TO THE RED HEADED WOMAN WORKING THE REGISTER, who will remain un-named because she fails to wear a name tag, that rudely came up to me to tell me about a camera behind me and then made me show her the inside of my pocket book which had nothing but my belongings in it, thank you... It was embarrassing and disrespectful. So after being accused of stealing from the store and then showing her that I infact wasn't doing anything wrong simply grabbing my phone, she said okay, didn't even apologize for being wrong. When I came around the corner of the next isle I was greeted by her again and told to leave the store and I wasn't ever allowed back. Why exactly? So I'm singled out versus every other person shopping in the store because she was wrong and I guess embarrassed that she had me show her everything in my pocketbook and couldn't find anything. So embarrassed that she chose to make me leave and then tell me im never allowed back in a store that I shop at almost everyday. That women was the most unprofessional employee I have ever encountered in retail and her people skills are terrible. The childish "good" as she held up her thumb up to me when I told her I was calling to report her was the icing on the cake. Good luck to the red head, I hope she learns some proper manners, figures out how to treat people with some respect and remembers to wear her name tag in the future.

I love shopping at the Dollar tree. You can find almost anything you can imagine here in for a dollar. Especially when it comes to those hard to find seasonal items!

It seems like I’m going to this store a lot more lately since it’s so convenient for me. I have been at least every day for the past week. I love using the digital coupons...they are a wonderful help! The staff is very nice. Their is one lady by the name of Melissa that always ask how I am and makes sure I’m finding everything okay. If I’m unable to find it she will go looking with me unless she already knows where it’s at and then she takes me straight to the product. She even helped with my digital coupons before. Very knowledgeable and she is a wonderful employee....a true asset to your team! I would definitely recommend this store to others!

This store started off great but is in fast decline due to the clutter in the aisles and trash throughout the store, making it very difficult to find anything. Checkout is very slow also.An excellent manager is needed here to turn it around. Very disappointing as our community needs a good one.

You can always find what you need at Dollar General. It is so much easier than going to a larger store where you have to walk a mile to get from one end to the other. Very convenient and there is a big variety of products.

The cashier (brownish to grayish hair) does not to be dealing with the customers if she is going to be pushy and rude. I witnessed her treating customers with disrespect this evening and was absolutely appalled. Never again will I go to the particular Dollar General store. 😤 BTW the store is located on Hwy 115 in Wilkes County NC.

The last two times I have been to this Dollar General the store associates have forgot something. The first time I went that this happened I got a lot of things and when I got home I knew I was missing an item so I went back the same night and took my receipt and showed it to them and they gave it to me no questions asked, then the second time I purchased an item that had detectors in it and they forgot to take one out so I had to take it back and have it removed. Sometimes it's hard to walk in the store because there is carts used for stocking the shelves in the customers way. Make sure you check your bags before you leave this store so this doesn't happen to you.

Always slow. Always rude to customers. Managers stat outside smoking or in the office on the phone instead of helping new employees out. Always a bad experience especially when the red haired lady is there. She is lazy and a sorry excuse for a manager. Sorry but, it is the truth.

Great prices and variety all dollar general stores offer. However, this store is a bit more cluttered than most. One isle was even inaccessible because of boxes full of stock.

Usually when I shop at this Dollar General location it is a good experience. Lately it's not so good, I think it's because the new male employee has no personality. Makes for a dreary experience..

I took a return back and was not able to exchange or get my money back bcuz i didnt have a receipt. The guy was very rude and dollar general in Ronda lost my business forever

You can't tell from one day to the next what is on sale and isn't, one register with 5 or more ppl backed up in a line!! Things out of order and not stocked properly!!!

We stopped on our way to Boone for a little snack. Once we were back on the road we started eating. The sugar cookies were 7 months out of date. Disgusting!

Store looked like a bomb went off in it! Stuff scattered everywhere stock carts blocked the isles and one person running the register!
