Today, I had my inaugural shopping experience at this Walgreens store, but unfortunately, the employee exhibited rude behavior and the staff seemed disorganized, making it challenging for me to browse for the items I required. Due to these circumstances, it is highly likely that I will not visit this Walgreens store again.

I can find what I'm looking for, get in and out rather quickly. I love the way my photos comes out for enlargements. Oxford is a growing town, housing is increasing, businesses are making its way here. There's great events that takes place here and we have this Walgreens sign that is faded on one side. They need a new sign to brighten up the corner and highlight the store

Let me start by saying I love Walgreens, usually. This store in Oxford, NC has some issues, however. The pharmacy says a prescription can increase by $30 during the time it takes to fill it in two hours! (They did finally fix that, but took up about an hour extra of my time that day) They forgot to get the prescriptions released from another Walgreens, so it took another week to get that, not to mention the nearly 50 mile drive each time I need to go there. They have declined returns from other Walgreen stores without any explanation other than “you got it at a different Walgreens store”. Then when you have a return FROM THEIR STORE, they can’t do the simple math, even when the receipt has the amount of the return right on it! They gave me half of what was due back and said it was because I would get $10 in “Walgreens points” for my purchase so I wasn’t going to get what they owed me from my CASH SPENT! I believe the staff there needs in service classes or at least basic math that they may have missed. After an hour, I gave up on logic and called corporate which did return the balance due to me! The other Walgreens I have been to have always had excellent service. I’d just say, watch your pocketbook in Oxford, NC!

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. They hate to do their job that they signed up for might I add. I went there after CALLING FIRST to ask if they accepted FedEx Drop off the lady on the phone said that they do. I proceeded to the store and brought the package in with the label ready to scan on my phone. The casher Called over Tammy to come get the package and before I could even pull the label up she says "we can't accept this package it's too big it has be be 48" or less" So when I pointed out that the package was only 41" she came up with another excuse on why she couldn't accept my package saying that FedEx has a limited capacity on their truck, this package came off of a FedEx truck! She just didn't want to do her job. Tammy if you see this, you should quit.

Literally completely incompetent. Can’t even file insurance correctly. Have no idea what they are doing in the pharmacy. Then they never have prescriptions ready on time. Also, have given us prescriptions without instructions and had to call because they didn’t give proper instructions in the box. It’s ridiculous at this point. This place is only used by us because it’s the only place that takes our insurance. Professional pharmacy is ten times better.

Incompetence at the highest level. Worst place to look for any type of professionalism. The pharmacy tech seems like he wasn't equipped to provide the information he needed to convey regarding the turnaround time for COVID-19 results. He became frustrated when I asked for specific info regarding the testing and submission protocol. If these circumstances/experiences are based on lack of resources, corporate should get involved; if this is a personnel issue then maybe you should clean house. Zero stars should be possible for these reviews - can't wait for them to fully automate these jobs.

Worst customer service! The pharmacy is closed for a personal emergency at 2 on Friday! You're not a small business and should have people in place in the event someone gets sick or has an emergency!UNBELIEVABLE!!

There was a young lady working the drive thru pharmacy window and she was great! One of my meds recently went from not being covered to being covered. She took the time and got everything cleared up for me!

Don't ever try to pick up meds through the drive thru on Sundays. I went there to get a script that had already been filled twice both times I ended up leaving because I sat in line for over 30 minutes both times.

Well stocked store but when it comes to getting shot or getting prescriptions here,be prepared to be there all day,even if U have appointment. Other than that a great place for all your needs.

I dislike coming into this store when the Manager that’s foreign is working. Not sure of his name but he has the nastiest attitude I’ve ever seen! Not helpful at all! He’s also a very rude person! I will no longer shop this store as long as he works there!

Horrible dealings with pharmacy. Always on eternal hold and then they pick up just to place you back on hold! 20 minutes on the phone to speak to someone and then staff seems put out when going through drive thru
