Wonderful experience, friendly staff on multiple occasions. I wish corporate would give them enough payroll for two employees I feel so bad they only have one person in that whole store. Family Dollar can afford two employees! They make a ton of money as a company.

Lazy workers, will not help you with anything. They make you take all items out of the hand baskets and put the basket back because they are too lazy. Don't believe the discounts either, always check your tickets because they do not give you your discounts. When you confront them about the discount they claim you must use the app but it doesn't even show up on the app. It is their way of suckering you into buying items at full price. Most people don't check their tickets or even take their tickets right?

Have to agree with other reviewers. Family Dollar obviously has gone out of their way to properly staff and train. This location is pretty uptown for FD and they have done a great job to prepare for the clientele. My first encounter was about a pet product and the clerk knew about the mobile app I had accessed and directed me to the proper item. For beach stuff they are my goto place.

Greeted when you walk through the door, Nice clean store, nice setup, nice items and nice staff. Store manager Tiffaney set me up with family dollar digital couponing (which i love) to help me save on my purchases. Staff very professional and knowledgeable about items located in the store. Overall experience was great!

The whole staffing is rude I was accused of stealing when I had just walked in the store but as soon as I get back to Charlotte I will be visiting the corporate office to let them know the severity and the ramifications that could happen when you accuse a person

Clearance sale is a joke. Only very few items actually an extra 25% off. They say red tag.....only certain ones and the employees dont know till they ring it up. Unhelpful and rude!!!
