No for access for wheelchair and trash on floor and the the freezer smells and no stocking shelves only as I see only one employee and bunch of junk under shelf of the floors and trash in the parking lot and outside of the building and the floors is blocking off and shopping cart in parking lot.

The worst dollar general I’ve ever been to. The floor is always covered in boxes, cooler is always leaking and a safety hazard for small children or elderly folk. There’s a girl with long blonde hair that is at the register sometimes. Looks and acts like she don’t know what the hell she’s doing. The line is always wrapped around for the register and the self checkout don’t work. Most other workers are ok. There’s a loud one with short brown hair who is clearly on something. I think this dollar general needs better people all together. None of the aisles are ever stocked. There’s those big roll cart things full of stock blocking aisles and walkways. The prices are never right, especially the auto, which looks like a tornado swept through it. I wish I could give this a zero star rating, that’s how bad it is.

The worst dollar general!! They never have anything stocked on shelves everything is in boxes and the isle are blocked. There products are out of date it’s nasty. And the manager working is a joke they say they are hiring and my mom went to apply and they said they just have to keep that up but there not hiring they don’t have enough hours for people to work but nothing is never done. The employees and manager are always out smoking and can’t do there job!! It’s ridiculous the store use to be nice and have everything stocked now it’s a joke. I just left there and everything was in boxes nothing on shelves hardly and there where to products I was purchasing and they where out of date since December last year and prenatal vitiate out of date since 2018.

This is the absolute worst DG ever. This store used to be a good location but in recent months it’s just gone downhill. The shelves are almost bare in some spots. Then on today 11/17 they have the nerve to say closing at 6 and they locked the doors at 5:30. Myself along with 8 others customers walked away empty handed. I will never ever shop here again.

When I entered the store the cashier looked towards me but no greetings.Maybe her looking towards me was her greeting,I did my shopping and one Empyee was stocking and straighten up shelves. I couldn't let it go so I Ask how was her evening and was she ready for the holidays. She was short in speaking. I went on finishing shopping then I got to the check out and that's when I realized she was the Manager.No words was exchanged she was direct on my total. When I was walking out she did say have a nice evening. I will shop there again. Could of been a off day

I've always loved Dollar General for my quick trips to pick up odds and ends I forgot to buy while grocery shopping. Also love their dollar isle (watch yourself those dollars add up). They do have a decent price and a good variety of things from make-up to grocery to household and baby stuff etc.

Dollar general has a coupon app that I highly recommend for any dollar general customer, because it is highly convenient and extremely handy whenever you are low on budget and trying to find the higher end items a bit more affordable. It is called digital coupons by dollar general and I personally strongly recommend that whomever shops with dollar general must get their app and download it to being able to start using their digital coupons, because trust me. You will not regret it if and when you do!

I like this location...only yesterday the discounted clothes were scattered everywhere. It was hard to find anything. Or a certain size. And they were out of change. Which I didn't mind because it was only 3 pennies....but...The cashier and keyholder were both extremely polite tho!

Very rude associates including the manager Jeff, very unprofessional. They like to be rude and very disrespectful in front of their customers. Had a talk to Jeff about one of his rude employees he was suppose to have a talk with his district manager which I’m pretty sure never happened cause (Jeff) the manager is just as unprofessional as two of his employees. However One employee definitely needs to find her another job hateful lady she must have a missable life, every time you go in there her attitude is horrible.

It is always clean but there is always one cashier and this store is busy! Sometimes the girl isn't at the register because she is stocking. The baby aisle is near the back of the store and it always smells like weed!

This location has a terrible system for digital coupons. They don't come off properly half of the time and the management has no desire or empowerment to fix the issue. Why allow your store to be run by someone that you don't allow to fix a $1-$5 problem? Get it together DG.

Depends on if the store manager is there or not. There was a big mistake when I got my change back last week. When I called the store back, she said I had to call back. When i did they had found they made a mistake. By then I had driven about 60 miles to go back and get my change. She was bitter as always. She acted as of it were was my fault. I told her her i needed to be compensated and sh e was nasty about it. It wasnt chump change, it was a good amount of change. Im not the only one that complains about her. She needs to take her salary and buy some personality. I will continue stopping there. The other people are fine.

The woman at the cash register was completely rude and unprofessional. She was on the phone the entire time she was checking customers out. She didn't say a word to any customers, not even the total due. I had to read it off the screen. I thought it was a business call until I listened to her and realized she was ignoring customers for a personal call.

This store was a complete mess 10 days ago..they had to close the frozen cases cause no elec.and they got a truck in that day..unannounced.Still checked out the customers...the variety in the store is awsome..the staff is awesome..welcome to newton grove..we needed you

Where is the store is located it safely time from hacked into go into town this store is very neat and clean has mostly anything you would need I buy all of my pet and household needs there everybody in the store is very pleasant and courteous I enjoyed going there a lot
