Kim was amazing. I'm disabled and Kim took such awesome care of me. She went above and beyond for me. She lifted all of the heavy items for me and helped me so much with the items I was needing and was looking for. Kim was very knowledgeable about the items and the store. She was an awesome help during my visit at Tractor Supply. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was there 15 to 20 minutes today before lunchtime. I had perishables in my car from the Lowe's across the street, and was planning on just browsing for a few. In that short time, twice I had people ask me if I needed any help as I walked the aisles. I had no cart, just my purse and phone. Stopped to take pictures of a couple things that interested me. There was a fair amount of customers, lines were building up, and I might be misreading things but I was in grocery retail for 25 years, I know when you smile and keep asking if I need help it's because you are suspicious. I tried to engage in conversation with the last one, but I was so uncomfortable it probably made her more suspicious. Then a male manager type joined us and I was thinking well what in the world... Seeing all the customers there I can't figure out why they were targeting me. I'm a housewife in her 50s, with a lot of tattoos on my legs. I would hope that's not why, but I felt very out of place. I'm looking to up my gardening experience along with home projects, and home improvement stores don't have all the supplies this store does. But I guess I'll wear pants next time so I'll fit in. If there's a next time.

I believe I have just made my last visit to this store. In all the times that I’ve been in this store I’ve been completely unnoticed by all of the mail staff. I’ve never had but one male staff member to offer to help me lift 40 or 50 pounds of feed. And the male customers are just as bad. They look at you like you’re in their way and this is not the first time that one has just stepped in front of me at the checkout line and looked at me like he was daring me to say anything about it. There’s plenty of places in Guilford county that will welcome me and welcome my money so I’ll go where my business is welcome. I will say that the young lady who checked me out was very friendly.

We shop at this Tractor Supply location for our personal needs around our small farm with 2 horses, 2 miniature donkeys and 2 dogs as well as for our nonprofit with 53 acres and 21 horses. They have everything we need and the staff has been consistently professional and great to work with since they first opened their doors here in Oak Ridge, NC.

Great employees and they are always helpful, if I buy a couple of big bags of Chicken feed for my chickens. One of their male employees will help me get them to my vehicle an load them up, so sweet. Especially since I'm always alone and those bags can get really heavy. 👍🐔🐓

This morning I visited the Tractor Supply Store in Oakridge NC. I’ve been going to this store for years and never had a problem. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.This morning, I purchased 9 buckets of hydraulic fluid. (I usually buy this fluid by the pallet from this store and the store on Eugene St. And receive a discount). On this occasion, the manager, Addison Adams, was called to do the standard “override”. He looked at me and said, “this is the last time we’re gonna do this!” I said that’s fine, I’ll just go to another store. He then said; “ I’m going to call those other stores and let them know not to give you any more discounts because it’s not fair to other customers.”. I explained to him that I usually purchase this fluid in bulk and usually receives a discount due to the quantity. He repeated this same thing several times in the presence of other customers. It became so degrading and embarrassing that I told them to just charge me the regular price. I don’t want a discount anymore. I want to pay full price!So I paid the full price for the fluid and left the store. This could have been handled with more tact.

I wanted to go out of my way and try and let as many people as I can know about this Tractor Supply location and specifically about one individual employee there! Let me start by saying the store is always clean and everyone is very nice and helpful when needed. Everything I have needed was in stock and for a good price.My family and I visit this store at least once a week (gotta keep up with all my chickens). There is a gentleman by the name of Donnie that is absolutely outstanding! He always speaks and jokes with my two girls(4 and 7yr olds) and is just an all around class act! Not a single time that I’ve been in there I haven’t seen him helping a customer or another employee. Donnie, I hope you see this!!! Keep up the good work and we’ll see ya soon!!!!!!

Got vaccines for my puppy plus vitamins and a much better quality of puppy food than the Walmart brand I had. Puppy loved the new food and John was super helpful with everything and knowledgeable about giving the vaccine. Very pleased!

I get that we're in a pandemic and people are stressed out, but the customer service with one gentleman here was terrible. Everyone else was fine. I already don't really want to walk into a big box store but I needed some stuff the same day so I did an in store pickup. I'm not going to get into specifics but I won't be back to this store. I'll probably just wait for shipping next time I need something. I hate leaving bad reviews but this was just terrible. Three stars for everyone else and the prices.

