Love this place they do quality work styling washing ans grooming pets. I have a set appointment to take my yorkie here every 4 weeks. Their hours do vary and they arw by appointment only. But the work and services they provide are worth it.

Recently moved to the area from Chicago. The staff is friendly and professional. They groomed my 14 year dog and he looked amazing! Best groom in years! They also trimmed my three year olds terrier's nails which NO ONE has ever successfully done. Prices were great too! I highly recommend Bubbles and. Bows.

We have never had a dog that needed to be groomed before. Since I knew very little about dog grooming they listened to my requests and followed through. They loved my dog up while grooming him. He looks amazing snd was happy when he came home! Couldn’t be happier with the service and appearance of our pup!!!

Have been taking my Aussie here the past couple of years and took her and my other Aussie pup in for a grooming and bath. Last year I had them trim her down about an inch of fur left. Took her and the pup in and the girl said... You want me to scalp her like we did last year and I told her... Yeah but not get down to her base coat. She was ro trim her the sane as my other pup.. About and inch plus of fur... Well she did my pup right but absolutely shaved my girl down to her base coat. 1/4 inch of fur at best and shaved her all over. I didn't say anything at the time because the damage was done. I called this morning and got their answering machine and left a message about my displeasure and that I'm sure she made had misunderstood me but ya know, I was at least expecting a call back... No.. Nothing. I'm not coming back. If you take your dog in... I'd advise putting it in writing so you nor they misunderstand EXACTLY what you want done.

Christy has actually been grooming for over 25 years. She is a graduate of the Nan Hall School of Grooming, Greensboro, NC. She is exceptional. She knows breed standards for show cuts as well as pet and comfort cuts. Christy is wonderful with all age groups, frompuppy's first visit to those precious white-faced seniors.

We've been twice. We have a vacation house nearby and like our dog to be cleanly shaved for the beach. The second time was a horrible experience. Request for a bath, trim and clipped nails. Upon returning, we were told the dog had fleas and was dipped. No big deal. $10. Until later the next day. Her eyes were closed shut. She was in pain. I googled what could cause this. Not shampoo. It was the chemical flea dip. We did everything to remedy the situation. Douse her eyes with water. Bought a doggie saline solution. This morning we ended up at the vet who confirmed some ulcers on her eyes. We got some meds, drops and cone of shame. $200.Here's where I'm mad. I called the groomer to find out what type of flea dip they used. No response. The vet needed to know what kind they used to determine treatment. Good news. The vet has had other incidents involving the groomer and had a good idea what to do. Better news. My girl is doing better. I will stick to our local groomer at home from now on.

Worst groomer have ever visited for my two dogs. First, they only accepted cash which was known by a handwritten piece of paper unnoticed on a back wall. This caused me to go to a bank to get the cash. They could have let me know this before I left my dogs so I wouldn't have had to make two trips. Second, they intertwined a feather in the hair of my small dog so tight, I was forced to cut it out leaving a bald spot on one of her ears. Third, they apparently did not brush out the the undercoat of my large dog which resulted in the the most under coat hair I have ever brushed out of him in his previous 8 years combined. I hope this is not the best this area has to offer.

The staff at B & B is great! They accomodate an owner's busy schedule and take excellent care of the pet's needs. Have a 17 yr old lab and of course our baby english bulldog (Diesel) that would go no where else!Thank you!

I would highly recommend these guys. She was on time ,and very nice. I have a 65 lb golden doggle and she cleaned him up and trimmed him all over. I will continue to use her. She also done it on Sunday which was VERY HELPFUL!! #goodjobgirls
