We rented a cute condo on Caswell. My mom passed away 3 weeks ago, I just needed some time away and the Margaret Rudd team took great care of us. We only got to stay a few days, but the view from the condo was amazing! We saw dolphins yesterday and it truly soothed my soul, to just be! My daughter and granddaughter were able to come and spend a day with us. It truly helped to reflect on what God has given me. Though I’m suffering a tremendous loss, God always leads me to the coast to comfort me. Thank you again!

Absolutely enjoyed our first stay at OKI and with Rudd. We stayed at Oak Island Beach Villas. Super clean. Unit 1303 had a quality stocked kitchen for all of our cooking needs. So stocked, we didn't have room for food that didn't need a refrigerator. The view was great! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony nightly and in the morning. Having kids, the close walk to the beach and the nice size of the community pool was a great perk!The below unit storage was a bonus for all of our beach supplies! We're already looking forward to booking for next year.

Great house located on our favorite part of the island, West Beach. The home is beautifully decorated and spacious enough for 8 adults. We loved the covered back porch with tall chairs to look over the rails at the beach and also the rocking chairs. We had a small issue that Margaret Rudd was quick to resolve. The only reason I am not giving this Home 5 stars is because there was not enough hot water for showers for the number of people the house holds but I wouldn’t let that keep you from booking. It can be improved on. I will definitely stay here again!

Smoothest rental we have ever had. The team was easy to work with and we had a very slight issue when we arrived at the condo and they fixed very quickly. Condo was awesome! Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Beds were comfy. Furniture was good. Outside patio furniture was nice and we enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony.. 5 minute walk to the beach. We would definitely stay in this unit again!

46 Foxfire was a beautiful, spacious condo with a spectacular view. Quick and easy access to an uncrowded beach. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed for our stay. The showers/ water pressure alone are a reason to come back. My husband worked a few hours a day in the Carolina room, giving him a private “office” space with an unparalleled view. We’ve been coming down to OKI for many years and always stayed at the Oak Island Beach Villas (also very nice) but this condo will be our new destination! Margaret Rudd continues to be a pleasure to work with for any questions and a friendly voice. BOOK 46 FOXFIRE you won’t be disappointed.

Loved the rental process with Margaret rudd. I had no issues. The cleaning crew could have done a slightly better job before we arrived . The house was perfect for our needs , and the views were spectacular . The dunes were a bit built up after the hurricane .

This place is definitely home away from home at the beach. Beautiful decor. Spacious and very well maintained with a beautiful view of the ocean from both decks. Easy access to beach across the street; pool and hot tub. Also has an elevator which makes it very handicap accessible if necessary. This location is close distance to several restaurants, Publix and/or Food Lion. The management is wonderful and very responsive to our needs for assistance. 5 stars to Bootsey’s Fantastic Voyage I and will definitely be returning for another vacation!

Margaret Rudd & Assoc was very easy to work with! Automatic texts & emails, linens were clean & on site. Their office was great!! If we rent again, we'll check their listings 1st! Our property, Pink Lady, is dated & needs TLC but we were adamant about beach front when booking. Options were slim! The home had everything you need for a week's visit & the rental price (very low compared to newer units) reflects the age of the home. We were satisfied that we got what we paid for. Check in & check out went very smoothly. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't perfect but we frequent OKI often and know that's a gamble when taking a summer beach trip!
