This is my 3rd time taking Daisy to Critter Company. Rita is always so amazing with her and concerned with her well-being. That is super important to me. Rita listens to me in my wants for grooming and will help me when I am unsure about things, making me feel less stressed and anxious. Daisy always looks beautiful when I pick her up and seems happy playing with the other dogs being groomed there. The reminder and followup, before and after the visits, are amazing customer service. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I am so grateful and happy I found Critter Company. I highly recommend them.

This was my baby’s first groom Rita done an amazing job on her and she didn’t have the nervous shake when I picked her up.Outstanding job she looked wonderful I definitely recommend this business because Rita definitely made my baby look and feel and smell like a diva. We took our sweet little Shih Tzu Luna to Country Critters for grooming. She was cut beautifully and even followed up the next day to make sure we were happy. We recently moved to Stokesdale and have found our new groomer. Thank you guys and keep up that great work!

Very friendly and professional. My old dog is skittish and usual doesn't tolerate grooming. However, she had a great experience here and I can't wait to take her back!
