I don’t appreciate getting crashed into by an associate and not even getting an apology. She was going around a corner RUNNING to go towards the front. She’s lucky I’m fast on my feet otherwise if it was anyone else, they would’ve been hurting on the floor. This store is one of the busiest and smallest in the area. Be more cautious. If I would’ve fallen, you best bet I would’ve have sued.

This food line is just the rest I don’t have any complaints on their service they have always been nice and courteous they normally have exactly what I need they have all the same items as any other food lion they have the cute little kid buggies which I love and also have a coin star in store which is very helpful when I need to get rid of penniesThey do money orders and Western Union

Did a pickup order today. Had to call 4 times before someone answered. Rather than put you on hold or send you to another desk it hangs up on you if someone doesn't answer. Not great.

The cashiers have such a nasty attitude like they hate their jobs. Not all of the cashiers but mostly the females. I’ve noticed they hired much more nicer ones. Their shelves are always bare, disorganized, and sometimes trash is on the floor. I try my best to avoid shopping at this food lion. Especially after 8pm, there is always such long lines with only 2 cashiers. Wilkesboro and Millers creek food lion are far superior

Clean store, but perhaps the employees need to learn some customer service skills. I encountered no less than 7 employees during a quick shopping trip. Not one of them said Hello, Hi, How are you, what can I help you find? Etc. Cashier was very rude. She offered no greeting, and seemed mad, or perhaps confused, that I brought my own bags. Will definitely not shop here again. The only employee who said Hello was the Deli lady in the parking lot as she was arriving at work. Millers Creek FL is a much friendlier store.

This is the store we used to spend $600 or more a month at, but has really disappointed me and unless I need a quick item, no longer gets my business. The produce section is not really as fresh as it should be and is usually hard to navigate through due to employees who are chit chatting among themselves and have every isle blocked with their produce carts. The steaks of every kind do not have good flavor and shows of a much cheaper, tough, meat source and mediocre quality. Checking out puts you working filling up your own grocery bags while employees stand around and offer no help. This is a management issue I am certain.😕

Avoid if you are just passing through. I'm in the middle of a major cross country awareness campaign for patients rights and had my ride break down and because I'm not from here I've had people complain about me sitting here waiting on my ride. This town and the management here are VERY clanish. I will never stop here again

When I checked out today I casually said that the cokes were killing my back. And the male cashier on isle 6 around 4 had someone right there to help me take my groceries to the car. Very very nice!!!😊👍

To be honest all food lions are very nice places to grocery shop. They have a nice selection of fruit and veggies. Plus the oriental section has a good variety as well. Late night shopping after 10, food lion is a wonderful place to go. Less people for you to enjoy your shopping experience there.

The Millers Creek one is outstanding but I have noticed they and other stores in Wilkes can not get in stock the Food Lion brand vanilla wafers. We need them they are very good. Keep up the good work.

Very busy on this rainy day. I was in a big rush and thank God the manager was on top of things and ask a employee to open register 5 . He was very kind. This was my first time there and I was impressed

I particularly paid attention to the produce department. Very well stocked, extremely organized, all of the produce I looked through and purchased is very fresh. The floor, slaving and just in general was very clean. The gentleman working in Produce was very courteous, professional and helpful. The rest of the store that I walked through was very clean, organized and well stocked.

Always great service with this Food Lion. We love the drive-up pick-up grocery option (Saves us a lot of time from being in the store). When in the store it's very neat, clean, tidy, and all the employees are nice and willing to help you out.

Rude cashiers. One cashier was ignoring me and was on her phone texting away and had the audacity to tell me that her friends won’t stop texting her at work. Then another one acted like she was annoyed that I was at her register. New flash! She doesn’t have to work there. She can always find a higher paying job.

I love to learn because they're clean they smile at you they speak to you they say hello to you and everything and the food is marvelous floors are waxed and cleaned and they have clean clothes on you everything in that lose to store is good and I would tell everybody else go there cuz they will help you whenever you need something. If you need anything from the store they will tell you and show it to you and then they say goodbye and God bless and they're very nice people very nice and God bless them

Good product, as usual, and normally awesome service but a young girl rang up my coffee twice and had I not noticed would have been charged 2x. Good place to shop, clean store with nice staff just watch for double charges. It's the 2nd time for me.

My favorite grocery store. Everything is grouped together, easy to find and well organized. Thousands of products. Stores are always clean and a friendly staff eager to help. Great prices. Highly recommend. 😊

The first thing you see when you walk in, other than the registers, is the produce section, which is wonderfully lain out. The aisles are reasonably laid out, and it's generally easy to find things. Their Deli area and selections are hard to beat, and has an easily searchable layout ( I suppose that's the theme of the entire store). Nice place to shop.

Well since the younger bunch has started working here they wanna shove everything in one bag, the produce is half rotten the store is half clean this store has gone down hill. The set service sucks cashiers are rude and worry more about their cell phones than the customers.

Love this Food Lion, this is where i usually do all my grocery shopping. They always have great sales, although i will say, there's some items, that at times, can be cheaper at oher stores but all and all it's pretty good. The manager here is super friendly and helpful and most employees are as well.

Decided to stop by on way home from M-I-L, after Easter lunch. Store was not very crowded, busy, but not crowded. To me, this specific store did not have as many deals, as the store we usually shop in, could be I didn't really look or just did not pay attention. We will be back to shop here again.

Today I'll give the store itself 3 stars. It's not stocked like it should be. There's not enough registers open.I'll give the cashier's/baggers 5 stars. There's an Ashton (positive on his name) & a Dustin (I think) that helped me check out today. Ashton was the biggest help ever with my little one today & be was the bagger. Dustin the cashier put up with how picky I am about the way I load my groceries to be tryin rang up & bagged which was seriously nice. I hate when they complain. This guy was wonderful & was super nice all the way from start to finish. Ashton let my son help bag groceries & get buggies & was just a fantastic human being all around with me & my child. He even helped me by pushing a cart full of groceries to my car, helped load the heaviest groceries into my car and then took the time to have a good conversation with me. He honestly has no idea what all that meant to me.If you want great staff & even great produce & the best meat out of all the stores in the county, you should go here. Truly.
