It doesn’t get better than this for a sweet treat at the beach 💯Our family visits this location a lot (they have the Fireball flavor, not offered on island) and parking is easy, staff is helpful and friendly, and we like the shaded sitting area to enjoy our slush.Pro tip: get a coozie & keep in your vehicle. It only takes a few visits for this to be more cost efficient than buying normal cups

When I went it was out of season, however that didnt change a thing in my eyes. Only one lady there when we went and she was very kind. A little slow but I mean what can I expect from an out of season shop with one employee working. The slushies are the only things I've had from here and by God they are the greatest treat you can buy in Ocean Isle area. Super tasty treat :] would recommend to anyone.

I would come here for every meal but unfortunately Italian ice is not a well balanced diet and I'd like to live past the age of 30. They have so many flavors to pick from and on my bucket list is trying all of them at least once. So far my favorite combination is swirled blue raspberry and green apple, the perfect mix of sweet and sour. My tounge is blue almost every day of the week just because I have so much italian ice. If I could become their mascot I'd happily do it as long as I got an endless supply of Italian ice and at least minimum wage. On a hot summer day this is the perfect treat to have. 👍🏻🍧

We got one of those extra big sunset slush cravings on vacation and didn’t realize that they were closed.The owners happened to be in the store and saved the day for us even though they were not open. Thank you so very much! We had one very happy girl!

The wife and kids look forward to visiting Sunset Slush every summer during our trips to Ocean Isle or Holden. I would like to see one or two sugar-free options so I could enjoy a cool treat. We'll still keep bringing our slush cups year after year!

Always have a great experience and love that you roll by on the beach, but this review is for the great experience I had today in the storefront. There were 3 young men there who were very friendly and accommodating. They were easy to talk to and very helpful and gave great suggestions. I don't remember their names but it was a pleasant experience!

My family and I would vacation in Ocean Isle Beach every summer and get to enjoy Sunset Slush all the time! My husband and I recently got married and had Sunset Slush at our wedding and it was THE BEST! Our guest loved it, and the icy's are always so yummy and it was such a big hit. The staff is always kind and accommodating. It made our day so much better! We love them!!

The Italian Ice is very good. They have. very large number of flavors. Locations in Sunset Beach and also Ocean Isle Beach. Also soft serve ice cream, combos of ice cream and Italian Ice very good.

Italian Ice done right. This stuff is velvety smooth, flavorful and delicious. For an extra special treat, try the gelati - italian ice layered with soft serve ice cream. This place was cute and looks to have been recently built or remodeled. Lots of nice shaded outdoor seating, including rocking chairs and picnic tables amidst pretty landscaping. The owners were great, as well - very friendly and helpful. Initially, they gave us some background info on their tasty treats and offered us samples. Later, when we asked one of their employees about using a restroom and told no, Steve, one of the owners, came out to explain why they weren't able to provide public bathrooms.

Got 10 years I’ve been coming here every summer. Recently I started bringing my boys. My 3 year old had to use the restroom and I got a very curt “we don’t have public restrooms.” I said, “but I’m about to pay.” And the shrugged and rolled their eyes. I wasn’t going to go full Karen on them, but frankly, they deserved it. I had to race home so the little one didn’t pee himself. Thanks Sunset Slush! Two stars because they still have the best selection I’ve seen.

ATTN DRIVERS:If you are fortunate enough to get a load going here, here are some things you should know.When on US 17 do not turn on to ocean isle beach drive, instead continue straight to 904 and take that to the end and then turn left onto ocean isle beach drive continue for about 2 miles and Sunset Slush will be on the left. It is a very easy back, just remember to turn on those hazards and watch for traffic because you will be backing in from the road.The owner of the this company is probably the nicest man I have ever dealt with since I became a truck driver, and i have dealt with thousands of people over the years, as many of you likely have. Stephen has only 2 simple requests when delivering to his store, first is to be on time, and second keep his product frozen. You will likely enjoy your experience here if you follow those 2 steps, and log it away as one of/or the best delivery you have ever done. Also for the oo's or guys that get %'s of the load, it pays pretty good for a load coming out of Boston and staying in the east!

I would give this place a Million and 1 stars!!! I am addicted to this Wonderful Frozen Treat from The Heavens!!!! I’m not sure what they put in this frozen great, but it’s amazing!! We plan our Beach Vacations around this place!! We usually make daily trips to the shop or catch them out on the beach! Do not think twice about this place because it’s amazing!!!

Awesome flavors and customer service! We went by early Saturday as we were leaving ocean isle. They were closed but were in the store. We were able to get our slush fix before heading back home. You must stop by and check them out!

First time I experienced this place I didn't know they only took cash. Embarrassed the employee let me know that I could simply go get the money AFTER I sat and ate my slush. How wonderful was that to let me do, and of course I came back and paid them! Lovely chairs to sit in and relax in the shade after a long beach day! Worth a visit!

Yummy gelato and cutest little gift shop...very reasonable prices! My kids loved to make crazy flavor mix-ups and it was a great cool-down treat on a hot summer day..oh, and staff was super friendly, efficient, and helpful!🍨

I always enjoy Sunset Slush everytime I visit Ocean Isle beach. Gotta love the variety of flavors that they offer. I miss not being able to have it all of the time.
