I like Bojangles a lot, but how does someone order a chicken sandwich and end up with this? Chicken, Mayo, Lettuce, and Tomato thrown into the box with NO bun. I understand that a lot of fast food places are still struggling with staffing, but come on now.....

The chicken was good and the service was good. Here’s the but, the fries were I think left from last week!! Seriously!! I just can’t imagine them becoming that stale in just one day!! The absolute worst fries I’ve ever been served!! EVER!!! They were ice cold and leathery. No I didn’t take them back, don’t like spit either. Should not have to take it back. Should receive fresh food to begin with. That’s what I paid for!! Never again I promise!!

First time there 12/1, food was good, warm place mostly clean couple tables needed attention. Now I ordered a #5 combo that's a sausage biscuit, tater rounds and a small drink..what I ended up with was sausage biscuit, tater rounds,large drink and 2 Cole slaw... returned one slaw but got NO correction on bill. Good help must be hard to find and training employees to know menu and correct their mistakes lacking. I might go back but if same girl takes my order I'm going to request manager to handle my order!

Chicken tenders were much smaller, but they did give an extra one to make up for it. Fries were fresh. Had to wait 10 mins for biscuits and they were out of ketchup but overall great meal. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I was absolutely starving. I normally avoid fast-food restaurants for obvious health reasons but there is just something about a Bojangle's Cajun Filet biscuit! That is exactly what I ordered in the drive through. The worker who took my order and the one who handed it to me seemed very nice. The wait was minimal so I was very pleased with my experience. It is just a Bojangles but one of the better ones in my experience.

Nice Restaurant, nice servers but it was filthy (Flour on walls/door of stalls, ? in sink, Floors had not been swept/mopped which means neither had the commode or sinks..Come on Management..This Restaurant wasn't cleaned the night before since We were there in early..Business is only as good as the Management/Owner..This is why I am giving a 2 star..Please clean it up, Newland needs this new Business

We came in for lunch with our youth group from church and we were a large group of 27 people and the cashiers and manager on duty went above and beyond to make sure we received the best care most places would’ve gotten frustrated or stressed about the huge orders and the people but they were the complete opposite, we are so grateful for their kindness and attention and care! The managers really were super kind and attentive. Thank you so much!

It’s terrible, I was one of the first customers when this location opened and it was pretty good. A couple months after it opened and it’s terrible….the pieces of chicken are always tiny…take 30 minutes to be ready, staff never seems to know what’s going on and can NEVER get your order correct…don’t go here unless you have 45 minutes to burn and want cold, shriveled, nasty chicken and cold fries

What happened to Bojangles? As a chain, since 2020 and Covid, it’s like this place never got back to normal. They’re incredibly slow and disorganized and while the people there are verbally willing to help, they don’t seem able to otherwise. This is the 4th location across NC I’ve visited recently and they’re all the same. If you’re lucky you’ll get your food within 30 minutes and hopefully it will be all of it. Likely not. Either way, this is not a “fast” food place and the food quality is next to poor. Hope they bring it back at some point.

I love Bojangles. They have amazing food compared to other fast food restaurants. But this location is severely lacking. The staff here are trained decently well. I’ve been here on a few occasions. I have ordered many different things off of the menu. About 60-70% of the time it comes out old, or not done right. For such a fine establishment as Bojangles is, I expect better. The fries are one of the staple food items at Bojangles and they can’t even do those right. Often come out hard and chewy, or with no seasoning, or fresh but soggy. The biscuits also have some problems. Most of time they are prepared well, but other times the are obviously tossed into a wrapper. I would like to see some improvement with the kitchen staff and also more staff in general because their inside dining is open seldom. I wish I did not have to make this review like this, but Bojangles is always supposed to be better than McDonalds.

Awesome customer service ! Food is good only problem the last 3 times I've eaten here the seasoning on the fries has been waaaayyy overloaded and fries overcooked. They were inedible ... Always upgraded to large and not only are they over seasoned and crunchy but they don't even fill it up ...might as well stick with a medium. Other than that good!

The staff were so friendly. This was our first experience. We got the chicken sandwich which was good. I wish it also had lettuce and tomatoes but goo flavor overall. My son got the chicken leg kids meal. Small portions for him at 6, probably will have to get an adult meal next time.

I had my first Bo Jangles chicken sandwich yesterday. It was very good, as were the fries. I ate inside and while the drive thru line was long it moved along quickly.As a Marine Veteran I noticed our American Flag is beginning to fray and should be replaced or repaired.Service was fast and friendly.
