Very new, very clean. Very convenient that they have a harddees attached. Very well lit. Not that I used it, but the dog park is a nice feature. Didn't have my exact flavor of dip, but had an acceptable substitute. Staff was super helpful, nice and friendly. Very appreciated start to a long day.

I usually dont ever write a review, however this is just absolutelly terrible service from Loves Roadside Assitance. Our driver's truck had completelly turned off ( no power at all )and had to call road service and we chose loves. Once the so called mechanic came spent 10 minutes looking around, he stated that he cannot figure out why the truck does not have power. He left and we got billed $500 for nothing. Had to call another road service and found the issue within minutes. I wasnt the one driver the truck but you dont need any mechanical experiece to diagnos the issue we had. See picture below. Loves will never use your roadside assitance services ever again. Get better mechanics, stop ripping off truck driver.

Man I’m a trucker and I drive all day and I plan my moves but I get tired, sometimes us truckers have to make our own spots just to get sleep. And I get woken up I’m not in anyone way none of us was and we have to risk dying just to get sleep. It’s really messed up.

Really nice place to stop. Brand new everything. They have everything you need. Well lit area. Very safe place to stop with kids. They have a Hardee’s attached. Very clean inside and out. They have a laundry room/service, mechanic service (big trucks I believe). Perfect location. We’ve been needing this for a long time. I would recommend stopping by this place for sure.

Our experience was Horrible! Pulled in with a pickup & trailer around noon and all day was just fine, 1:30 am comes rolling around and we get woke up by a shift manager, banging on our window multiple times, I open the door he repeats himself that we can't park there only truck parking , mind you we r attached to a trailer and I am a Class A Driver! saying we can no longer park there, only for trucks! Been a truck driver for 25 yrs doing a few things different at the moment, we were paying customers, they called the cops, to have us move so we drove around the parking lot to see 3 other pickups & their trailers in truck parking as well . We only got disturbed because another driver who was Bobtail wanted the spot we were in because he couldn't find one, I know that because he waited for us to move. We were spoke to disrespectful, the shift manager is a JOKE and needs to be trained how to handle things on a calmer scale, completely RUDE , and can't not handle himself! We will No Longer use LOVES and will be passing it around THICK!

The gas is cheap, and you have Hardees next door, so that's a plus. Just don't bother with Loves coffee. OmG it's so nasty! It tasted like ,,,I don't know what! Just horrible. My co-workers did try to warn me lol. They need to change coffee brands, and have more varieties of creamers. Maybe use the same brand as 711, Quick Trip, or Dunkin. Idk, but you need to step it up.

Medium sized Loves with only one food chain available, which is Hardee’s. The inside store is not so big, but the truck parking spots are huge. Not a whole lot of regular car parking spots. There is a coin laundry, butane gas and ice sales. The bathrooms are clean and well taken care of. I think the biggest issue with this location is that it is just so small. This is one of the locations who do not allow to stay overnight or to take a nap. Maximum parking is one hour

This shop is run by TOP SHELF TIM, HE IS VERY HONEST AND RUNS A CREW OF GREAT RESPECTABLE TECHS. GOD IS GOOD.

Was in the 4th place to a shower at 5:30pm now is 9:00pm and still have 2 people on front of me, and that’s not the first time that happened to me in this place, I think they don’t have all showers opened

BEWARE …..if you are driving a bobtail and park in a big spot they will come out in the middle of the night wake you up and make you move. And if you have a trailer and park in the bobtail area because there was no other place to park, the same thing. And if you refuse THE ON DUTY MANAGER will charge you with trespassing.

If you get here and it's full head south to the next exit there is a small truckstop with about 20 or so spaces and good food. We all know we only stop here or pilot but because they have showers and they are free with fillups. I haven't spent money in a pilot in awhile because they mark everything up to ridiculous prices.

Got in line for a shower at 04:06 pm… didn’t get my shower till 09:12pm… you’ve been warned drivers. Lost 5 hours waiting because this location only has 1 shower running out of the 5 their app says they have. Will never take a 34 hour reset here again..

I love Love's!! They have almost everything I need. It's almost like a grocery store. Kinda like a Walmart. And this one has a Hardee's inside of it as well. So that just makes this one even that much better. Great customer service. I come here about once every 3 weeks when I'm in the area.

My husband is trying to get his rig serviced at the Newton, NC location. I called to see how long the wait time would be. The Loves Store continually tried to transfer me and no one would pick up at the tire shop!I stayed on hold with the store employee for over 20 minutes while she tried to get my call through. We are coming in from another Loves who’s shop is closed permanently. Except for the store employee that was courteous this location has nothing to offer!!

This a nice travel center. Big parking lot easy parking.easy in and out. Hardee's is here.and that's nice and clean.food is good and hot. Staff their is very friendly. Good place to stop and sleep very quit out here and well lit.

Great store. friendly workers. I did not have a disappointment in anything. Big parking lot so you don't have to struggle when backing into your spot. Good fresh food at Hardee's. It is slow but the food is good. I've never been to a Hardee's that was fast because they make everything fresh when you order it. It's the first loves I've been to with laundry service. The showers and clean and relaxing. Everything was good. I have nothing negative about it.

Pretty nice and large truck stop, for a loves. I got stuck here for weekend and their showers are out of order. Employee says they have been out of order for over 3 weeks now. That is not acceptable for truck drivers.

I always go to this gas station and a 65-year-old man named Larry asked me for identification, put a NOZ energy drink, that's ridiculous and he was upset that I told him that ID is not needed for this and he said that he wouldn't sell it to me. I didn't have ID

New, clean, and they even had refrigerated peanut butter cups and Snickers as well as room temperature. Now to me.....that was thinking about the consumer! Every worker was extremely polite and it was well organized and spacious.

Can not go wrong with Hardee's. The rest rooms are so clean they will disinfect you if you try to use them while they clean the person didnt add water to bleach so now everything smells funny. Fuel stations are kept clean. Clean store. 11/10 on clean.

There is about 35 spot for truck parking ready now more space in the coming days it's a nice place to wait for delivering at Target DC. There is Harvey's restaurant too .

Not nearly enough parking, as with most Love's, yet plenty of open, undeveloped land all around. This location often claims water heater issues and cuts off showers. Even when you tell them you haven't had a shower in 3 days and don't mind taking a cold shower, they still won't let you. Water in bathroom hot enough to melt your skin off, yet supposedly not for showers. They simply don't feel like cleaning them. Whole place is dirty because employees and managers are lazy.
