We went there for a quick bite and we tried the oyster sampler (all baked oysters) and it was delicious! Fresh oysters, for me it was an amazing taste and experience, sad that I didn't have enough time to come back but is on the list as a priority next time I visit the island. Friendly staff, most of them are teens so just be a bit patient with them. They had cold drinks and the bartender was friendly! I highly recommend it 🔥🔥🔥

Great place to try baked and raw oyster samplers. We were first seated outside in the back corner by the bathrooms (located outside) and it was smelly and disgusting. I do not recommend the outside table being that close to bathrooms. We gotten bitten multiple times by mosquitoes in a span of 5 mins so we asked to move and Maria was nice to move us inside and our experience was much better the rest of the night.

I sat outside with my dog for lunch. Not crowded. Had raw oyster platter and shrimp basket. The waitress is the best-friendly and helpful. The food is great. The reason I stopped here, oysters, did not disappoint. Then had a shrimp basket. Surprised at how good it was. I mean shrimp basket is a shrimp basket, right? Wrong! Battered shrimp and wedge shaped fries were super. What a surprise. Loved this place.

We stopped in late Thursday night not knowing anything about this place. The atmosphere was awesome and was a true Island vibe. The food was amazing and the service was great. The food came out super quick which was great because we needed to catch the 10:30 ferry out of there. This place was one of the many highlights of my trip to the Outer Banks. Next time I'm on the island I will definitely be stopping in for more than just food because it looked like they had a great beer and drink selection.

Had never eaten at the Ocracoke Oyster Company before because it’s always has such a large crowd & live music. Its still kid friendly but we always passed it up. Not tonight. Ordered the fresh fish of the day, blackened flounder. Came with deep fried oysters & shrimp. Side of sautéed green beans, beans & rice, and of course 2 hush puppies. LAWD! Also enjoyed the crabcake sandwich. You can never go wrong with crabcakes in Ocracoke!

I don't like oysters so we obviously didn't try them or go there for that and I can't vouch for how good they are, but the other food we had was delicious! The atmosphere is a good home-town local vibe and everyone is friendly. It was super busy so service was a tad slow, but really ok. Definitely a place I'd return to. Next time I will make time for the key lime pie.

Had an amazing experience here with my boyfriend! I had the fried chicken salad with the fig vinaigrette and it was amazing. The mozzarella stick appetizer was well-portioned and our serve Matt was incredibly friendly and attentive. My boyfriend had the First Mate and said it is the best fried fish he has ever had. Overall, an awesome experience, we will be sure to return the next time we are on the island!

RUDE !! For an island that depends on tourism, they sure are rude! This is the SECOND consecutive year that we have left because the staff is rude ! sorry we are trying to support local businesses!EDIT: The response from your business below is not about me or any of my guests. I have no idea what you’re talking about. Clearly, you’re having a lot of poor interactions with your customers and can’t seem to remember which is which. My party was the group you were very rude to after we sat ourselves at a table when there was no host at the host stand. Taken this was in the middle of the day, with no other parties waiting or a full restaurant. Instead of kindly asking us to wait or simply letting us sit, you were very rude and literally told us to “get up.” Extremely rude behavior. Just because you are one of the only restaurants on the island doesn’t mean you can treat people that way. Kindness goes a long way, especially kindness towards people who come annually to support your community.

Ate here in season with 13 and 2 dogs. We ate outside on a beautiful day. The island was crowded but we were sat quickly at 2 pm during the week. I personally had the oysters ceviche with a side salad and the cherry pie with ice cream. Also, had margaritas which were made well with the expected amount of alcohol. The wait staff was friendly and provided good suggestions about the menu. Horseradish, hot sauce, and cocktail sauce were provided at request for the oysters. Be careful on large groups as gratuity is already included. It's hard to really judge fresh raw oysters other than they tasted as expected and no one got sick from it. The wait staff and the owner I think both provided snacks for the dogs and water bowls were present. I would definitely visit again.

Came here for a quick lunch. Perfect! The oysters were large and tasty. Our server, Donna, was so nice and attentive! The creamy crab soup outshines any She Crab Soup I ever had in Charleston (and I’mFrom CHS). We shared a small rib platter forLunch. Delicious and almost too much for us to eat! I highly recommend this place!

We love visiting Ocracoke Oyster Company, The food is always absolutely outstanding!Best Oysters we have found at OBX from Nags Head all the way to Ocracoke! We love the ferry ride as well to get over to Ocracoke Island and go there sometimes just to dine at Ocracoke Oyster Co. They also have the best drinks of anywhere I have found, I got the Hawaiian Margarita With The Top Shelf Liquor In It And It Was Sooo Good.I Highly Recommend This Restaurant And We Will Definitely Be Going Back ❤️

Wonderful restaurant! Saturday night live music was awesome! Tasty drinks (peach cilantro margarita and Spicey margarita). Delicious food (crab dip, raw sushi oysters, crab stuffed flounder with hush puppies, green beans and orza salad) and wonderful wait staff (Matt). Hush puppies and crab cake (on the flounder) were the best we’ve had. Highly recommend this restaurant!!!

Although I live about 6 hours away from Cape Hatteras. Whenever I visit the area I make it a priority to visit Ocracoke island and have dinner here. The crab cake stuffed flounder with crab bisque sauce and homemade hush puppies is phenomenal. The atmosphere is unforgettable. The staff is very welcoming, friendly, helpful and professional. You'll feel at home here. In my opinion this place is the heart and soul of the island.
