I was extremely impressed with the Tractor Supply Co. During my afternoon visit,I was pressed for time & I needed a heavy duty belt for my Tractor,since I was planning to cut my lawn. Before walking through the door,my mind was made up, to find assistance quickly.Fortunately, a friendly young man, took the task very seriously;even though he was already maintaining inventory.We walked through the high quality items, everywhere I looked,I recognized many brands.Finally we found the heavy duty belt,I was seeking & as I thank the staff member, while glancing down on the price;it was fantastic! Exactly the unique combination I always prefer,(tip) high quality/low price! The cashier on the way out was very friendly,as well,I told her that I planned to return.....

Tractor supply has definitely made improvements since my last visit. Employees appear to be friendly and helpful without being spoken to firsthand for a response.

Ordered online. My order was ready to pickup quickly. I got there,called the number and the nicest lady brought my order out and put it in my truck for me. Wonderful trip.

I Love the New Bern Tractor Supply Store. The staff is always friendly. If you can’t fine what you are looking for the staff is always quick to help you fine it. I have been in there several times lately. I was greeted by Clara Wilkie always with a smile & asks if she could help me. Clara has been a big asset to your store since she came. I first met her at the Kinston Tractor Supply she had a great team there. I’m glad she is at the New Bern Tractor Supply now.

You guys really need to store your Retriever 6x5x10 Expandable Kennels better. I picked mine up today & on assembly had rust debris flake off into my right eye. On further inspection we found several rust spots @ the corner welds from sitting exposed to the elements. Unacceptable.

The store manager needs to find another job, or attend some customer service training. Visited the store on 2 May 2023 to make a purchase on a item using their price match policy. They would not honor it, even though it was by their own policy stated on the website. Called and placed the order via the 1877 and had a great experience with the representative and they honored the price .

Bought Vetericyn Pink Eye Spray which I've been using for years on my litters. I administer via dropper system this bottle's liquid was tinted brown w/ debris in it. It's usually clear as water. I returned it the next day only to be pushed to exchange. I do not want an exchange with what is likely a bad batch/lot & jeopardize my animals' health. I contacted the manufacturer which confirmed the product is supposed to be clear. I will be disputing my credit card & not returning to TS New Bern.

They may well have seen the last of my money! Twice B4 we have had trouble getting propane tanks refilled. Once.... Too close to closing time. Once.... No special light. At a store. 🤨 Now, in someone's infinite wisdom, the in store vet service could not treat past 2:30. Didn't matter if you waited in line for an hour and a half. No one bothered to even tell the vet service till shortly past 2:30 that they had to close it up. A good line of customers had to be turned away. If the store (corporate?) intends to be helpful to it's community.... Do it. If not, Don't pretend you are. This could have been handled so much better! I will NOT come back. Their loss, definitely not mine!

I LOVE TRACTOR SUPPLY !! ❤After all these years, how did I not understand that it's so much more than tractor supplies?Today, was my first visit and I was amazed at the variety of things they stock, inc. bird food, clothes, plants, pet food for every kind of pet imaginable, tools for home and garden, to mention a fraction of things.The employees were friendly and helpful, too. 😊

Every time I go into the store, I feel like I am profiled by one of the cashiers. I am just going in the store to walk around and look at the chickens. The lady stares at me like I am going to steal something. Just because of the color of my skin, I can walk into any store that I want. This is 2023! I could also go in and make a scene, it wouldn't help. I am not not that kind of person.

The employees are all so friendly and knowledgeable. I really love going here and asking questions and learning from them about anything farm related. The store itself is a little tight and cluttered and some of the displays are unstable. But I like to shop here and will definitely continue to come here for farm needs.

