Gave this CVS two stars because the front part of the store is great, but the pharmacy is not. They messed up on one of my husband’s prescription and at present he is having significant withdrawal side effects. Now not is just battling cancer, but he has to go through the negative side effects of this medication error.

Not a huge fan of big box pharmacies but the customer service in this pharmacy was exceptional. My out of state insurance did not cover what I needed so I used that goodRx card, and they found even better discounts. Thanks!

The pharmacy staff is very friendly and efficient. Especially Anna who goes out of her way to be helpful.Sometimes a drug may not be in stock but it always comes in on the day I was told it would be in .

I do not usually review pharmacy’s or chains, but this pharmacy has the friendliest and best customer service driven staff I have ever encountered. I have been across this country several times and been to many places, but this one is the best by far. They helped me with my insurance issue, and they are personable and kind. I appreciate a nice pharmacy especially when you aren’t feeling well. The only down fall was that some of the shelved items in the store, not the pharmacy, were highly priced which keeps me going to the million Dollar Generals for that stuff.

Been using this pharmacy for several years. Getting prescriptions field here are like pulling teeth. A few of the employees are super nice but the process of filling prescriptions are ridiculous. Every time I come I have to wait 30 to 45 minutes for my prescription to be field even after it’s been called in. Do not waste your time go to another pharmacy like Walgreens!!

This CVS is located in a peaceful and nice and clean area of North Carolina.I frequent this store because it is clean and the customer service in perfect.While here, I witnessed a cashier assist a elderly woman with photos and it impressed me that someone was more than willing to stop what they were doing to help aid this woman and the only thing I could think was "God, please bless this person" because life is learning to love all people...if you love your neighbor then you fulfill one of the most important commandments, the foundation by which all commandments are tied into...And being we are all globally connected, everyone IS OUR Neighbors and you are MY neighbor and I love you too!God bless us all...we are IN THE LATTER days exactly as described and prophesied by God in His word THE Holy bible.

Michelle that works in the pharmacy is absolutely amazing. I have had multiple issues with various CVS pharmacies over the past few months about filling my Novolog prescription and she is the first person to listen to my concerns and truly help me. I cannot thank her enough!

I usually try not to be ugly about any place, I understand that stuff happens. My husband is super sick on our vacation and his medication was called in on Sunday evening. I called this (Monday) morning to see when it would be ready. The person who answered the phone said it would be ready in 20 minutes so I waited an hour. Came through the drive thru and waited 15 minutes for no one to come to the window. Came inside for them to tell me that they haven't started it yet 🤦 this CVS is either understaffed or doesn't have their stuff together. We will not be using this pharmacy again.

Beyond happy with my experience at this CVS! I am from Pennsylvania and was in Ocean Isle for vacation. My son had a severe double ear infection and there was an issue with the processing of our insurance. They made sure my son received his medication while they figured the problem out. To me, they went over and above for us.Thank you so much!

Service at a snails pace. Understaffed daily, staff stressed due to staffing levels. Store needs cleaning. Very shabby and looks dirty.You cannot get through on the pharmacy phone to interpret texts that are sent . Over a 30 minute wait and still no one came on the phone.

I had a Covid test done through the drive through at his location on Dec 29th and 20 days later, I'm still waiting on my results. I have called 6 times and was told the nurse at the minute clinic was checking on the results and would call me back. NO CALL BACK YET!! I would never recommend this location or any CVS for that matter!

Rude staff and frequent mistakes getting my scripts filled has caused me to move to another pharmacy. It's shouldn't be that hard getting your regular scripts filled and the rudeness was just too much.

Just like any CVS the stores are always clean. Employees are very nice. Small amount of bare shelves, delivery problems. It's still a good place to shop.

Spoke to pharmacy on 10-2 , 9am.Trying to get approximately thousands of dollars in monthly prescriptions transfed over from Publix, i was given such a hard time and was treated with so much disrespect by the pharmacy I hung up and went across the Street to Walgreens.Awful service !

No one ever answers the phone. The pharmacy is soooo understaffed it’s ridiculous. If you have the choice go to Walgreens. I don’t as my prescription coverage is only through CVS so I’m stuck.

Made appointment for flu shot got to cvs at time of scheduled appointment was told they didn't t have any of the shots left was told just come back and wouldn't t need another appointment to just come in so we go back and same woman who told us just come back now says we need an appointment really Thanks for wasting me two trips there You should figure out what your doing and then deny what you told us after the first trip there

The most incompetent place for perscriptions. Dropped off at 3, they promised to be ready by 4, not even close. 2 hours to get a few pills......terrible, terrible. Not to mention their rudeness.

Had a prescription filled today for Lexapro and only have 25 tablets...discovered by accident as I just felt compelled to count them...strange huh?...guess I'll be calling and speaking to the pharmacist tomorrow and find out where my other 5 pills are.
