They are wonderful! We are not locals and left our baby's medication at home. They worked with Seashore Drugs in Calabash to get the compounded medication we needed delivered to the island. They called me once the medication arrived and we were able to pay over the phone and do it all contactless! They were so nice, even though I asked 10000 questions. We are so grateful!

Biggest disappointment since we moved to Oak Island. My insurance changed recently which to my delight allowed us to move from a chain to a local independent pharmacy. After conversation which the pharmacist we moved somewhere around 15 prescriptions there. Nothing but a hassle the first time we needed one of them. Rudest most condescending lady pharmacist I have ever dealt with. Could not have cared less whether I got my wife’s medicine or not. And that was after she slammed the meds I was getting down on the counter over an insurance issue. Now I have to move all 15 prescriptions back to Walgreens. I can’t wait to hear someone say we should support our local businesses again.

I love Thomas Drugs they have been my family pharmacy for a while now. Everyone that works there really nice. Jeff and Tom the pharmacist are amazing. The staff are ALWAYS nice and courteous. If you are on vacation or new to the island I would recommend Thomas Drug!

Good place to get your medicine and other drug store type items. It is like the old drug stores I went to as a kid with my folks. But very modern. They are happy to special order items I cannot find elsewhere. Tired of the chains, go see the real folks here.

This is a real drug store, with people who care about the customer. I came to the beach with my prescription bottle empty, but did not realize it. I called and left Thomas drug a message. They called me first thing on Monday morning. They were glad to help, putting eight pills in my bottle to get me through the week. All this and a smile and no charge. Who sees customer service like that any more?