We normally love to shop at our local TSC. Always friendly, helpful. Saturday 8/29, my husband and I went to Tractor Supply looking for a particular fire ring, it was lovely, the Tractor Supply website for this particular store said that they had one in stock. When we came into the store they were in the middle of their Veterinary Clinic, but the young lady who was working the cash register was absolutely exemplary in her customer service. She never once got short with me, asked me if I would kindly wait until she was done with one customer and then she would find out where that fire ring was. She was great. Always smiled, and was extremely plesant.Then she went to a gentleman, showed him the inventory, showed him that there was one in stock. When she asked him if he could get it for us, and we were quite excited, he said no, that it was probably on a pallet waiting to be unloaded. When I questioned that, that it said that there was one in stock, he again reiterated that it was probably on the pallet. Now, instead of saying when do you need this item, I can check on it for you, can you come back tomorrow? Etc etc, it may take us a few days to get to it, or I can check the stock if you want to call back later, no, he very bluntly said, and I am not kidding you, it's likely on a pallet waiting to be unloaded, and we won't get to it for TWO WEEKS. I looked at him with incredulity, and said TWO WEEKS? You have new stock to put out and no one will get to it for two weeks? He Shrugged his shoulders and walked away. The lovely young lady looked at me sort of distressed, and apologized.Meanwhile, I walked around the store and looked at the many empty shelves, with stock that was out that needed replaced. We are Amazon Prime customers, so I promptly went home, found a gorgeous fire ring of the same quality, exactly the same price ordered it, and it will be at my house delivered to my front door on Monday.I usually don't write reviews like this, but having been a manager before, and knowing that in this day and age, when customer service is so important, and the fact that my husband and I never buy anything that we can't get at a local store first, I was sorely grieved by my experience at TSC yesterday. The difference between the customer service attitude of the young lady working the cash register, who actually was really overwhelmed with the number of people that she was trying to take care of at the same time, and the gentleman's flat response to her and our request was glaring. She is the only reason I gave this review a 2, and not a 1.If it takes this store 2 weeks to unload new merchandise from pallets, then somebody needs to re-evaluate your work flow.Empty shelves, and poor customer service, mean people we'll shop elsewhere. And that is something, I don't think any store can afford to have happen these days.

Not quite as organized as other TSC stores I have been in but, management and employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. I shop here 4-5 times a month and they almost always have everything in stock I need.

Went in to my local Tractor Supply around 7 in the evening to pick up a few items. Had a question about some issues we had been having and the older gentleman that was helping us was very knowledgeable and quickly helped us find what we needed....with a smile on his face....the problem came in to play when my daughter and I checked out. The young girl at the register either was having an off day or wasn't trained in "good customer service". I made a comment about how we were treated and she just gave me a clueless look. Now I may be old but I've always been taught my whole life how to treat people and I feel like she could use a few lessons. My daughter informed me as we got in the truck the girl made some rude comments about me and I guess I could have gone back in the store and made a scene but what would that have accomplished??? I called the customer service line only to be put on hold for more that 18 minutes so I gave that up and ......here we are. If this helps my ticket number is 463035, store number is 1636, register 1. I won't post her name because that just wouldn't be a nice thing to do. I'm sorry to say I probably won't be back.....have a good day and thanks for taking care of the problem.

Decided I'm going to raise chickens this year being I've not had the opportunity to get my garden going. Ordered some Easter Eggers online and they should be delivered soon ordered my feed and bedding and a few Essentials for my little chickies. Picked them up through the convenient curbside pickup. Woman was very helpful and very friendly I asked her a few questions about raising chickens. Either she does or she's very knowledgeable. The staff is always helpful at Tractor Supply.

Very friendly staff on hand. They are always quick and courteous when filling my propane tanks, even in nasty weather. I haven't bought many products from here but when I have, I've gotten good quality products and am always met with a smile at checkout.

Tractor Supply is one of my favorite toy stores for adults. The place is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The manager helped find an odd item that I usually am not looking for when I'm shopping there. Great.

Women at register was not helpful. I asked her if they had item n she told me if not on shelf then no did not have. I had to ask twice if she was sure they did not have the item I wanted in back. She finally told me to go to the red doors in back n some there could help me. The item was in back. When I checked out she had lame excuse as she knew she was wrong. Oh I thought u wanted other brand. I was quite clear on which item I wanted. Pore customer service. Lazy.

Great place for just about any household /farm need. Prices are often much better than big box stores. Great quality equipment and tools for the price. Deals at entrance are hard to resist...absolute best place for "dad" stocking stuffers.

I love Tractor Supply, plain and simple. They have an outstanding selection of inventory. Everything from salt pellets to gun safes to lawnmowers. Clothes, boots, bird houses, trailer parts, tools, just to name a few. Good prices and knowledgeable staff members. I've never been disappointed at TSC.
