What a gorgeous visitor center. The building is well set up. Everything is very clean. And they do have a family bathroom. They have multiple outdoor picnic areas with a Charcoal grill. Giving families a nice option for travel. The scenery outside is gorgeous. Love the waterfall. They do an excellent job of maintaining this visitor center.

Wonderful rest area. It's very clean and nice here. There are tables and benches, where you can sit and eat in the fresh air and take a break from a long car ride. There are also equipped barbecues here, although you will need to bring coal and a spatula and lighter fluid with you😉🔥 But overall, I really liked it here. I express my gratitude for arranging and maintaining cleanliness in this place

Loved the rest stop plenty of parking for truck drivers and it's a 24/7 open rest stop so it's bathrooms are actually open compared to some rest stops I've been to I loved the rock water fall they had out there it was very pretty and very relaxing to hear the water running when walking by it even after 5PM you will be able to park comfortably with your truck for the night unlike some places.

Great visitors center! Lots of info on what North Carolina has to offer! Very clean and modern! Picnic tables and grills! Pretty cool. Awesome area for my pup too!

Definitely a Visitor Center to stop and take a break!!! This location was absolutely very clean!!!! Outside was well maintained and landscaped.Inside was also well maintained for the women’s restrooms. Lots of stalls and very clean with no trash or toilet paper on the floors when I walked through to inspect.Wash sinks had operating soap dispensers and the sensor faucets worked. I know that sounds a bit minor but when those are the basics that should be working all the time but unfortunately some places don’t make that a priority.Outdoor was nice and equipped with picnic tables and seating areas to enjoy. Also nice for your family pet to stretch their paws as well.Overall I will definitely use this one again each time I drive down to and from GA.

Beautiful rest area that's very clean and safe for visitors to stop and refresh. Information center onsite is both friendly and helpful. Plus the rest area also offers vending machines for affordable refreshments.

Very clean restrooms, nice gift shop with very friendly employees..great place to stop & feel 100% safe about getting out day or night to stretch ur legs, use restroom, take a break from the road, or ask someone for help..it's very well lit at night..there's even a place to walk ur animals..& there are even very nice picnic shelters!!! There are even outdoor grills for grilling out!!!

Most rude people I've ever encountered! Was meeting friends to give them tax documents while they were passing through the area. I was approached by an inspector and told I wasn't allowed to run a business from the rest stop and I informed him I wasn't and so he left. Later I was approached by an attendant screaming at me to leave or she would call police. I told her that wasn't necessary however no one had told me previously that I had to leave or stop meeting my friends for pick-up. She lied and said she watched a recording of the inspector telling me to leave earlier and she was warned if I continued she was to call police. Why didn't the inspector call police if I were doing anything wrong. I was harassed and humiliated in front of friends and family. I'm a tax paying citizen and business owner in this county and my taxes help pay their salaries and the upkeep of our rest area!

One of if not the best Visitor Centers if not the best I've been to.Lots of parking, lots of nice picnic tables & charcoal grills, very very clean men's room, & extremely nice staff. Next time I stop by I'll get some pictures. It was a very inviting rest stop. My wife was very pleased with the women's facility also.

Simply Beautiful! The ladies were very helpful, polite, friendly. Made you feel at home like you wanted to sit and chat for a moment. Very clean. Best rest stop on road trip by far.

Had a beautiful stream near the parking lot. I will say that the ladies that were there were so very nice and helpful. There is a very large selection of brochers for anything that one could want to see or do in NC. Will be returning

I stopped st the Piedmont Triad Visitor Center and was presently surprised. The ladies working the were very friendly and gracious. They had coffee brewing and it was right on time! There were numerous travel brochures available and the ladies room was clean. I enjoyed a short walk on the grounds and took a few pictures.

Love stoping here right before hitting the Virginia line when leaving North Carolina its always clean and when open hours the lady's inside are very friendly and very helpful. Not to mention beautiful little waterfall for pictures are sitting on the bench and relaxing to the sound for a minute.

Stopped for a quick break and saw a complimentary coffee sign. Checked it out and met the two sweetest ladies I have ever met. They have the level of hospitality that is just OUT OF THIS WORLD! Make sure to stop by and say hi! They made me smile for the rest of the day

This is the cleanest and nicest rest area I have ever been to. Unbelievable how clean the restrooms are and the grounds are wonderfully landscaped to include a pleasant water feature.The actual welcome center has friendly and helpful staff along with info about local events and attractions.I always stop in when it is on my route. I have even napped in the car a few times on long or late trips. My dogs know this location well and always enjoy a break here as well.Really have to hand it to the staff at this facility, they go the extra mile and take pride in their Rest Stop & Welcome Center.

We were on the way up to liberty University to watch a football game. Pulled over to the rest stop. When inside and do is probly when the really nice Visitor Rest Stop.I've seen in A while. Also we went over To another Room it was decorated with a Christmas tree. Red couches and chairs coffee. There was 2 ladies in their running the place. Man are those good people. To be on a trip is a very relaxing stop. Sorry I don't have names to give them personal recognition. But I bet if you're reading this and you have been there you know who I mean. Thank you for the great time.

This is our favorite rest stop! Always clean, the staff is so friendly, the cup of coffee is just what we need on a long trip. Today they let our toddler pick out a small toy and he was so happy. Thanks to the sweet ladies working!
