We stopped in late on November 24th after the lil boat parade. The Woman and Ollie we're Great! They stayed open to let My Wife and Sister In Law shop! The Hand-Made Seaglass windchimes were a hit! They wrapped them well for our Journey Home and Ollie Even offered us a Hand to the car if Needed.. Awesome little Place!

Lovely clothing store where I bought some super cute and comfortable overalls with a unique pattern, and plenty of clothes for the kids. Friendly staff and fair prices. We will be back again each time we visit the island!

Mermaid's folly is one of my favorite shops. After the huge hurricane ripped Ocracoke year before last, I wondered what happened to it. When we went there last weekend, we saw it has been restored. It took more than a year! Lots of hard work. But as before the items there are such a pleasure to look at, and choose. All are beautiful and artistic and flowing. Great tees showing island themes, beautiful fabrics with batiks and dreamy cottons. Definitely glad they are back!
