I wouldn't even give it one star 🙄 Yesterday was my third time going there and this time I had a friend with me. We get inside and she said let's go find the restroom cause I have to use it. So we went around then around the whole store. Couldn't find it. So I went to the check out and asked one of the worker's. She replied back. Not for public use... I'm like um okay well we were gonna buy stuff but okay. So we went across the street to Speedway! She was able to use their bathroom and we bought stuff from them. It will be a while til I even go back to Family Dollar if I ever do!

I am from out of town and stopped in to get some soft drinks and ice for my cooler. When I get to the checkout line there are 5 in front of me. The cashier is in no hurry and never pages anyone to help her. I wait in line for about 15 minutes and then I get to check out finally. But I made a mistake. I bought a bag of ice. Which is located outside the store. The cashier says she has to unlock it and that I have to wait outside for her until she finishes checking out the people behind me.So, I wait. She finally comes outside about 5 or 6 minutes later. She unlocks the ice and hands it to me. Not one word was said. Not an apology for having to wait. Yet I thanked her. And she still never spoke a word. So no. I do not recommend this store. You're not respected here for your patience, kindness or business. Go on down the road to the Dollar General.
