Crystal is such a great groomer allow me to share some pics with you. These pics were taken just a few days ago and she was informed to be very careful with the#10 blade as my Schnauzer Ollie had growths to be aware of and make sure you don't burn him with a #10 blade. Here is her good work. I am beyond angry.

Highly recommended! First time taking my puppy there and they were fantastic, the groomer came out and listened to my suggestions and did a great job. I was really impressed with this place, is super cute and they seem to love and care for all pets that visit. I will be definitely bring her back again! Thank you for what you do 👏🏻👍🏻

Beachpaws is an amazing place. We wouldn’t take our Maggie anywhere else. Always the most accomadating, friendly and fun staff. They took our very scared dog and changed her! We love Blair and her wonderful staff!❤️❤️❤️

They took my money for two weeks of daycare, provided only one before closing due to a virus. It would've been fine but they did not tell me until I drove up there expecting normal service and they're not refunding me so I can afford an alternative... Still have yet to receive my refund and it's been 8 days, my time of need for said service is nearly over!My pup suffers with subpar lodging because of it!UPDATE: never got refunded in time to find alternative solution for my pup, so she suffered due to their poor business practice! day 12 owner finally contacted me, not because I had a poor experience and had asked for a refund but because this negative review! She threatened to withhold my refund unless I removed this one star review... Extortion threatening my Freedom of speech!I told her the review was accurate and I did not feel the need to remove it. She continues to threaten me financially several times until I had to tell her I would remove this post. I hate that she has turned me into a liar but people deserve to know that she is a [female dog] and they don't care anything about customer service, their customers and their pets or the freedom of our nation... She is intolerable and all should avoid patronizing this establishment! Horrible place with a horrible owner... Nasty way to conduct business! Would give less than "one star" if I could!Sincerely, a former small business owner ! (a COVID destroyed business)

Threatening to withhold my sons refund due to an accurate and honest one star review that they had earned... That's extortion threatening his freedom of speech!! Terrible business with lousy business practices!! The owner is an intolerable witch, they caused suffering to our family pet due to their lack of response!!

We were visiting the Atlantic Beach area and boarded our 2 older Shelties here. The staff was friendly and the place seemed clean. We were able to pick up our dogs for day outings without a problem. However, when we picked them up one day, Sadie had dried stuff on her head and face. No one had cleaned it off. Also, even after giving very specific instructions for feeding they weren't followed.

My sweet pup has been going to daycare and getting groomed for over a year now. We love our groomer, Destiny, and the lovely ladies at the desk! Unfortunately, our dog had to go to the emergency vet this week and turns out he has kennel cough. I called Beach Paws to notify them, and when speaking with Blair there was a multitude of excuses. Between it being that time of year, our dog won’t die of kennel cough and we shouldn’t have brought him to the emergency vet, amongst other negative comments, we will not be returning. Very upsetting when we have enjoyed them for the last year. We get kennel cough happens, but it was the owners response that was unprofessional that did it for us.

I made an appointment for my new puppy, Izzy, for a Sunday. When I called to make the appointment, I was asked for my vet information so they could call and verify that Izzy had all her vaccines. Upon arrival on Sunday, I was told by the receptionist that I had to show proof of rabies. I shared that I had provided my vet information earlier and was told they would call for verification. I was not asked to bring any proof of vaccines and would have been happy to provide it if asked. The receptionist said they didn’t have any vet information on Izzy and because it was Sunday they couldn’t call to verify her vaccines so I could not leave her even if I brought her records back. I’m very disappointed! This is not a good business practice. If you require records, this must be shared before arriving for the appointment. They have lost me as a customer.

I have used beach paws for my past dogs when INeeded daycare, grooming or boarding. I absolutely can’t say enough good things about the crew there. They love the dogs and I always felt good about leaving my dogs. I’m pretty sure my dogs loved them more than me.

We've been using Beach Paws for MANY and quite possibly one of their first and longest customers. They have seen 4 dogs over the years and saved our Diesel's life. We've taken them to daycare, boarded for 1-2 weeks and have them groomed. Our two Serenity and Zoe love to go to Beach Paws!

Very disappointed. We dropped our dog off for the 1st time at this location. He has had plenty of cuts before elsewhere. We had one request, do not touch his tail. He is a goldendoodle and had a long bushy tail which we loved. It had never been cut. We even explained multiple times that we did not want his tail cut. We were told ok, not a problem. We were told that he would be ready around 2:30-3:00. We dropped him off around 11:45. We went in at 3:30 only to find out the grooming hadn't started. We were told probably around 6:00 and we would receive a 30 min before completion phone call. I saw online that they close at 6:30 on that day and it was 6:05. I went there to find out he was complete. We left and discovered things about his cut that were not right too include his tail being cut. I spoke with a representative the next day as they were closed the night before after we left. They explained they were very sorry and the mistake was theirs. The representative stated after the apology that she couldn't guarantee it but we could possibly get a discount on the next cut. The mistake was that they mixed the paperwork up and sent home a poodle with a doodle cut and my doodle with a poodle cut. I'm very frustrated and disappointed with this. We had one specific set of instruction. Do not touch his tail. I would not recommend this location.

