First off, I actually don't mind the self checkout. I prefer it most of the times. But man, a bunch of these older women that work at self checkout sucks. I needed help cause one of the barcodes wasn't scanning and she comes by and just starts being disrespectful and yelling/arguing. Turns out she didn't know how to do her job nor could see the numbers on the barcode. Finally had someone competent to help 10 minutes later. Horrible experience.

Nothing like scanning and bagging my own groceries while paid employees stand around on their phones or talking with each other. Should be able to get an employees discount for doing their job for them.

I'm actually surprised at the number of people who still support this location because there are no registers. Solely a self checkout location. The employees just stand and herd you into the self checkout stall. On the upside, the store is spacious and doesn't feel crowded while shopping.

store locks its doors and turns entry way lights off at 10:30pm. Sign says 11:00pm and managers say oh its just what we do. Maybe corporate needs a call because this is deterring customers from coming in and thinking they are closed so they can leave at exactly 11pm. The door locking not really the problem, its the turning off the entry way lights that makes it a safety issue for me because the parking lot is already poorly lit.

Hey management! How about you instruct your employees to quit complaining how hard their job is when I'm the one doing it. Your people want to stand next to me as I'm ringing up my own stuff because they dont trust me, then how about they take their hands out of their pockets and ring it up too?

Trying to make a simple return but you can not after 8pm? Apparently this transaction is way to complicated for non customer service people to handle. They have no problem taking my money all the way to closing. HuhMaybe since I’m my own cashier they can train me to do it?

Always clean and nice environment. Employees are always helpful and go out of their way to help. The store is always well stocked. They normally have items that other stores do not have. I choose this store my store to shop at and I live in hickory.

Nice grocery, and typically cheapest gas in town. Would give 5 stars if they had more organic produce options. They have some, just not as many as Lowe's Foods or Publix.

Probably the cleanest neighborhood walmart in the area.Always has good inventory in stock. Usually not too busy most times.Only downsides are that it's almost completely self check out. Can be a nuisance for those who prefer actual people checking you out.

I am in here A few times per week. The cashiers know me and they are nice, helpful and understanding. Usually they have what I am looking for. The meat department is good for the price. Every once and a while I make my wife and I NY strips $13-$15 for two and they are as good or better than most steakhouses in town for cheaper. Vegetables are hit and miss through out the year. I think they get a load and have it till its gone. So if is good get enough to last cause who knows what they will have next week. I do wish they had a few more cashiers when it backs up.

Great place to shop for your in home items and more. Great service staff make your shopping Exsperiance wonderful with helpful employees are there to help you with your every need. Knowledgeable and friendly staff are there if you need them in every department. They do need to put the scanners back in to provide prices when needed.

We love the staff at this small neighborhood market. Always friendly and ready to help you. The pharmacy personal are the best we have ever encountered. They even call you to remind you of your prescriptions that need to be refilled. I have never had to wait more than 10 mins to get my refill done. Love the whole gang there!

Courtney the pharmacy manager is extremely unprofessional! We had a complaint because of a bad experience and she felt the need to call us and leave a voicemail letting us know that our comment is “ridiculous” and then continue to have an attitude the rest of the call. I get that times are tough but that is no excuse for a “manager” to talk that way to a customer!!!!

I was somewhat bummed out that they put a Walmart in that location but I realized it's actually convenient. I go shopping there once every two weeks and it's a rather nice place. Prices are not bad. Self checkout is better than waiting in line forever. I'd say it's rather decent and well kept.

Love this store. Its clean the staff is friendly and helpful. More so then any Walmart I have been in. The same with the grocery pick up. The lady packed everything so thoughtful. I have been to other Walmart for pickup and had bread on the bottom of the pile. I am hooked. This is a fabulous store.

I realize this is a tough time for store employees. I'm being very polite and very thankful to those who wait on me. The cashier today, wouldn't even look at me and did not speak to me and looked like she wanted to hurt someone. Had I not spoken to her she would have acted like I was not even there. I continued to be very polite. The elderly gentleman behind me noticed and said, "smile honey, it can't be that bad." She completely ignored him. To be rude to me is one thing. To disrespect the elderly is another. I realize they are exposed but if I were in her shoes I'd be thankful I had a job still! Unlike so many others.

