Seegars did a great job with our fence! We got two gates put it and just everything was perfect. Jimmy was great responding back in a timely manner and got us quick on their schedule. Seegars Fence Co. replaced my old fence with a new one and did a quality job. The installers were professional, friendly, and performed the work quickly. Before starting, they explained the process and wasted no time completing this awesome installation. Check out the old/new pics. I have some other pictures, but these show the overall work done.

Update: They came back out and fixed all of the nails sticking out and loose boards, however they said the posts are something we would have to pay to replace because they do not cover warped wood in their warranty.We spent over $4,000 on a stockade wood fence in January, it is now falling apart and they refuse to honor their warranty stating that it only covers poor workmanship and not warped wood. When we responded with pictures of defects due to poor workmanship they stopped answering us.Service: Wood fence installation

Great experience! Ken, our estimator, was prompt and attentive with his on-site review of our property, with returning calls, with paperwork. Alex, our installer, worked tirelessly all day to install our fence, and did an amazing job. Couldn’t be more pleased! And our dog has the freedom to go outside and play without being restricted by a leash. Great experience- five stars!

Hands down (and finally) a company/GM that operates under the 'golden rule' - treat customers the way you'd expect to be treated'. I cannot say enough positive things about Ken @ Seegar's Cary. We had a beautiful fence installed as part of our new pool project at the beginning of summer. Three months after installation, we discovered a construction complication that required several of my subs to perform work together to correct the issue. Ken @ Seegar's was responsive, professional, and followed up....taking charge to make sure things were made whole after the issue was resolved. Quality product going in, but UBER high quality service when I really needed them....Ken made me feel like I was his top customer (even though it was a small fence project - and I am sure he has much larger projects and commercial business). If you value customer service and a strong work ethic - GO with SEEGARS Cary - you wont be disappointed.

We had an issue that I was very concerned about, but he immediately got to work, not only having the problem fixed, but making the experience extremely positive. Installed our aluminum fence 5 years ago when we bought our house. We just rescued a chihuahua, so had them come back to install puppy guard because standard bar spacing isn’t small enough for toy breeds. Once again, they were prompt, courteous, and professional. Highly recommend them.

After numerous attempts for this company to repair a fence for the 2nd time that they had put in, we finally fixed it ourselves! The fence door was erected with hardware that could not support the double door so, when they finally came out to make the repair, the job was hurried and large gaps remained between the privacy posts. We had to remove, replace and add additional posts in order to have the fence door we had ordered but were not given! Put me off for 5 months abandoned the job tore my yard up trashed my grass leaving out installed the fence crooked and on and on would not get back to me then show up almost 11/2 year later with no call or letter or no warning and ask for money for work they didn’t complete and things they never installed save your self the headache go with another company that cares
