CVS is absolutely the worst pharmacy! I have problems constantly with them and my medicine every month. They are the most uncaring staff I have had to deal with. Stay away from this pharmacy if you don't want issues every month!

No stars, I've had the worst experience trying to get my booster vaccine at the CVS in Oxford. I submitted all the information online and thought my appointment was set for 1-17-2022 at 4:00pm. Come to find out the CVS personnel told me she couldn't find my appointment. No one offered any assistance with this matter and they weren't busy with other clients. I ended up going to Granville County Health Department and had no trouble at all. I was in and out with ease.

This pharmacy is horrible!! 6 months ago my son had a ruptured eardrum… they told me that they had the prescription and it would be ready. When I can e to pick up, they said it was out of stock and another Cvs had it. Called and they did not have it. Today after having a dental surgery done, I called at 3 and they said that it would be ready in a hour. Again I get the run around and it quite frankly it’s unacceptable. They should be healed to a different standard than the one they are held to.

The cashier woman today on Wednesday, June 15, is very inpatient and disrespectful. Not a good vibe and always in a bad mood. Other cvs I visit were employees with good attitude greeting me when I enter and everything. But when I enter this cvs and see this woman, I just wanna leave cause I’ll then be in a sad mood for the day.

This CVS pharmacy is absolutely awful! I do not understand why whomever owns this store in Oxford NC, cannot hire more pharmacist and more employees to make this Pharmacy run smoother. Meds are never in stock, have ti he ordered and that takes weeks, or it takes days to fill a prescription. I waited over a month for 1 prescription! The employees that are actually here now, work very hard to do what needs ti be done but they need help!!!! I came by INE night and 1 employee was running the entire pharmacy; Running the drive through, walk ins, phones absolutely ridiculous!!!!Would CVS please read this review and do something to this store!!!!!! It’s not fair to us customers to have to put up with these inadequacies all the time!!Please help this store!!

I had my prescriptions transferred here several months ago. I have had problems getting them filled every time. I went to pick up my prescription yesterday, sat in drive thru for 20 minutes. Rang the bell several times but no one came. I then went inside to get my prescription. Another 10 minutes These people are very incompetent!!

I just did my first self covid test here, and I have to say thank you to the gentleman at the drive through. He was clear on his instructions and walked me through everything. I felt he did an awesome job. Wish I had asked his name so I could give him full recognition. Whoever was working on 12/30 at 11:30am, Sir, if you see this review, keep up the good work!

I experienced outstanding customer service from J'alea in the pharmacy in Oxford, North Carolina. She went out of her way to help me and correct a problem I was having. This young lady could teach a class in customer service! Thank you J'alea!!

I called to find out if they have a rapid covid test. I get someone that barely speaks English that told me Sanford NC has it and he was processing *#^#%@& I don't know what he said he was processing but my question was 4x in a row Does Oxford NC have a rapid test yes or no. Never ever answered my question. Waste of time easier to just drive there.

Possible the worst pharmacy I have ever seen. No customer service at all, can't call the pharmacy because they want answer the phone. Also tried to drop a perception at the drive through and couldn't get anyone to come to the window sat there for 20 min pressed the called button multiple times still no one. So I went inside to my surprise there was two people behind the counter doing not much of nothing. Again the worst place ever.

Called ahead for my perscription and came 10 minutes after it was due to be filled. (After waiting 10 minutes in the drive-thru line) and was told it would be ready for another half an hour.I understand they were understaffed, however, I live in the country and planned my trip around this time. Now I will be waiting for half an hour while they fill it.

I'm a Oxford new be. And when you move half way across the country as I did from Oklahoma I was nervous about finding the right doctors and pharmacy staff. My first visit to your store I new I was home. Thank your staff for being on top of there game and giving me that warm fuzzy home town service.

Wonderful place. And staff. But the drive thru. To get your prescription. Is terrible. You have to wait at least 30 to 40 minutes in line.. every time I visit.

I don't know what is going on at this CVS but my sisters medicine was sent from the doctor at 11AM today. She went by at 3pm, it was being processed 🤔 It's just now ready @728PM.

Drove 45 min for a test for COVID-19 only to find out the whole store is closed due to a power outage. No notification of this or anything and they allowed us to make appointments online. Pretty annoying.
