Absolutely best costumer service. Got to the island and the first little rental place was open but not available so we called the number it said call. We yelled for service bc it said yell. Nobody came, nobody answered. We walked the mile from the ferry to wheelie fun and they were EXCEPTIONAL. Not only did they rent us a cart, quickly, they even drove my husband back to the ferry landing so he didn't have to walk all the way back. Super great people and attentive. We will definitely be renting from them in the future.

Best golf cart rental on the island. Their prices are WAY better than the place just off of the ferry. The morning crew got us on our way quickly, and the evening group of young men were extremely helpful and accommodating when we needed some extra time with our cart after losing our backpack that had wallets, phones, etc. (side note, we found it!). Highly recommended!!!

1000% worth it!! This was our first time going to the Outer Banks. We got on the Ferry from Cedar Island without a vehicle. We read online that you can walk the village. While everything is close, it's hot! I don't recommend walking. The cart makes getting from A to B a breeze, with a breeze! 😀 The Staff was friendly and helpful. Plus they had carts right there ready to go.

I am sure there are other great choices but we always rent from Wheelie Fun. They have always been great and accommodating of our reservations. They have a variety of carts to chose from. Whether you want a raised cart or a traditional ride.They have also supplied me with extension cords when a plug was not close to the parking area.

Will come back to Wheelie fun. They are very nice people. Stayed on Ocracoke for a week, got stuck in traffic on our way there and made the 730pm ferry over, they close at 6, but they called me and offered to drop the cart at our condo so we had when we arrived! Even offered to pick it up when we left. Would recommend!

It seems like good service these days is lacking, but you won't find that issue here! Can't say enough about how great Wheelie Fun was to us. We stopped by a couple of times during the week and every time we were met with friendly people and top notch service. It was minor items - once to see if we could get extra extension cords for charging the cart and once because our windshield started to dislodge itself - but they were alwayshappy to help and did so as quick as possible.

This business is great! I've used them several times and evert time I have been very satisfied. The last time I used them, I needed a six person cart and they worked with us to ensure its availability. The rates are reasonable and the staff are very friendly and helpful. When it's all said and done, this family run business is well worth the time and money. They are outstanding.

We got a 6 passenger golf cart to tool around on Ocracoke Island. Rented it for 6 hours but pretty much only needed for 4-5. Great crew to work with.

Wonderful people own Wheelies, we got to their location 15 minutes before they opened, but we didn't realize the time, so we called the number on the sign and they answered and came right over to take care of us. They were super helpful, offered 24/7 service and were just kind and nice people. Will definitely go there next time we are vacationing on Ocracoke. Their rates are good too!!!!

Five stars! The owners were very helpful and accommodating - offered suggestions of good places to eat and things to do since it was our first time on the island. The cart in itself served its purpose and was the BEST way to get around the village. We will definitely be returning customers!

Absolutely awesome! After bad experiences with the other golf cart provider on the island, we switched to Wheelie Fun last year and it was an excellent choice! The employees are always so incredibly nice and knowledgeable about the area, we had asked about the changes on the island since Dorian.The cherry on top was that we blew a tire and were just going to deal with it later and when we walked out of our door to deal with the tire, a man from Wheelie Fun was already changing our tire!A++++ Service! Highly recommend Wheelies if you are in Okracoke! The people were so kind and accommodating and the prices were reasonable. Our daughter saw a pink cart when we were getting our rental, but it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. Without us even asking they told us to take a cart for the night and we could come back in the morning to switch out for the pink one. Our daughter had such a great time going for what she called her “pink zoomies” and we created some great memories! We will definitely be renting from Wheelies every time we come to the island!

These people are amazing! Our trip was in early March this year so everything was closed. These folks came out from the house so we could rent a cart which made our whole trip for our son! Absolutely the nicest people. Highly recommend!

Fair price, good carts, great people. I remembered that I left a small gift bag on our rental cart as we were driving back to Florida. I called them, they saved it and mailed it to my home. Now that's great Service !!!!

It was great! Family of 6 with little kids. Was relatively easy and car seats buckled in with lap belts. Kids LOVED it and thought the cart ride was cooler than the sights. Would definitely recommend and plan to do again upon an eventual return.

Our children took their cart out and ran the battery down. Our neighbors towed them back and we plugged the cart in. It didn’t seem to charge, but the cart had been put into tow mode, which deactivated the drive. Wheelie’s came got the cart and promptly replaced it. Excellent customer service and they truly care about their carts despite our error. Will rent again.

They were extremely friendly kept everything easy and simple no run around straight forward. Ron pick us up as promised at the passenger ferry at silver enjoy his conversation as we went over to the rental office. Highly recommend them to anybody that need a golf cart on the island

My family rented a big cart from the these folks and had a good experience. We had trouble with our first cart, it wouldn't charge. We called and they came right away with a replacement.Really nice people, very helpful and go out of their way to make sure you are happy.

We visited the island on July 17th, 2019 using the Ocracoke express passenger ferry. We decided we wanted to rent a golf cart instead of using the free tram. I called Wheelie Fun and was told to look for the guy in the straw hat. I was happily surprised that he was sitting at the dock when we got off the ferry. He took us in a golf cart to his shop to rent the carts we would use. I was very pleased. Also we just left them at the dock parking when we left so it couldn't have been easier. Very competitive in pricing and super customer service. Highly recommend! Totally enjoyed using the carts to see the town verses the tram since we didn't have to wait or walk to tram stops.

If you come to Ocracoke seriously consider making reservations with Wheelie Fun Cart Rentals. Their customer service is exemplary and easy out performs their competition. Riding around in a golf cart is absolutely the best way to get around the island.

These guys are awesome. I have rented from them for years but this year brought my own cart.before I got here I lost my front seat so I was going to have to rent one anyways.told them what happened and they had an old seat that they gave me and didn't charge me. If you have to rent carts this is the place to go,most would not help you out like that, tells me that they are good folks.thanks again
