I just wanted to call out the young lady who I interacted with at the CVS in Newland, NC. She was able to tell me exactly where everything I needed was. And not all at once. As I remembered another thing & another, etc. I kept going back to her while she was stocking shelves, lol. With all of my items in hand, ready to check out, I only had to wait a minute or 2 for the person ahead of me to finish & leave. When I look up, she's at the register. I literally asked, "are there two of you or are you just everywhere?"She was adorable & sweet & funny & knowledgeable & helpful- For the 5 or 10 minutes I was in the store. But she made my day. And I wanted to say "thank you," but I don't know her name. So I am thanking this store with 5 stars. And, by recommending this location if you are in the area and need anything.(PS. The store is clean, well stocked, easy to access, and easy navigate. They had exactly what I was looking for and at reasonable prices. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and glad I had stopped there.)

The store employees here are truly great. They've always gone out of their way to help me with anything I've needed. I love the photo printing area here and have used it a few times with great results. As with all CVS locations, their prices on everyday items can be a little high but if you shop here often enough to be able to use the coupons it definitely makes up for it. Overall, I like this CVS location & highly recommend "the store" as for the pharmacy, that would be another review.

I just spent so much time trying to make an invitation on the photo kiosk. After multiple tries and many typos, Jeff, helped me by proof reading before I printed! I appreciate the customer service. And it was an hour or less to closing, I know how frustrating that can be!

Very disappointed with the was the staff treated us. Went to get my fiance's medication as we have done before and they stated they aren't allowed to take cards over the phone. As I was tring to explain to them they kept rudely refusing I just needed to enter my card manually. Very lazy and rude. Will be switching my pharmacy.

Dear CVS I absolutely refuse to check myself out and I hope you enjoyed putting all those items back the other day as much as I enjoyed leaving them piled up on your counter.

Great staff and service but prices are at least triple the normal price of Walmart or regular drug stores. I don't recommend buying there unless absolutely have to in an emergency situation.
