Ross always has great prices. The quality of the items is on par with going directly to the branded stores. It is definitely disheveled and a bit of chaos, but the savings cannot be beat. My only issue is with their discounting policy. This store does not keep up with when mark downs should happen and so when one item is marked down all of the same item get put into the clearance section, but not marked down. If an item is not marked down on the price sticker it doesn’t ring up discounted. Management isn’t really helpful about it and doesn’t even look into it if asked. It’s frustrating, but not enough of a big deal to deter my shopping there. If you’re a bargain shopper who really wants to get every discount available, this might not be the store for you.

I saw at least 5 employees, but only one register was open😒 I was aggravated by the wait, but the guy on the register stayed calm, professional, and respectful. Their selection was limited, but his customer service made me want to go back.

I have noticed lately, that associates that are ringing up purchases , have been directing " customer next in line, step forward and place your items on the counter", before the person in front of them has had a chance to pick up their items, and put their reciept or change in their purse.This is rude, and I for one, will not approach the register until the person in front of me has left. I've been told the associates are timed on transactions. I feel rushed and disrespected. Not fair to put your associates in this position.

I like getting my T-shirts here but they ball them up and throw them in the bag. Every single employee. They're not taught to fold the clothing or be respectful of it at all at this store just know that you will get wrinkly close if you get dressed for less.

Ross usually has a good selection of all types of items, and I enjoy shopping there. Their selection was a little bit lacking yesterday, but it's the week after Christmas, so I totally understand that their stock is low. But, all in all, it's a great store if you like searching for deals.

I love dropping in to Ross every now and again to see if I can catch a deal. They have a few new items every now and again and prices are cheaper than you'd find at a normal department store. The other day I was able to pick up a nice pair of shoes for less than $20 that retails at $40+, can't complain about that. 🙂

I came in your store thinking I would find something flamingo. I asked two ladies, who in response to my question said I don't know. No one bothered to look or help me look. My husband was even disappointed. Well we purchased nothing. TJmax and HomeGoods put you to shame. You really could work on you customer service. Very disappointed.

Purchased a two pack of bras, and returned due to size. Receipt didn't match my ticket, even tho it was ticket they gave me. Manager went to look up on video, saw that employee looked up instead of scanning my ticket. Charged $1.00 more than should have been. I felt like a criminal. But it was their mistake...

Worst experience in a Ross! I walked in n immediately was followed by an employee watching me which was fine. But heres problem I was the only person followed! When there was 2 women in the purses cutting tags n stuffing items in their purses. But the young girl was so involved watching me that she missed these 2. I watched for about e0 mins to see if anyone else was followed n nope! After 25yrs in retail that is a good way to run good customers off! Then when at register the girl there was to worried about her break to notice a check out line but proceeded to take a return that just walked up. N when I mentioned her loss prevention person she acted like no big deal!!! I will never return to this Ross!

Love this store! The price is within my range, and they are close to my house. The only bad thing about it is they dont have much of a selection to choose from. Hopefully they get more products in the near future. Looking forward to shop there again!

Kind of in and out. Service was a little thin and they didn't appear to busy. But maybe it was an off day. Idk. Will upgrade to 5 stars after a few more improved visits. Cheers.

You can find nice stuff in here when the store is clean and the shelves are actually stocked. The store seems bland and bare though as far as inventory, merchandising, and the overall interior... If you want a good selection of products, I would go elsewhere.

I got like 10 shirts, 1 skirt, and work out an outfit for 96 dollars. Which if I went to the name brands of these clothes it would be over 300 dollars this place is really nice and the clothes are less than 30 dollars. This is highly recommended

Great selection for most every one. Although their ladies shoe selection could be bigger, as well as as their selection for slightly bigger n taller guys. Not all guys are a size small to large, nor a 32x34 to 40x30.

Toy section was wrecked. Inventory from Thanksgiving of 2018 still in the store. The same applies to the Morehead City location. The stores on the west coast seem to get a better selection of toys, including legos. I hope that Ross will filter those items here mire regularly. Managers do not put emphasis on the toy section in rhis area until holiday season and that must change.
