If I could give this particular Burger King a "0" star I would! I asked for a hamburger (plain,with nothing on it But pickles) for my daughter, a double bacon cheeseburger (plain,with just cheese) for my husband, and a cheeseburger with just ketchup,mustard,and pickles for myself. I don't get why they put ketchup on EVERY single thing! Smh. My husband can't stand ketchup.

I wasn’t a customer at this location during this visit. I did interact with some of the crew and management. I really liked the design of the interior and was curious to learn more about the structure’s history, and the staff were eager and enthusiastic to answer or try to find the answer to my questions! I wish I’d taken photos, especially of the interior. And if you need to map it or share it, just use the convenience store beside it (that has a physical address listed on Google Maps) and Burger King is LITERALLY right beside it. You won’t miss it. But your signal will be poor so any further GPS/mapping (or even return trip) you think you’ll need, map all of it before you go. Or you’ll be winging your route from there for a good little bit. Pay attention to the road signs and if you’ve ever read/used a Rand McNally (the big yellow ones), you’ll be just fine. =)Vegetarian options: Offers the “Impossible Burger,” a plant-based patty, as an alternative to the whopper-sized beef patty. Can also be ordered as a double impossible whopper (the plant-based patty alternative to the double whopper, with two patties on the sandwich).Parking: The lot is spacious, however, due to faded parking/directional lines & overall design of the lot, it was quite a fun experience for a non-local’s first time: one shared entrance/exit, wrap-around drive-thru lane, the dedicated handicapped parking spots are not at the sidewalk’s wheelchair accessible location-which opens to a normal parking space, risking blockage. Potential for challenges in accessibility to lot due to its proximity to intersection, inherent lane adaptations, & shopping area.Wheelchair accessibility: The sidewalk has a flattened ramp section by the back for wheelchair access. It opens to a normal parking spot, risking blocked access. Doors are standard required width to meet wheelchair accessibility, layout is open offering multiple options for seating accommodating wheelchair needs. Without having walked the lobby, I cannot say with confidence what amount or if all seating is wheelchair accessible. Didn’t visit restrooms. Can’t recall if external doors offer automatic push entry.

I tried the Italian Royal chicken sandwich...I believe it's called.It was ok. Only one side of the sandwich had Mariana sauce on it. The music was way too loud in the dining room. The employees were yelling back and forth with or at each other!!Of the drink selections on the Coke Freestyle, only a few were available.A poor experience!! 🙁

Great small town restaurant - so glad to see them in Norlina. I remember when residents here had to drive to Henderson or South Hill to get any fast food other than Hardee's. Sad to see people giving this place 1-star reviews because their 2-for-1 coupon was expired or their cheese wasn't fully melted, etc . It's Burger King, not Ruth's Chris.

Traveling to Duke this morning, we were getting ready for breakfast. Out in the nowhere was this Burger King. People were very pleasant, very clean bathroom and dining area! About the cleanest I've seen. My biscuit was DaBomb! The only one thing I could say negative, the grease needed changing, fresh grease in that fryer would have been better.We'd stop again!

We got there a little late in the evening, so they were mopping the floor. No problem. They were friendly. Our food was hot and delicious. Order 2 sandwiches off the 2 for $6. I had the chicken. It was delicious and hot. My husband had the burger and he said his was good. We wanted a courtesy cup of water, but were told they no longer do those. Miss the days of being able to get a cup of ice water free. Overall, it was a good experience. Kudos!

Stopped by this Burger King this morning before a long road trip.The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The bathrooms were very clean and maintained.The flower pots on each table add a nice inviting touch to the dining room.We had visited here before and have always had good service.

