This is a great local hardware store. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. There is a little bit of everything you need to maintain your home. As well as ingredients for improvements. There is fresh popcorn for customers. Out front there are some plants and other gardening supplies. There is a paved parking lot.

Such a nice classic local hardware store with the friendliest staff! These days local hardware stores can either be anti tourists and rude or they can be accommodating and nice. This one displayed some good southern hospitality and local advise. Bravo!

Love visiting hardware stores like this. In my area, they have been driven out by the big box hardware stores. The Village Hardware store has a wide selection of hardware and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Easily found the plumbing parts and electrical parts we needed and had fun looking around the store.

No school like the old school! This old school hardware went well above and beyond helping me fix some antique plumbing on my boat. Had the old school bonnet washers and flat washers that I needed to rehab an old spigot for another 40 years, and more importantly could find them when asked. They saved me a lot of time and money. Village Do it Best Hardware, they are awesome! (plus they have a cat that protects them from local stray dogs!)

Wow! They have a really great selection of hardware and a good selection for visiting mariners. Lots of stainless steel hardware, fiberglass and resin, deep cycle batteries, electrical fittings, etc. And the staff is so friendly. As always, Paul's dry wit is delightful.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff in this store that has most everything you can find at those larger corporate stores. The store is convenient. Everything is competitively priced. I always go there FIRST before heading to New Bern or Jacksonville for my hardware needs.
