Walked in without an appointment for a nail trim, and we were greeted and checked in with no problems. Rosie, my Bassett Hound, did great and we were out of there in 15 minutes. Clean and cheerful office that I'll be going back to.

They always have taken such good care of my pups every time I’ve needed to board & have always went above & beyond to provide the best care in the area that is consistent, reliable & trustworthy! Never will recommend this placeMyself and my mom boarded our two dogs here 2013-2014My dog Bandit loved everyone! The day we dropped them off something didn’t feel right about that place! I should have never left the dogs there!We picked them up 3 days later both were dehydrated, hungry and stunk!!Mom’s dog had to be taken to our vet for fluids and medicine.They both got boretella even though they were vaccinated for it!Janina and her family will deny this!Her excuse was they probably barked too much!!I’ve boarded my dogs elsewhere and never had any problems!!!So sad that Maverick passed away and they are blaming the owners!!

Janina is absolutely wonderful! Our dog lily has been to "im in doggy heaven" for over a year and gotten one decent haircut the entire time. We finally made the switch and could not be more happy with not only her cut, but the way she was treated at Janinas. Lily came back happy and in a great mood instead of being scared to death and nervous. We can't wait to take lily back for her next cut!

On the heels of a dogs passing in the care of this facility I will share my experience. I thought Janine to be a nice pleasant person. She groomed my trixie quite a few times. I took both my weenie dogs here a few years ago to board for a beach vacation.Her son Jack was who I delt with in picking them up. He hurried them out of the kennel to me. As I was getting them in the car he also brought my bag of dog food and bedding to me. I already had my trunk popped. He put them in quickly and shut the trunk. My babies seemed off. When I got them home I could clearly see they were traumatized. Their food was barely touched and their bedding was urine soaked. I felt so bad. I never called or made a big fuss I just never returned for any services. I wish I would have posted something back then. Maybe more would have come forward. Well this is my story and I hope it helps save a fur baby for someone.

We were so blessed to find Janina’s. Her and Jack care for the pups as if they were their own l family. I have two fur babies that get very anxious in new settings and with new people. They formed an instant bind with Janina and her team. The facility is clean and tidy, there is an obvious pride in their business. The grooming is top notch and her prices are VERY reasonable.

We absolutely LOVE Janina and her family. We never worry about our Charlie when we bring her to be boarded. Charlie is a high energy boxer that absolutely loves Janina and her son. They always have glowing comments about her when we call to board her and when we come to pick her up.When I was in the hospital having my daughter they let us keep Charlie there past the date in which we thought we would be able to get her and they were just so kind and accommodating in a pinch.

We boarded our three dogs there for a week, and they received excellent care. The facility is clean and friendly. She helped my elderly, not so friendly Chihuahua with her medications, and even bathed her in a shampoo that finally worked for her sensitive skin.They all looked great when I picked them up. Reasonable rates for good service!

We have a skiddish dog that isn't around other people much. We took her in for shots. It was our first visit. She let the tech tske her back without us, no problem. She got 3 shots and was back out in just a few minutes. Great experience from check in to check out. Very reasonably priced. We have found our new vet! Thank you! 😊🖒

It was Gizmos first time getting a trim. He was really nervous. Janina did a fantastic job calming him and making him feel welcome. He was so adorable and smelled great when I picked him up!

I absolutely love this place. Sunnie is absolutely AMAZING!!! She always does a GREAT job with our yorkies. One of my yorkies is sort of a terrorist and doesn't get along well with strangers but she has warmed up to Sunnie and that aline says it all. Sunnie always get the job done to perfection. I feel really comfortable leaving both of them in her care. If you want a great experience for your pets and some WONDERFUL customer service, this is DEFINITELY the place to go! They all are amazing and will take extra good care of your fur babies 🙂

Though I hate leaving my dog behind while on vacation he did very well here and they loved him. He was so excited to see me and slept like a dream when we got home. Will definitely be taking my Alex back, but only when I have to of course.