Great TS, we do pickup orders here when needed, you know when the day just ain't quite long enough to get everywhere you need to be. So so easy, they send you an email to let you know when your order is complete, you go in go to the central store customer service desk, your items are right there with your name on a sheet of paper, you verify your items, they take your payment right there, give you a receipt, and you push your loaded cart by the dozen people standing in line at the front of the store. They will even load it in your vehicle! It doesn't get any better! Try it!

The store was clean and well organized. We were traveling and shopping with family so we didn't make any purchases for ourselves. But we saw many items we want to purchase when we get back home. Their options for outdoor decor and solar lighting was way more than I expected to find.

Great store, lots of variety. Many of the items are high quality, some not so much but at least you have a choice. So if you're on a strict budget you can find what you're looking for. End of season specials are a real bargin.Great store for the pro or weekender.

They have almost everything you would need for your land. Discounts are seldom and I don't quite get the rewards program. They could use a little help up front sometimes. Still, good place to go when you need something quickly.

This place is like a cross between Home Depot, and a Northern tool - only in the context of what a Walmart neighborhood market is to a Super Center. I'm sure that the store has it's patrons - I just dont Know who they are, maybe if you needed cattle feed or a salt brick and couldn't drive a few more miles to save about 40% (on average). And that's the story of this store, they have good high quality products that have prices that are highly inflated over competitors prices, and they also have some very reasonable prices on some products but unfortunately if you think you got a good deal, you probably bought garbage.

Drove there to fill my propane tanks. There had been a “thunder” storm that had rolled through about 30 minutes prior to my arrival. I asked the lady at the front I wanted to fill my tanks, and she proceeded to say they are not filling tanks because of lightning. (I understand that policy if there was an active storm... common sense.) I told her the storm had passed and the sun was out for 30 minutes now and she refused to help me by saying “their alerts have not gone off yet”, and that “it could take 5 minutes, 30 minutes, to hours before they turn off”. I totally understand their policy if there was a thunderstorm within 10 miles, but by this point there wasn’t. She did not even bother to check their “alerts” after I asked for assistance. Won’t be purchasing anything from there again.

This location is always properly stocked, I buy my chicken supplies here. Though I suggest not buying any DuMor feed. I went to two different locations and I guess the manufacturers just have a contamination problem, there are plenty of other organic options I've never had trouble with though!

Love coming here. Just moved to the area and I've been here at least 10 times. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Stan helped me out a few times, he was great.

Nice store. The cashier needs to just let people be. There are times when they just don't have what you need. You go in, look, don't find what you need, and leave. Guess it's a guy thing. This time, I actually found what I needed and was simply going back to get a cart.

Good service offer when first entering the business. I go there for bird seed and old fashion hardware sense business. Prices on China made tools up front have gone up and markdowns have decreased as well as amount of markdown. New Management?

They truly have some of the best offerings of dog food at affordable prices in the area if you actually care about your animals and want to get them the best. The staff here are hit or miss when it comes to friendliness. If you are buying any animal shot vaccines make sure you note whether they came out of the refrigerator or not. The vaccines are supposed to be refrigerated yet at some of the stores you will find they are not. Pricing is also Hit or Miss as they do have some good deals but remember that they cater to a lot of government contracts so giving the consumer a deal is not exactly a priority when it comes to physical goods. All and all I like the storeif you know what you're going in there to buy and don't need any type of interaction with staff. If I do require interaction I will typically go to southern States instead.

If you're coming here to buy propane at the Oak Ridge Tractor Supply make sure you call first I drove 20 miles today to get propane and when I get here they tell me they can't pump propane because it is raining I don't mean a thunderstorm I mean just general rain on one other occasion I drove my motorhome 20 miles to have it filled with propane and when I got here the propane wasn't working so always call Tractor Supply before you come to get propane

I usually shop at the Asheboro store but they didn't have a 72 inch rotary cutter so I drove all the way from Asheboro to Oak Ridge which is about 50 miles picked up the rotary cutter and got it back to the house home some tractors the PTO shaft is not long enough 4 so now I got to take it all the way back 50 more miles up the road and they don't have anything to offer for it so I guess my brush cutting will not happen this weekend other than that the paper was kind of helpful but when you drive a hundred miles there and back that turn on driving hundred miles there and back again cause it don't work kind of disappointed
