Walked in just to look around.Stopped by the lighting section and we were met by an awesome employee.She asked us what we were looking for and was very happy to assist us. She went above and beyond to see that we had a great experience.

Walked in to Electrical department to pick up some supplies for a quick job. Less than 2 mins I had everything i needed. That included the guy opening up the cabinet to get a GFCI receptacle. I'm glad to know that there are a few people who still cares about the customer.

Not as friendly at first but then I met the lady in the rental dept and everything was okay. Employees standing around waiting to help people but no 1 approach or ask me if I needed help or even tried to sell me on heaters that I took a good time looking at bit was confused. Wish I had help on the decision. Not angry though still okay

I'm be trying to get my push mower and weed eater for about two years "No Joke". Lack of communication has made me go back and forth between True Value and some guy that they sent me too. They're the only ones in my local area who should be able to fix the problem.Robinson County is one of the nicest places to visit or live in North Carolina. But never do big business with the locals without doing a background check.

Extremely Helpful, nice people to deal with, if they don't have it they will find it, so avoid the big box stores when your time and money is important. Not saying our True Value isn't a big box store they are but with a small home town feel.

This is the place with helpful hardware folks. Went in today to get a weed trimmer. I was greeted warmly and helped thoroughly.Left with a great Stihl weed trimmer.

LOCAL BUSINESS. PRETTY GOOD SELECTION & THE STAFF ALWAYS HELPFUL. PRICES SOMETIMES HIGH BUT I AM A COMPARISON SHOPPER AND THEY'RE COMPETITIVE ON A LOT OF THINGS. CATCH THEM DURING A SALE & THERE ARE DEALS TO BE HAD. A BIG CITY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE FOR A SMALL COLLEGE TOWN LIKE PEMBROKE. I AM IMPRESSED & WILL CONTINUE TO SUPPORT THIS LOCAL MERCHANT!

Terrible customer service by Lindsey he’s been promising me for a year and a half that he would replace my robot pool vacuum cleaner he said at first they were just behind now he says it’s lost in shipping it was still under warranty and he promised it was a lifesaver after one years use we hooked it up and it wouldn’t work so I took it back since it had a 2 year warranty and no help whatsoever from Lindsey the owner not to mention the vacuum was nearly 500 bucks
