The bakery was so accommodating! They were low on vanilla cupcakes and weren’t sure if the delivery truck would come in time to complete my order. The store manger traveled to another store to borrow some, when they could’ve easily turned me away. Thankful for our local food lion!

This is a great Food Lion. However, I would highly discourage using the instacart delivery! I have had one awesome shopper/driver who was very conscientious of my order. But, most the drivers seem to shop too quickly to ensure accurate items. I have an out-of-date product, 1 missing item, and paid for 22 lbs of dog food and 11 lb. bag was delivered. The groceries are paid for online, so that will be a hassle to get this straightened out. I will not order delivery groceries again. I will go back to Wal-Mart for Grocery pickup.

I shop here frequently. The prices are decent and the produce is almost always fresh. Everything is easy to find here. Well organized and very clean. They keep their restrooms well kept. I don’t normally use public restrooms but here it doesn’t bother me because it’s so clean. They have wonderful customer service and there’s always someone to lend a helping hand when you need assistance. Great place to grocery shop!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is clean and I always find what I need. They have never let me down. When I forget my MVP card, they come thru. A blonde-haired female manager is always staring though, I always see her eyes looking my way.😂

The younger females in the store are very rude. Went to ask for change and they want to be rude and get an attitude then when you walk away want to say sorry about your luck. Please do better. I was as nice as I can be and even said please.

I think they did very well with the crowd they have. The poor guy in the meat department can’t keep up because everybody’s just grabbing grabbing grabbing I just wish the prices were not so high but I don’t know if that’s their control or not

Our experience at the Food Lion in Norwood, NC today was awful. The only time the cashier spoke was to barely say the total. Will not be back at that store. We will stay with the one in Oakboro when we always find everything we need and ALL EMPLOYEES ARE FRIENDLY

I needed a specific item so I called the store. Person answering the phone was a bit unsure. I explained I did not want to drive over there if they did not have product. Upon dbl check, she assured that they did. I picked it up and life went on. Nice group of ppl in Norwood.
