Nice, clean and friendly. Dropped into the Bruin fir a quick drink. First time here, greeted immediately and friendly. Nice music playing in the background. Really nice choices for beer and wine, which is great cause the wife likes the grapes and I like the hops and it's usually one or the other on our stops. Great choices for walk out beers and wines. Worth stopping in if you're in the downtown area. Great walking around the area as well, waterfront, live music all about, what's not to love!

Great selection of North Carolina beers and other regional rarities. My go to place when looking for something from Burial, Gizmo or other top tier breweries. Fun to drop in for a draft beer as well!

They have three biggest selection of Wicked Weed that I've seen in Eastern North Carolina. I absolutely love this place!!!If you like good beers and are in the area, stop in for a drink!

A great little place tucked in the street and with a huge variety of local, North Carolina, and other small brewery beers. Loved the selection of about 8 beers on tap that were unique, not all IPAs, and delicious. Also great that small and large growlers were available. Loved the music and minimalistic charm of the placeI totally loved that the business was already on the Tappd app and I was able to check in upon receiving my beer.

I love downtown and have always loved to come here. However, I came to have a beer on a Tuesday. I see they have a new bartender..... Blondish hair pulled back. I thought it just may be me. However, I stood at the counter while she completely ignored me. She stood at the end of the bar talking to somebody. She eventually acknowledge me and was very unfriendly. So unfortunate....It will be awhile before I come back.

Went here with my friend while visiting in New Bern. Listened to a local band which was quite good. The venue is a little small for a band - it was so loud I could not talk with my friend - but the sound was great.

Awesome place to go and get drinks downtown. I go on Mondays when Coastal Sole hosts their beer run and it's a great crowd whenever I'm there. The bartenders I've seen have been very sweet and willing to hold things like my wallet behind the bar while I run. Beers are constantly switched out so I've had a nice variety during all my visits!

Great selection of craft beer for take-away or on tap to drink at the bar. Seating on either side of the door allows you to watch passersby or sit at the bar and chat with the friendly bartender. Will visit again next time I am in town.

AWESOME selection of craft bottles and draught! Bar stools are extremely comfortable. But seriously, the selection is great. Local NC beers, and special stuff from all over the country. Bartenders are knowledgeable,, and will help you according to your tastes. Not a stuck up bottle shop. And there's more than just IPAs on tap.

They're just a wine and craft beer bar with a twist.A great mix of locals and visitors. Don't be shocked if you see a few well behaved dogs enjoying the local pub too. Since they don't serve food dogs are welcome and on a leash.
