Very unprofessional do not want to do thereJob I encounter manager tonight who was very rude about a coupon that clearly showed in the store and a cashier who confirmed the coupon was correct used my mobile app that shows the coupon and manager still would not review further and honor the store price change that was needed. Never experience such horrific situation as such the one encounter tonight... they need help and training as this was pointless situation that could of easily been fixed if the manager had the proper knowledge and training of her storeAnd professionalism.

When Sharon, Dorothy, Marvin and others that worked that with an "I care attitude" this was a great store.I have recently witnessed employees with bluetooth devices in their ears while waiting on customers- The customer should be the primary focus when they are standing in front of you spending money. After all, customers spending is what keeps the doors open. A personal phone conversation or music playing in someone's ear is a distraction to the customer experience.The store is cluttered, disorganized and the employee turn over rate must be off the chart. . I have actually taken pictures of stock sitting in the floor and merchandise out of place (laying on the floor )that was obviously a trip/fall hazard and an ambulance chasers dream for a negligence lawsuit. I even tried to contact someone in upper management on a corporate level and failed to get through all of the hoops to inform them of the appearance of this store. Today, I can see why! I just saw a listing on Indeed for an Assistant Manager and the pay was $9-10 per hour. You get what you pay for!!! Assistant Managers generally do the same thing that managers do with a few exceptions. Long hours, filling in for call outs & staffing shortages, supervising employees, as well as taking care of customer's needs. At least when I saw this ad, it answered my questions as to how this store went downhill over time. This store has a lot of potential for success, but the manager and upper management need to be held accountable (instead of just getting a paycheck) and engaged in order for it to thrive.

The staff is always helpful and forever friendly. I do like that they have many more items now in their grocery section. It has been a great store to run to in case of an emergency such as my granddaughter visiting and daddy forgot shoes!

I used to always go to Dallar General but because of the most friendly employee Sharon told me they have an app with coupons; I will shop here from now on. It is so great to have nice knowledgeable workers like Sharon. THANK YOU SHARON

I really enjoy this store and the friendly staff. I would have rated the store higher but they have closed their restrooms to customers. Very inconvenient and not customer friendly. May or may not return.
