Always clean, organized, well stocked, great staff, good selection of seasonal merch right when you walk in which is great and convenient. The only issue I had was trying to buy top soil. The only cheap options were in front of the store which is awkward to get to because you have to go get a cart (since they are very heavy) and come around the front where there's no walkway, and get what you need. First I shopped around the store then tried the outdoor selection thats inside and didn't find any top soil only fertilizer and seeds. So then i went into the outdoor garden center which had some options but very expensive ones. Then I seen fence doors that open to the area I needed to get to and there was even the alarm detectors at the doors so it seemed like that's how to get out there but no that didn't work, they didn't open. So I had to go around to the front of the store, leave my cart with all my stuff in it and grab a new cart to go outside and get some top soil, then bring it into the store to transfer to my cart and then leave it again to put the empty one back. All while I have kids with me. Which was just super inconvenient and they got scared walking to the area outside because it was not on the walkway. It was too close to cars driving up. So that really sucked. There should be better soil options inside or atleast in the garden center. The pictures I'm including are of some really gorgeous and cute garden ornaments. The turtle and angel ans butterfly are really beautiful. Also these adorable lip balms that are under $5 and the packaging looks like a vending machine while the lip balms are the sodas. Really cute had to share.

Get better employees. Nobody is friendly, they're not helpful nor do they stock anything! They mislabel prices and give you issues when you confront them on the price. They treat everyone like they're stealing something. The store is just as disgusting as their attitudes. Walmart is becoming pitiful. When I questioned the policy knowing I was right the girl I dealt with who wasn't even a manager could hardly be bothered from her phone.

Navigating around other customers is the biggest problem with this Walmart. There's nothing special about this Walmart. It's the same as all the others in this aspect. Check out was quick and easy I was able to use self-checkout. The bathrooms were moderately clean and the lights turned on automatically.

The salsa is the best I've ever eaten. It was obvious to me that they take pride in plating their food and in their presentation. My Fajita Burrito was outstanding. Very friendly and attentive staff. Very warm and pleasant atmosphere.

Extremely rude workers. They're all on their phones and distracted from what they're supposed to be doing. One worker was distracting the person checking receipts. Everyone walked past them but when she saw me with a 45lb of dog food on my shoulder she called out to me because I had already passed them while they were distracted and proceeded to walk at a snails pace to collect my receipt from me since I had already made it to the door. When you call the store NO ONE EVER picks up the phones.

My wife was accused of shoplifting and she had the receipt for her purchases. She said that she was humiliated and on top of that, it was my son's birthday. So he will remember that encounter for the rest of his life.

The remodel took some time to find everything but it's a huge improvement. The extra large self checkouts are nice, you don't feel cramped with other customers. I do wish they had more registers with cashiers open.

Wow, this Walmart is modern and nice!! Very clean store with a great selection of merchandise. Reminds me of a Super Target. Will definitely make another trip back to this particular store.

Was told by employees if I don't like doing carts to stop shopping here. So I will go elsewhere terrible store anyways no class disorganized and prices in Roxboro are better.

Very cesan and updated store. They now do, offer everything. Beautiful store well stocked with helpful employees. Open until 11 pm daily.

I placed an order for delivery and it states the order was delivered. From the picture, this was clearly not delivered and a driver committed fraud and theft of a TV. When attempting to resolve, customer service basically threw their hands up and said you get a refund or nothing at all. This was not an item that I can replace for the sale price that I got it for. The right thing to do would be to substitute for an equivalent item, but they refused, then quit responding to chat. Walmart will screw their customers over any chance they get, all to not honor an advertised price and churn a profit.

The place is fine I come here for a majority of my needs like groceries and such. The employees are fine and everything they do their job when they need to so that's good. Overall the place is pretty good I will continue to return.

Oxford location is clean and tidy. Newly renovated (think Target in blue instead of red). The hubs said the bathrooms were also remodeled and very clean.

The customer service team is horrible. Staff members were too busy playing on their phones to help troubleshoot. Manager was incredibly rude along with the customer service staff who mocked us as we were leaving. Every time we shop here, our experience is worse and worse.

This is the worst Walmart in the state of NC. I travel all over this state going in Wal-Mart regularly. This stores management is horrible, the store stock is always depleted, and they keep minimal registors open on busy weekends. I hate this store is in my home town where I shop the most. I will be making the extra 20 minute drive to wake forest from now on just to avoid this store. Just because it is faster to drive further away than wait in the pictured line below, that I was halfway through when I took the picture.

I don't know what they've got going on, but store is in total disorder now. Associates have isles blocked so no one can get through, a real safety hazzard. I work for Walmart, so I know sometimes it's necessary to have isles blocked to set mods, but what I saw here today is extreme.

If I could give a zero I would. Bought a car battery a little over 2 yrs ago. It went bad about a year later. I go in and they scan the battery and tell me when I purchased and how much I don't have to pay because it is under warranty. I go in tonight and they scan battery. Do you have your receipt? I didnt have it last time....We can't help you. A $141.00 battery...I guess I will just eat it...

On Friday I went in to do a return, I had used my debit card 5 days earlier, but had things that just wouldn't fit my son. I've returned several times before and got cash back since it was debit and would just go get what I needed. The rude lady at customer service just jumps and puts it back on my debit card which takes 5 to 7 days. I told her that I needed to get other things, she didn't care. Said it's policy, I told her that I had done this several times before and this is a first. Didn't care, moved on to her next customer. Wish I could give a zero.

Walmart in Oxford, NC is losing 2 valuable customers over $30. We are Walmart+ members, buy our gas at Murphy’s (Walmart-owned), etc. We spend hundred’s of dollars monthly there, but no more. I would give a negative 5 stars because of the experience we had today.

Out of ALL The Walmarts this was worst by far , shelf’s were not stocked but more product was in the aisles then on the shelves , most team members seemed to have attitudes , one girl just stared at me and when I stared back her response was how can I help you very rudely !!! however dee was the nicest employee there , very friendly , show us items for sale that we wasn’t planning on buying but ended up buying ,

Worst Walmart I’ve ever been to. Poorly stocked. In the middle of relocating the Pharmacy to another part of store. The isles filled with merchandise, employees not well managed. A lot of employees just standing around. I couldn’t find many of the items I needed. The employees had no clue where to find it in the store either. This store needs a new manager. I left very frustrated.

I came to Walmart today to pick up a prescription. I drove around and at the time I was there, there were no handicap parking available. There was 12 spaces of online ordering available. There was only 1 car getting groceries. I pulled in and parked in one. I wasn't expecting to be long. Unfortunately my prescription wasn't ready, so I wandered around the store, which is a mess due to their remodeling. I picked up a few things waiting on the pharmacy. When I went out, a young lady informed me that it was strictly for online ordering. I told her I couldn't find a handicap parking place, she thenInformed me to just wait for a handicap parking and next time she would have my van towed. I would understand if they were busy and people were trying to park to pick up their groceries, but when I left there were 11 spots still open not including the one I was leaving. So people who have need of closer parking don't get it, but spaces for on line shopping are sitting empty. This is ridiculous! I am not sure I will be visiting this store on the future.
