist or whoever it was I spoke to was nice and communicated with me when I called, but other than that I’m disappointed and frustrated with my experience with them. They should be taking people’s medications that they need to function more seriously. Go somewhere else if you can.

The manager at the FedEx counter was horrible. One of the least reasonable people I've ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs - they should be ashamed.

As of today, I will be changing pharmacies after being a loyal customer since they opened and prior with Kerr Drugs. What has happened to the customer service. Extremely slow and don't care to speed up at all. My doctor sent my prescriptions 3 separate times daily and they still had the nerve to say my prescription wasn't called in. So sad...

Walgreens in Pembroke NC is ok it wouldn't be my go to pharmacy I don't know how they are still open the staff is Rude, they never have ya meds in stock they tell you ol they are ready you get there they DNT be ready then they turn around tell ya ol you can't get them until another week......BUT WHEN IT COMES TO GETTING PICS MADE IN STORE OR OFF LINE THEY ARE THE BEST AROUND.....

All employees are rude. My truck was too tall for the drive through so I had to come inside for covid test. I was turned away even though this was for event purposes and I showed no symptoms at all. After waiting for over 30 minutes in line. Ridiculous.

Slow, takes forever to get service at pharmacy and treat customers ad they're a nuisance. This is pharmacy experience, Walgreens remaining store customer service is average.

I wouldn't even give them one star but I had to leave something. Their pharmacy sucks.Pembroke pharmacy is very rude and unprofessional and they need to get a whole new staff in the pharmacy.

Do not come here. We are in need of our medications and this pharmacy do not fill them it take DAYS to fill them. They are very slow and you have to go thru hell to get your prescriptions filled. This is the worse pharmacy ever.
