Always a lot of people hanging out. Its a popular spot but why, I don't know. Everything is a little higher priced but it's 10 mins closer than the next store so I usually decide to come here. They have good bread and balogne. Bigger guy seems nicer since I've been coming bye more regularly. They have Ethanol free gas.Update: that post was before new ownership, good food, cold beer, they have everything you need. I moved away but will drop in when I get a chance going up 85 next time.

Wow. A simple corner store with wonderful people. The store happened to be on a cycling route. I went inside to get out of the cold and wind. The proprietors were courteous and friendly. They suggested different types of bars to restore my energy from cycling hard. The inquired about the cycling event as they saw many cyclists passing through the quiet town. Real Southern courtesy. Great folks. The bathroom situation could be a little cleaner though.

Gas, Cigs and Beer 3 miles off 85 in Norlina. Clutch location when you are running low on fuel between Henderson and Bracy. Not the cleanest but staff is fast and friendly, On road diesel is a plus..

When traveling down 85S you have to stop by this corner store for a meal. I have been visiting since the early 90's and the staff has been as friendly as ever. Southern style home cooking and great sweet tea!!!Also sells great fishing bait!
