Lousy restaurant, would be a good place for one. Have ordered hamburgers from here cold buns are hard. Chicken tenders mite get 3 for the 5 piece meal and about the size of your pinky. Fries have been soggy and cold. Ordered a chicken blt. Suppose to been a chicken sandwich with bacon lettuce and tomato. This is what I got. Tried to stop today to try their chicken wraps. Was at 4:30 p.m. employees standing in parking lot smoking informed me they were closed and wouldn't be taking any orders. Use to like Hardee's, but not anymore I wouldn't have have them one star buy had to put something for a review. Place would be a good restaurant if manager and owners stepped up and tried, employees they have now suck.

The food is delicious but I have never gotten a soft drink there that wasn't ruined. There is definitely something wrong with their drink machine for the drive thru. This has been months of going once a week with different drinks and I'm either getting a super syrupy or a bitter soft drink.

Was passing through town and knew that this and McDonald’s were the last choices for a while so we went in to order and two employees let us stand at the counter for at least 5 minutes without even acknowledging us. A different employee came out of the bathroom and looked at us and as he passed us by said “someone will be with you in a minute” seeing as how the drive thru and restaurant were both completely empty we just left because of how awkward the situation was.

Went to the drive thru for breakfast and we ordered the breakfast platter… not sure who eats fries with eggs at 7 am. I understand if you’re out of hashrounds but at least tell someone so they can change their order. I could have at least got a hash round at McDonald’s and it would have costed less. I stopped going to Hardee’s years ago, now I remember why.

It’s better than the McDonald’s across the street. Dining area was dirty. The drink station was very dirty. Service was good and the food was good. Kinda pricy. I will come back. Hopefully it’s cleaner next time.

Ordered chicken filet sandwich and 3 piece chicken tenders with honey mustard sauce. They got 1 out of 3 right. Chicken sandwich was good. Only got 2 chicken tenders (if that is what you called them when they were smaller than my index finger). Guess the chicken counter cut off 3 of his counting fingers. And these ppl want $15.00 an hour. Really you're not worth 5.00 an hour (never can get an order right, the person taking the order got it right) and then the owners want to sell the chicken counter's fingers as chicken tenders.

This place has went WAY down hill. 99 percent of the time they make you wait 20 minutes or longer to take ur order. One of the managers ( night shift heaverier set.) Says they are no longer taken orders at 4pm. This has happened to me several times. My fiance went to get us breakfast this morning and they through 2 hasbrowns in the bottom of the bag with an empty fry container. Highly recommend not wasting your time or money here.

I ordered online and had the receipt in my email, got there they said we can't give you your food because we didn't get a receipt and all while I was showing it to them..so you're just taking my money and not giving my food. I had to call my bank for a dispute. Pretty sorry for you!!This happened againI will not order online from here anymore

Got pulled forward after only ordering 3 Tenders and a tea(they didnt give me the tea ethier just pulled me forward with the recipt)....waited 23 minutes!!! I know because I was on the phone with my mom as soon as i pulled forward. I was doordashing so I got out of my car and went inside... I asked them if it was going to be any longer. The dude said idk. So I said look I got a dash ill come back. Came back 10 minutes later. Got Cold Tenders and the tea tasted old....

Gave me the wrong food even though nobody else was there, they weren't busy and rushing cause if they were I'd understand. Then they asked for the food back which is weird I've worked in restaurants and you can't reserve the food normally they just want to check and make sure it was actually incorrect. I hope they didn't try and serve it to another guest cause I definitely touched it. They also take a while to get food out even though they rarely have more than 1 person at the restaurant at any given time.

The food is good...They discontinued alot of items that other Hardee's still do.. and food is usually cold... and they're are always out of certain "ingredients"... I don't understand why if barely anyone goes to Hardees. The franchise owner needs to step it up. But it's 2023 so.. quality is out of context.

Literally, the worst restaurant ever. The employees are incompetent and untrained. The food is always terrible, and they rarely get your order right. I understand pandemic problems, but it was already terrible in every aspect. If you can imagine anything worse than their usual standard, it’s even worse. It seems corporate consideration of their patrons is also beyond poor or they would do something about it. It is consistently terrible and has been for years. I am not exaggerating in any way. I’m scared to eat it as I’m not sure who’s back there preparing it. The person who took my order didn’t understand that a double hamburger is just a double cheeseburger without cheese, so she rang me up a totally different sandwich with cheese. I had to explain it to her at the window. When I got my order, the burger patty was hard, the bread on my ham and cheese was chewy, as if it had been microwaved for no reason at all, and the tea only had a hint of sugar in it. If I could give my experience a zero, I would. If I ever went to this restaurant and received competent service and food I even trusted to digest, I would be shocked and amazed. The problems this restaurant has starts at the corporate level, and their employees and patrons are the victims of lack of training and terrible supervision.

Loved my experience here. Really good milkshakes!! We had them mix half vanilla half chocolate. And all of their milkshakes are hand scooped a lot thicker than normal fast food restaurants. Very friendly very happy would definitely recommend
