I was in need of an awning fabric replacement and left a deposit for them to order it and schedule a time for them to do the job. About 3 weeks later, and no return phone calls, I found out the material had never been ordered. Totally am more than disappointed.

Call on a Thursday just before they closed. I was having issues with the electrical hook up between my RV and my tow vehicle. Even though they were booked solid on Friday. Dave told me to come in and he would take a look I was there at 9:30am and Brandon had me out the door by 11:00 am. Working great! We were on vacation a long way from home. Had a weight distribution problem with my truck and camper and they squeezed me in their extremely busy schedule. JR said “come on and we’ll make it happen”. These guys were great, pleasant and had me in and gone within 30 mins. Highly recommended by 2-3 locals and now I’m highly recommending!! Thanks guys. Wow. Just you don't find people like this anymore in the world.We're vacationing from Utah and we thought our battery was dead, stopped by to get it replaced. They checked the converter instead just in case..covering all the bases before even thinking about just replacing the battery, and turns out, it was the cause. They didn't have one and highly referred us to Camper World because he knew we needed this fix!The manager I think was absolutely amazing. Didn't charge us for the diagnostic, and explained everything to us and took time out of what he was doing to help.Thank you!!Service: Battery

We were traveling in the Franklin area and had a big problem with our Trailer Brakes. I called in the morning and they said come in at 1pm. They discovered both Brakes were bad and had to be replaced. They had all the parts and fixed everything within a few hours. Great job and very much apricate that they allowed us to come in the same day we called. Highly Recommend.Service: Brakes

This place is awesome! My air ride suspension would not inflate. Brandon kept after it until he got some answers. He found that the leveling actuator computer was bad and found a way to bypass it and got me on my way. If I am ever in North Carolina again and need help I know where to go. was told on phone by young lady that they g camper over 1.5 hrs to their shop, then am told that they would not file claim for warranty to Dometic, and that I would need to pay whatever labor and cost of part, and take it up with Dometic myself. When I asked how much part was , water valve for model 300, they wanted $60 which is double cost available online. When I asked again about warrant, she said again that they do warranty work, but I would have to pay them and file claim myself. I will order part myself and do the 20 minute work myself. Be careful if you are needing warranty work done by this company

The guys that came to work on our motor coach were polite and helpful. They found the problem but were not able to fix it. They got it so I could get my slide in but they are not set up to work on motor coaches as big as ours. I never went to the shop

Able to think on their feet, these folks know how to get the job done. Several issues with ill-fitting trailer hitches and they fixed it on the spot..We are bringing a compact car over today to have the Blue Ox towing system installed. Their price was right, and they are very accommodating.

We live about an hour from here, lost an entire wheel from our 5th wheel. They did an exceptional job of repairing the damage. Very courteous, reasonable, and relatively fast compared to other businesses we've used in the past for less extensive repairs!We will probably make the hour drive with the RV for regular maintenance and repairs in the future.

Called at closing time and they had part I needed. They were knowledgeable about the part I needed. I arranged to pick up the part after hours. Part was correct and was able to make repair and enjoy the weekend.

Have gone thère several times and also called for advice, usually with Dave in parts. All I have is nothing but praise for them. Just replaced a light in my RV and with Dave's help, it cost me less then going through Amazonwhich means I get to support a local merchant.

We had Anglin RV install an ac unit on our rv. They contacted our insurance company and handled everything for the install. When all done we thought we still owed $40. When the job was complete we gave the $40 dollars cash to the service techs. About 2 weeks later we received a call from Paula she said we did not owe any more money where can she send the money to us. I am so glad there are still honest people and companies in this crazy world. Will continue to do business in the future. Thank you Paula and Anglin RVPaul and CindyFlorida/Pennsylvania

Jr Anglin, did an awesome job, with custom welding a sway-bar, weight distribution hitch for my Expedition & RV......and at HALF the cost of everywhere else. Has anything you need for a better RV experience. Peofessional, caring, and doesn't try to "dog" a customer. Honor is hard to find.....but Anglin's has lots of honor!
