I should have known better than to try a seafood buffet. Everything was room temperature unless they just put it out. Unfortunately the only thing they just brought out was shrimp. The mash potatoes were cold but the gravy was warm.The cold items were cold!If the food would have been hot I think it would have been good but as it was $20 each for cold seafood was more then a let down.

It's a buffet. It's not expensive. Their food goes way above and beyond what that description deserves. Genuine comfort food and meats all you can eat, a spot like this is hard to come by.

Eddie's is a family restaurant established many years ago. It still has the same atmosphere as it did when I went in the 70s and I love it. I have a lot of wonderful memories when I visit. The food is delicious and friendly, hometown service. Their potato salad and slaw is homemade...I buy it by the quart to carry with me. I haven't ever eaten anything here in 50 years that wasn't good.

Great stop on the way to Wilmington. BBQ was vinegary (which I like) with good flavor. Hush puppies were the sweet kind of corn bread, and white slaw and fries all tasty. Fast and friendly service.

I love going there to eat. It is well worth the 20 minute drive to get there. They have a lot of items on the menu but I usually get the buffet. The fried chicken is some of the best I have ever eaten. The seafood is great and some of the best cooked fish you will find anywhere. The sides they have taste like good old country cooking and they are all delicious. Stop by and give them a try the next time you are near. You will not be disappointed. Great food and customer service is,what you'll get here.

Went there on Dec.28th at 5:00 to eat, Noone was around, the web site said you open until 7:30pm.We called and called on the way to Eddie's, no answer. We got there and even your store hour sign said you was open. We were disappointed to say the least, ( may have even cussed a little ). We like you guys and your food, I've only been twice. We were straving..... We wasted gas from Salemburg to back home. Something went wrong, WHATS UP, WHAT HAPPENED?

My family loves to eat at Eddie's we love going when they have seafood on the buffet. My opinion the shrimp is very fresh you can taste the freshness and the Hamburger Steak with gravy is amazing. When family or friends come to visit I take them here to eat because the food is great and it doesnt feel so crowded there. The seating/tables is comfortable and spacious.

Most Food was ok but nothing special, one food was bad. Service was horrible. Place was not busy at all. Probably 90% empty when I entered. Waited 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there. Ordered my food. A shrimp burger, pork chop sandwich and fries. Shrimp burger was ok. Fries were frozen crinkle cuts. Worst food was pork chop sandwich was served with bones. Maybe that's a southern thing to leave bones in a sandwich but no thanks. Had to get up, go find the waitress and ask for forks, bbq sauce and drink refills. Ok food and horrible service equals most likely not returning.

"WOW" Whole Flounder Fried just Right...and No popcorn shrimp here, only the big juicy ones that you can taste the ocean in each bite. Prices are very reasonable with friendly service. Friday night Seafood Buffet with deviled crab and scallops. Also great salad bar with all fresh ingredients and homemade dressings. Great place to eat.

My first time getting food here. We took it to go. The bbq was extremely good. We also got baked beans and Cole slaw, which both of those were also really really good. Very busy place. Would recommend.

Love Eddie's. Great little country BBQ buffet place. Just be aware that there is a surcharge for using plastic there. Wish that notice was on the door, rather than the cash register, but it doesn't stop me from enjoying the delicious food and courteous service.

Excellent food, and excellent service.Food was hot and promt. Our waiter was very helpful and made sure we never ran out of any drink. Highly recommended.Ask for Katina. She was great awesome.

It was lunch on a Friday me and my son got two 1/4 chicken and I got black-eyed peas and potato salad and he got French fries and potato salad to. Hush puppies were served before the food came out they were amazing. They must have just been cooked. The chicken was equally as good. All the sides tasted great. This is the perfect place for any person stopping through or going to the battle field and looking for lunch.

Eddie’s Cafe is a town favorite. A friend and I stopped in for lunch after visiting Bentonville Battlefield. I had the small BBQ plate with slaw and potatoes. The BBQ was tender and had that smoky taste. It was cooked to perfection. The taste was out of this world. Will definitely be back to this Gem.

AMAZING!!! Best cobblers ever, you can tell they are from scratch. Hush puppies, flounder, coleslaw, fried chicken all scrumptious! You will not regret stopping in. The family running the place is just as friendly as can be.

A little over a mile from I-40, I found this place when I went to the Carolina Nutcracker for pecans. I had a small BBQ tray which included slaw and freshly made hush puppies. Delicious!! I also noticed a tempting cafeteria style buffet which featured vegetables. I heard someone raving about the banana pudding but I had no room for it this time. Lots of trucks in the parking lot tipped me off that this is a good local eatery. Try it, you'll like it!

Great BBQ! Buffet style service. Grab a plate, fill it with food from buffet and grab a seat. All that's left is stating your choice of drinks and saying Grace. Let the good eating begin! Don't forget to pay before you leave!

Had shrimp, catfish, slaw and fries last night. It was the best catfish I've ever eaten. Would recommend this place to everyone. From the food to the staff a 5 star experience everytime I've ever eaten there.

Place is a bit small, food wasn't bad. I had the bbq plate, fried shrimp. I would give it 7/10, the hush puppies were definitely 10/10.