My wife and I have been taking our son to Beach Paws for nearly 2 years now for boarding and daycare and we are very happy with them. Always easy to work with and the pup always seems happy to visit all his human and 4-legged friends there. We love the place.

Before I dive into my rating, I will say that the staff was super friendly, approachable, and the issue was resolved promptly without conflict. My problem isn’t with the business itself, but moreso the groomer/grooming situation. That person may be new and still learning, but this is my review of the groom I received. My double-coated pup was shaved when I specifically said not to, even part of her tail. Deshedding is NOT shaving. Now, she has a damaged, bristly coat that’s going to make it even hotter for her to cool down this Summer. Not only that, but the work that’s going to have to go in to making sure the guard hairs aren’t smothered in the grow out process is frustrating and could have been completely avoided.

Only one star because ZERO is not an option. Sooooo disappointed with this place. My dog is a rescue and has been in two different shelters so I was reluctant to board her at all. But I thought I’d give this place a chance since I haven’t found a good sitter to come to our home and we have 2 upcoming trips. I did one overnight stay first. When I picked her up, the girl behind the desk said “$36” and another went to get my dog. I got absolutely no feedback about her stay until I asked…..did she eat her food? ‘She must have because the bags are empty.’ Did she get to play with other dogs? ‘I don’t know, I just got here this morning.’ Not one of the FOUR people behind the desk offered me any feedback or help. So I decided to bring her back for a daycare day, I figured I could judge her demeanor as we approached and if she seemed excited, I’d leave her. She did, in fact, seem happy to be there. Again, there were like 4 people behind the desk, I told them she was there for daycare and they took her back. I asked if she would go in that front room so maybe I could watch for a few minutes and they said they weren’t sure yet which room she would be in. When I came back to get her about 6 hours later, they brought her to me and again, offered no feedback, I had to ask and the girl who brought her to me (same girl that took her back in the morning). I asked how she did with the other dogs and she said “I DIDN’T TRY HER WITH ANY OTHER DOGS.” I was livid. My poor pup sat in a kennel all day long, no interaction with any other dogs and I don’t even know if she had human interaction because AGAIN…..not one of the 4/5 people offered any help, explanation. They did refund my money but couldn’t care less that I told them I had been planning to board for two upcoming vacations. Not even sure they said WE’RE SORRY!!

They do such an awesome job here. I have been bringing my golden retriever since he was a puppy for daycare and I boarded him there for the first time this past weekend. I have been highly impressed with the communication and coordination between staff since day 1.

Crystal has been our groomer for over 3 years and is so patient with my dogs! I also feel so assured when I leave them for boarding. The staff is so accommodating and always knows my dogs by name no matter how much time passes between visits.

Had my Maggie over there this past week and it was great to have a place that I could take her to that would board her while also letting me check her out for a day at the beach and bring her back. They're hours are great for doing just that. The place itself is well kept and the staff are very friendly. Would recommend this business to anyone! And to the beautiful young lady who took such good care of my dog. Thank you so much.

I was so nervous to leave my gal for the first time but after reading the reviews and having people tell me great things about Beach Paws it set my mind at ease, somewhat. I’m a new puppy mom and my girl is 4.5 months old and getting so big and SO ENERGIZED!!When I called to check on her I always got a caring voice on the other end getting a report for me. She had a blast and she was getting socialized with other dogs there too and s much play/exercise time.The prices are so affordable and you get so much for what it costs! I will be bringing my girl back for doggy day care very soon and I feel so much better knowing there is a wonderful, loving, caring place for my fur baby/babies. Plus she made new friends both human and furry!! Lol Thank you so much!!

First-time grooming today. Scheduled an expedited grooming, confirmed with groomer at drop- off. Two-hour maximum appointment. Four hours later, I call to find out he is still waiting to be groomed. SIX hours from initial dropoff, office staff have to search for his leash and collar because all other staff are in a side lot on their smoking break. No contact with groomer to approve job done, which is standard practice. And Murphy was left in the grooming area, literally ankle deep in the clippings of all the other dogs groomed before him. I challenge management to address this. We need a groomer we can trust.

Great place for grooming, play dates or stays. My two Doodles have been going for 7 years. The facility is clean and my boys are always taking well care of from Check in to pickup. Erin is an excellent groomer with attention to detail. Blaire is the owner and loves her guest and always is friendly. Highly recommended!