SORRY SORRY SORRY! I'm so tired of them not getting my order right! They say your order back to you several times and STILL DON'T GET IT RIGHT! not to mention keep saying tea even though you didn't order a tea......asked for a chicken sandwich light mayo and got a plain chicken sandwich! Then tonight I didn't get a sandwich at all! This has happened 3 other times! I've went in and nicely asked for my missing food.... Then I'm the one getting looked at like I'm dumb...... I'm so sick of this location. And will do all I can NOT TO RETURN! drive Thur Slow, customer service sucks everyone there looks unhappy. I'm done wasting money for food that isn't worth it. If I spend $1 or $50 it's my hard earned money and I expect good service or at least the food in the bag!!!!!! What happened to Norlina Bk??

The App wasn't working correctly and they honored the coupon. They charged a quarter for a cup for water which most don't. They unlocked the outside area for me and were really nice overall. I've been going weekly and Whopper is always fresh and tasty. The XL is a good deal if you require cheese, if not the 2 Whoppers for $6 is the better deal or $5 if coupon is available.

My wife and I stopped in today to get a bite to eat and the lady that took our order was very polite and professional her name was KELLY. We will definitely be back. But the people in charge didn't have enough sense to keep her so they lost a great employee .Such is life in Warren county

I ordered 2 whoppers and 2 8 piece nuggets. The food was hot and fresh, and even got a free fry for a long wait, the problem was one whopper had WAY too much mayonnaise on it. It ruined the whopper I could not eat it. All the other food was fine.

Poorly managed, poorly staffed. This BK's location is the only reason it is still open. From the bug filled florescent lights in the dining area, to the grease stained sidewalk at the entrance, this place has got it going on. Miss the days of restrooms with no soap, no towels, but a functional air blown hand dryer? Make this your next stop. Digital menu signage highlighted the pick 2 for $6 special, but the panel that displayed the normal offerings was a solid blank screen with a flashing LED power indicator in the screens bezel. Waited 12 minutes for a burger and fries during the peak 3:45pm rush. Coke Freestyle drink dispenser had more flashing lights on the side then I've ever seen but managed to make a pretty mean Lemon flavored Coke, then Lemon Dr. Pepper, then a Lemon Flavored water. To be sure, if you like lemon flavored everything, this BK is for you. Fries were cold when served, and when I asked about missing cheese on the Whopper Cheeseburger I was told they were out. No Franchise Owner Plaque on display and when I asked the nice lady at the front counter who owned this franchise she responded Burger King. I did notice a 94.5 score from the health department displayed on the wall, but that must have been achieved before they ran out of soap, hand towels, and cheese.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a bacon cheeseburger, 2 tacos and a plain cheeseburger. After heading down the road I discovered that I had a regular cheeseburger instead of the bacon cheeseburger. The cheeseburger that I ordered plain had pickles, ketchup and mustard. To top it all off I only got 1 taco. I looked at the receipt and the order was correct on the receipt. Of course I didn't have time to go back. I normally don't give bad reviews but this kind of thing happens all the time at this particular bk. I could go on and on with all the problems that my family and I have had this past year with our orders. I have a theory that it has a lot to do with being a small town without any competition. It's not like you're going to boycott them when they are just about the only game in town.

Burger King is one of my favorite franchises. In general, folks can get the same items at any location. Not true here. Food was cold, and the burger was pink. Never again.

If I could give no stars, I would. Worst service I've ever experienced. Everyone had an attitude and then complained about our orders while the window was open and they were looking at us. I understand if you don't like your job or the people. But don't make the company look bad.

Was there yesterday, order was wrong but that was no problem could be easy corrected. What was a problem is the girl at the drive-through had an attitude shoving things and also didn’t have her mask on ,it was under her chin and she had on no gloves. I will not be returning anytime soon.🙁

This establishment was absolutely amazing. We took our HS football team in and they didn't flinch or hesitate to provide us service. The service was prompt and efficient. Rarely do we go anywhere and get this type of service.

This place is slow, dirty, and the service is terrible. But then again, what do you expect from Burger King? They’re not what they once were.Edit: I waited for 15 minutes!! Plus, I watched a crew person drop a burger on the floor, only to pick it up and put it back in the bag!! I said something to the manager and she just walked past me. I’ll never eat at Burger King again.