It's on my way. For me and the things I purchase on a weekly basis, it is hit and miss. The varieties of products are minimal because they carry so many different brands. I would rather have it the other way around. I highly doubt they will change this at my suggestion but felt the need to voice it. It is what it is and it is on my way home.

The staff there is always kind and nice I have yet to find a Walmart where it seems like all of them are polite kind helpful even the young people which no offense to y'all but in your twenties and teens those of you right now in that age range you just majority seem to be very you owe me and I'm not going to be nice and polite because I'm just here to get a paycheck and that's it.But this one those of you guys and your teens into your twenties you all seem very polite very courteous very willing to help unlike any other Walmart I've been in and trust me I have been in my fair share Walmarts across the United States including your home base Arkansas because I'm from Oklahoma so yeah I've been out to that one a lot I don't live there anymore but I live there most of my life but you would think that I'm you know being here in the south and supposed southern hospitality I have found less Southern hospitality in the south then I have up north and in the West and that is sad but anyway I found this one to be a very great experience they're always polite nice to me anytime anything has ever gone wrong for me or half and weird or whatever or I needed something they weren't rude they didn't just say oh well I think it's over here and just point somewhere and leave me hanging you know this time around with thesepeople this staff at this store they are helpful kind then matter the age they're all very very helpful very kind and I'm very appreciative of that because I worked for the public from the time I was 13 and I'm about to turn 48 so that tells you I've worked with people a lot and I find it to be very important to me to have good customer service because my very first job I thought my boss was going to kill me trying to make me be a good customer service person but after all these years I thank him for it now because it made me be the great customer service person I am today and I carried it on into being the mother and my children they both have been in retail different times in their lives and loved it and were great at it they've always always excelled got raises compliments people would only come back to my one daughter who was a bra fitter for years they wouldn't go to any other girl fitter but they found out she wasn't working that day they say well thank you I'll come back when she's working that's how good she was so you know it pays off to be good people it's just the general rule treat others as you would want to be treated so if you want to be treated like garbage then I guess treat people like garbage but if you want to be treated good treat people good.

My daughter decided to help me scan some of our items since there are zero employee registers here period and the assistance needed light went off because she scanned 3 items really fast. When I asked an employee to assist us with this light she tried to ignore me and then finally said someone else was coming to assist us so she could stand around and do nothing like really.. really

Shopping experience was o.k., but the cashier at the checkout should have stayed home. Maybe it's the times in which we live, but good old fashioned courtesy and respect, which she didn't exhibit, go a long way. Maybe she stays on her cell phone all the time and doesn't interact with people, but questions asked of someone who deals with the public need to be answered. A smile and a friendly hello or asking how someone is go far. I will never return to this unfriendly, rude "NEIGHBORHOOD" market again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Kinda long,bear with me.... I went in last night, shopping mainly for my mom. Also had to pick up prescriptions for myself. I needed to do multiple payments, a couple cards and also cash. It is usually kind of embarrassing for me. I get irritated very easily since I have bad anxiety and panic attacks all the time. I saw a young lady,early 20s probably, that was one of the cashiers, right by the register I was going on. I asked for her help, something I usually don't do. I told her I have multiple payments, holding back tears as I explained things to her. In the end, I had to cancel items because my card wouldn't work. There was money there, but it wasn't happening. She canceled it for me, but then ok I got it. It confused me. I said what do you mean? She ended up buying what I canceled. It wasn't much. Like $7.00. Her name is Chloe. I still had enough to get my prescriptions. I thanked her repeatedly, and walked away before the tears started coming. I paid for my meds, and left. This young lady is a beautiful reminder that there is nice, caring people out there. She didn't even hesitate to help me. Thank you again Chloe. You didn't have to do that,but you did. I hope God blesses you greatly.
